While visiting her parents’ grave, Ebony gets into trouble…until Jaxson and Cooper come to her rescue. But can the sexy cop and dominant commando coax her out of her shell and seduce her into their bed? Will they be able to prove they will never leave her behind?

Who’s up for some Siberian Tiger loving? This latest from Ms. Wren is loaded with lots of sexy scenes for erotic romance fans to drool over.

I liked how the author set up their relationship in the beginning. The three protagonists, Jaxson, Cooper and Ebony have a history. Ebony’s is rather sad and tragic so it makes sense that she is the sweet cream in the middle of two crusty, tasty cookies like the two heroes. They’ve wanted her for years but the timing had to be just right. It took the actions of some bullies for the guys to realize that the time is now and they’d better act fast. Once the motivation was in place it was a fast moving romance.

It’s good that Ms. Wren had her characters know each other prior and had them yearning for what they were too afraid to reach for, for various reasons, early on. Why? Because once the hurdles were shoved out of the way, the author wasted no time in switching gears and having Ebony fall the rest of the way in love with Jaxson and Cooper by means of physical expression. A LOT of physical expression – the kind that erotic romance stories are known for. At that point the story is focused only on them. The bullies are gone, external conflicts are gone; only Ebony, Jaxson and Cooper are on stage and readers will get their sensual fill.

Tigers are Forever gives erotic romance readers exactly what they look for – desire, passion, and the bedroom door blown wide open for all to enjoy. It’s a short story that gets right to the heat of the matter. If a sexy short-shot that can be read in one sitting is what a reader has a hankering for, this book delivers.

The previous novella, Harmonized, had a mystery and drama too, but it was more like the calm before a storm. It was a great lead in for this next book. Energized is like a hurricane of storytelling; with so much action and amazing clues being tossed my way, it was hard to put the book down. And I didn’t want to. What an amazing read!

The first chapter doesn’t really clue a reader in on what is going to happen but it does present some wonderful snappy dialogue, great man/woman flirting and insight as to the hero’s frame of mind. The author showed a reader two people who, although strangers, ignited a special spark of … something … that romance readers will interpret correctly. There’s a lot of emotion packed into that first chapter but the best is yet to come.

The conflict, referenced very briefly in Harmonized, takes on an ominous and freaky turn and becomes a full blown murder mystery with time being of the essence. Thing is, no one knows. The author clues a reader in who just might be the next victim and it gave me goosebumps. At no time did I guess who the villain was so I was just as shocked and horrified as the heroine.

I know I should be sharing about how wonderful Niall and Hannah are together, because they are. They are awesome. But what really stuck with me was how the author had me in the villain’s head, reliving memories of youth – all the pain, the horror and the twisted forms of abuse received. It was like a train wreck – hard to look away from because it’s so stunning and unexpected. And when the clues finally came together, I was dumbfounded. Hannah was shocked and totally grossed out. As well she should be. I wanted to feel sad for the villain because the bad person was as much a victim as the future victims of the resulting personality the villain became. I am having a hard time not giving spoilers here because it’s really incredible. Let’s just say that Ms. Behre created a villain that was truly irredeemable. I can’t see how romantic suspense fans can be anything else but wowed by this novel. I know I was.

On the lighter side of things, Hannah is finally reunited with her sisters. How it happens in the course of the story is another amazing feat of storytelling. The author did not do it simply or easily, which added to my being unable to put the book down. Every time I thought it was going to happen, something else did and I was thrown for a loop every time. Especially at the wedding reception where I believe I yelled at the book, ‘Seriously? Now? Oh, come on!” – in the best possible way. I thought for sure Hannah was a goner. How exciting!

Getting back to the man/woman thing between Hannah and Niall, it was many things: sweet, funny, tender, exasperating, sexy, okay, VERY sexy, exciting, thrilling, sad, happy – pick an emotion, it’s all there, including fear. The one thing that stood out for me was Hannah’s calling Niall, Marine. It’s one word but it carries a wealth of meaning in this story. You’ll see when you read it. For me, it was extremely romantic and sweet – eventually.

