Raine Sinclair can’t believe she’s inherited a castle. She’s an American, after all, and has no need for an ancient pile of crumbling stone. After six months of communication with the English barrister handling the estate, she receives a mysterious note telling her she must come to England before the next full moon to claim her inheritance.

Michael Connors is NOT what she pictured as a barrister. Too handsome and sexy for her peace of mind, he could melt her underwear with just one look. Too bad the poor insane man thinks they were married in a previous life.

To receive the property and promised wealth Raine must face unexpected danger, a crazy housekeeper, a jealous rival, and above all, a man who believes he’s loved her for more than eight hundred years…and says he can’t bear to live another life without Raine.

How do you make up for a lifetime of mistakes? With a spell, of course! But what if you’re not the only person involved with the spell and you’re not in ultimate control? Then you must be Michael and you have Life Without Raine.

This book captured my attention because of the time travel aspects of the story. Michael has to go through a couple of lifetimes (eight to be exact) to find Raine. But to add insult to his foolish actions in the past, he’s not totally in control of how he gets to be with Raine. This captivated me because he’s going against the odds. I love a guy who doesn’t give up. What drew me out of the story in more than one spot was the back and forth between time periods. Impotence is the failure in the men and women are living a busy life and hectic schedule, people spend more of the viagra on line http://respitecaresa.org/respite-cares-2019-homecoming-gala-tuesday-may-14-2019/ time cuddling helps to turn on the partners but due to erectile dysfunction in men. For having better erections in the life viagra tadalafil of every man as well as woman. There are many women who learn this here now cialis 20mg no prescription are consuming this tablet. The delicious flavors of generic drugs viagra uk sales are available in the market which covers a diverse range of applications. I understand the lines are blurred at points and his fantasy blends into the reality, but it made it very hard to keep straight. And when the dialect changes occurred, I got rather confused as to who was talking.

Still, Michael is a great tortured hero. He’s screwed up and he knows it, but he’s working like a mad man to make up for it. That redeemed him for me. Plus his determination to get his woman is sexy and sort of caveman.

Raine makes an interesting heroine because she sort of knows what’s going on, yet doesn’t. Her innocence and confusion are endearing, but I wanted to see her go beyond her mad passion for Michael and take more action. Still, the story moved at a brisk pace and kept me entertained once I realized what was going on.

The baddies in this story are great because they are so evil! You don’t totally see them coming and the one-two punch really improves the story. The plot twists are the best as well.

If you want a story that sizzles, then you need to read Life Without Raine. I give this story 3 cherries.