There is a great happy ever after wrap up and for all the drama there is quite a bit of humor sprinkled throughout the novel. There are family issues, job issues, electrical issues and cooking issues. There is a great supporting cast and it was fun to see Karma still giving Zig some zings and kisses. There’s even a couple of dramatic rescues that almost led to hyperventilation – the writing was that tight and strong.

All in all, Energized knocked my socks off. It’s a powerful, well written mystery with a romance that made me melt. It’s a keeper, it’s a solid recommend and it’s a testament of Ms. Behre’s storytelling talents. Romantic suspense readers can’t go wrong when they read books by Ms. Behre – she delivers solid high quality novels that are well worth the time spent reading. Energized is a winner. And, I’m a very happy reader.

Something’s got to give. Anyone with eyes can see Nicky and her men belong together. A couple of helping hands from unlikely, magical sources give Nicky what she needs — a second chance to claim her men — if only she’s got the courage to take what she wants…

This is a story for fans of friends to lovers. What I liked about this story was the progression and format. It starts off with a memory which established a history between Nicky, Taylor and Ross. Then comes the fateful moment when the heroine hears something that devastates her. Next comes the time of just existing, where the heroine, Nicky, lives a half-live of unrequited love. She values Taylor’s and Ross’s friendship too much to ever do something to destroy their relationship. She’s dying a slow emotional death. I liked that aspect, the focus on their humanity and feelings – she cares and has respect for the two men in her life, even if it hurts. At that point, all a reader wants is for Nicky to be happy.

I wasn’t the only one, and this is where the paranormal aspect comes in. There are two helpers in this romance that can only come from the woo-woo side of fiction. It’s never confirmed if the woman is a witch or not but the man/beast left me in no doubt that there’s something other going on. It’s what was needed to get all three protagonists to wake up and TALK. It turns out that the heroine could dress sexy and speak sultry and huskily all she wants but the real turn on is when all three talk and the unvarnished truth comes out. That’s when the cementing of the romance takes place and the sex explodes. From then on the writing is hot, frenetic and delivers what erotic romance readers enjoy.

One part of erotic writing that doesn’t work for me is the technique of using fantasies with masturbation. It’s not a plus for me but for many readers it is and they enjoy it. If that’s the case for a reader looking at this review, then it’s an endorsement because the writing is well done and the author does have a good imagination. Certainly the scene makes clear that Nicky really is head over heels for Taylor and Ross.

Fortune’s Favor has a well-executed happy ever after that fully satisfied the romantic in me. It’s a quick read and has what fans of short erotic romances look for – passion with a purpose. It’s worth checking out.

Worse, she’s put under his command and Xander’s protective instincts go on high alert. When things start heating up both on and off the clock, it’s almost impossible to keep their heads in the game and their hands off each other…

I really enjoy it when I find a book that has a new twist on werewolf physiology and a unique situation to showcase it. That’s what Wolf Trouble did for me and I fell in love with the genre all over again.

Ms. Tyler’s interpretation is clever, interesting and vastly intriguing. It’s like all of us could have hidden werewolf DNA, it just needs to be triggered. And the catalyst is on par with what romantic suspense stories are known for. What an amazing concept.

Once Xander and Khaki meet, life sure got interesting for both of them. I liked how the author presented the heroine in the first chapter. It was a pivotal moment in her life that led her to a new beginning. I also liked that the hero was so out of his element with Khaki that he simply couldn’t seem to do anything right. Because they had certain roles and responsibilities in their job description, they both tried to act like nothing was wrong and assumed the opposite about each other than what the truth was. Denial makes people do strange and crazy things so it was entertaining watching them dance oh, so carefully around their attraction. It wasn’t until they were shocked by what their noses scented, and upon realizing what it meant that they finally took a chance on sharing their true feelings. That’s when things really heated up and the fun began. It was like watching two kids in cahoots trying to pull a fast one on the adults in charge. It doesn’t work for long and I really enjoyed the whole process.

In the background is a crime spree that the SWAT team was asked to assist the FBI with. That provided the book with many a suspenseful and dramatic moment and I had a hard time putting the book down, even for something as necessary as eating. What I never expected was the loose cannon thrown into the mix. The result of which is a chapter that brought things to head. It was full of action, emotion, fast paced dialogue and a really exciting wrap up. Best of all was an HEA for a different kind of canine.

When Xander and Khaki succumb to their wolfie passions, it was fun and fascinating. The physical romance scenes were well placed throughout the book and even introduced some great moments of blushing and close calls. I enjoyed myself.

Best of all were all the yummy secondary characters. If all the guys end up finding their ONE, and are as well written asWolf Trouble, then I believe I have a lot more awesome romance books to look forward to. I loved the action, the romance, the intrigue, the meaty plot and my absolute favorite funny part in the whole book, the yoga scene. I giggled through the whole event. I enjoyed Ms. Tyler’s storytelling voice and her world building for these amazing heroes. I highly recommend Wolf Trouble to paranormal romance fans, or even fans of romantic suspense. This novel has a lot to offer both groups and I’m thrilled I read it.

Christine Jarrods wants to be a writer of paranormal young adult fiction so she’s pursuing a degree in English. By day, she tackles Chaucer. By night, she stalks the streets looking for something magical to inspire her muse. Finding a thread that suggests one of her profs might be some flavor of shifter, she decides to dig…even though she’s been warned to let it go.

Oliver Standish has a secret. Like a lot of guys his age, he’s scraping by, delivering pizzas, trying to pay off loans from a failed attempt at school, and crushing on Chrissy—the one that got away in high school. Only his family knows he’s also trying to deal with being a shifter…he sure can’t tell Chrissy. With her fascination with magic, he knows she’d want to know more about it—but how do you tell a girl who wants to find a monster that you change into a skunk?

The title alone made me giggle, the blurb intrigued me but the story thoroughly entertained me. I really liked the whole progression of Her Sexy Skunk.
Well, buy levitra in usa http://cute-n-tiny.com/cute-animals/bear-friends/ these enhancers enable temporary relief only. cialis 60mg They also provide essential nutrients to the reproductive organs. This condition may cause hyperthyroidism or cheapest viagra price overactive thyroid disease. For readers who like the premise of friends turned lovers, Her Sexy Skunk delivers. For those that like geeks turned heroes, this little book has that too. There is so much to like in this tale, I totally enjoyed myself.

Chrissy is a wannabe romance writer, specifically a paranormal romance author, but there’s a couple of roadblocks to her dream. She doesn’t know a thing about actual romance because she’s never been in love, and she can’t seem to put her own stamp on a paranormal theme because she doesn’t have anything to research. It’s all fantasy, right? The heroine doesn’t count on the fact that shifters are real and they intend to kill her. How did a bookish heroine become embroiled in were-politics? I really liked what Ms. Nelson came up with.

Ollie is not a common name but it fit the hero. He certainly comes across as timid initially, but when Chrissy is in danger his inner beast isn’t afraid of protecting the woman who he believes is his own. Personally, I adore skunks – I think they’re cute, cuddly and I love how they waddle as they walk. But, I also know that they are not passive little bundles of fur – their spray can blind and their claws can rend and tear with efficiency. So, a wereskunk isn’t that far of a stretch for a hero – it just means he’s doubly cute and impressively aggressive when he needs to be.

The only thing that I wished was different would be how Professor Snipper was handled. References about the teacher are what started the plot moving along but that thread got dropped midway and was not picked up again. Why would Chrissy’s comments cause her the problems they did? What was really going on with Mr. Snipper and why would anyone mention anything on a public forum if humans weren’t supposed to know anything at all? Those loose ends and unexplained relationships plagued me but as this was a short story, I’m guessing they were sacrificed so that the story remained focused on the growing romance between Ollie and Chrissy.

I enjoyed the sensual buildup and the start and stops of their relationship. They’re both unsure, yet it’s clear the attraction is simmering and about to boil over. When it finally does, I was tickled with the vehicle the author chose to get them together. Childhood games aren’t always restricted to kids and the results were fun and sexy.

Her Sexy Skunk is cute, sensually pleasing, sultry yet amusing and is a book easy to recommend to other readers. The ending is a happy for now because I think there’s a bit more hanky-panky that needs to happen before the final HEA. I’m left in no doubts that it’s going to happen though. Ollie and Chrissy are good together. Her Sexy Skunk is lighthearted and charming and a nice story to spend an afternoon with. I’m happy I did.

It helps that he’s a control nut too but to find a woman who ‘got’ him was something the hero, Aiden, simply wasn’t ready for. Zoe blind-sided him and it was beautiful. Poor Aiden, he simply didn’t know how to let go and let someone else who wasn’t family, in. His body sure knew what to do; it just took a while for his brain to catch up. The wild winds of change challenged the hero and made this novel an easy and fun read.

I’d say that Aiden is the character with the most challenges to overcome and they’re all in his head. The family history and dynamic was fascinating. It was the history of the Shaughnessy family that helped me understand what shaped the man that Aiden has become. There’s a lot to respect about the hero and he earns every accolade given. However, he has earned other less than flattering monikers from the townspeople and I was greatly entertained. I liked that aspect of this book – that the community loves the whole Shaughnessy clan, yet they certainly aren’t blind to some of the eccentricities of some of them and that certainly applies to Aiden. There’s no doubt they are cheering for him to fall in love and Zoe is the perfect choice.

I liked Zoe because she doesn’t take any guff from the hero. She puzzles him, confounds him and inflames him, all by just being herself. I liked how she fit in with the Shaughnessy family and her dialogue and actions reflected that.

Aiden sort of runs from his feelings and avid romance readers will recognize that ploy, yet it works in this book. He has this huge chip of responsibility on his shoulders that he’s afraid to let go of. Zoe has no problem with stepping up to the plate and knocking it right off. The internal conflict that results from that is predictable but no less effective and entertaining.

The story includes some heroic acts, blossoming friendships, and a temporary canine that played a role in making the hero imagine a different kind of future, one with his own family. Only the power of the flower will know for sure. I realize that last statement was enigmatic, but it’s a powerful component of the romance.

I liked the family dynamics, the secondary characters, the dialogue and the romance. For the most part, this is a lighthearted story and it’s filled with sweetness, humor and heartfelt emotion. Made For Us is a classically styled romance that is a winner and a definite recommend.

But another female has her eyes on David and will do anything to make him hers, even if she has to kill Lisa.

This is a paranormal goody that was entertaining and easy to read. Lisa’s Bear has quite a bit of internal dialogue between the hero, David, and his inner bear. It was like listening to a bear channeling Tarzan with its one worded gruff vocabulary and I rather enjoyed the flavor it gave the story.

Lisa is a sweet girl but is troubled by an inferiority complex. Dating or hanging out with the wrong crowd will do that to a person. It was hard to read about her fledgling self-esteem being battered but I was gratified to see her eventually stand tall and take action. A little help from the paranormal aspect of the story was unexpected, unique and I liked that twist.

Of course Lisa and David do the sheet tango a time or two, and David came across as a dominant bear of a man but he’s a werebear after all; I expected no less. Those hot scenes were fun, sexy and entertaining, and a reader has no doubts about the hero and heroine having the hots for each other.

Another thing that came as no surprise is the plot conflict. Unfortunately, the villain was easily figured out and the heroine immediately acted the way more easily led astray heroines often do, which annoyed me. It was ‘fainting couch drama’ and predictable but the good news is that it didn’t stop me from reading or enjoying the book. There were quite a few misspellings too which surprised me because everything else seemed so well put together. Overall, the novelette had too much good stuff going on for me to stop. That was proved right when Lisa was able to confront her tormenter. That was a delicious bit of writing and very satisfying. I’m glad I read the whole book.

The HEA is cute because Lisa talks to her bear and I laughed. I have no doubt that Lisa and David are going to have a wonderful life together. Lisa’s Bear is short, cute and a nice way to laze away an afternoon.

Luke “Lucky” Mendez wants to protect Zora and her babies—he knows her ex won’t suddenly turn into the husband she needs. But being a friend is a lot different than stepping in as a father. Can Lucky prove to Zora that he’s the family man she and her babies deserve?

The Baby Bonanza, part of the Safe Harbor Medial series, is chock full of emotion, personal drama, romance and the highs and lows of life. A reader is treated to an amazing community of people who support, love and stand up for those they care for when mean, drunk or vicious people try to mess with their lives. This story has so much going for it and the ending was as wonderful as I could wish.

The main protagonists are Lucky and Zora. Life has dealt them some bad cards and they’ve navigated their crisis the best they knew how. For Lucky, he was sustained by the dream of the perfect scenario for safety, control and how his future would be spent. Anything messy was frowned upon. For Zora, it was for the magical dream of her ex-husband regretting his choice of letting her go and his returning to her with love and acceptance. None of those things were what was best for both the hero and heroine but they couldn’t see that. Certainly not in the beginning. This book shines as it shows a reader the journey they both go on as they realize that what they thought they needed was completely different from what they had. The most amazing thing happened though all that craziness – they fell in love, and it was a wild and emotional ride.

This novel also includes the people who share their boarding house and it amazed me to see that all these people who started out as strangers ending up being a family. Not like a family but a real family. They tease, they harass, they have bad habits and they all pitch in to help. What made their relationships with Lucky and Zora charming and engaging was their support, their caring, their camaraderie and their zeal in protecting each other from the bad stuff life throws at them. And, believe you me, some of the offal that comes their way is sneaky, mean, manipulative and dastardly. The best thing is, truth wins out in the end but not before a tragedy occurs that stuns most every character in the book.

One of the strongest elements in this story is the dialogue. It’s told mostly from Lucky and Zora’s point of view for which I’m grateful. If I had to keep track of all the people populating this tale, I’d have gotten dizzy or mental whiplash. As it was, the author balanced both their point of views perfectly. The author described every worry, feeling and love and moments of hilarity until I felt part of the group. This book touches the heart of every romantic notion I have about what it is to fall in love so hard, you want a family with this person and you want it forever. By the time the happy ever after wrapped up I was convinced that love really does conquer all. Probably because everyone makes mistakes in this novel, everyone is all too human and it’s that very essence of humanity that makes this novel such a powerfully emotional read because at the end, there is love. There is forgiveness. It’s beautiful and very special.

The Baby Bonanza is a must read. For readers who like to see folks overcome incredible personal hardships, who enjoy tender moments and families reuniting and all the good stuff rainbows are made of after the storm, then this is the book to grab. It’s a winner

Tessa is usually the main protagonist but in this story, her cousin, Claudia, is the heroine who has to find the ingredients to fight the next phase of the war against the evil witch, Luciana.

Luciana is a first class villain. She does not have any scenes in Bruja but her vile and dangerous influence is felt throughout the novel. Her machinations have resulted in a threat to Claudia’s brother and it’s a race against time to save his life. Talk about pressure! And, it’s the impetus for the heroine to swallow all her doubts and fears and embark on a journey to Peru that will change her life.

The scary thing is that she has to rely on a mysterious werewolf who doesn’t talk much. She really had to find the courage within herself to venture so far from home. It’s a huge responsibility, and, because Ms. Erin told this story in first person point of view, I was in Claudia’s head the whole time. I really felt for her. So much pain, fear, worries and eventually, here’s the good part, hope. It’s the promise of hope that gives her the will and determination to see this through.

Another story twist I liked was when she met Marcus. Talk about swoon-worthy. He was the last thing Claudia expected but based on the relationship with Tessa and Dastien that I’ve read about in the previous three books, I had a good idea what was about to happen. It couldn’t have happened to a more deserving heroine; Claudia deserved to be loved for who she was, not what she could do and what she could offer. I really had no idea to what extent her powers were, or the lengths the villains would go to get what they wanted, so, not only was the heroine shocked, so was I. There were so many narrow escapes in this novel, my eyes were dry from staring wide-eyed for too many chapters in a row. Was she ever going to catch a break? Was another person she cared for going to die? It was questions like these that guaranteed my reading this novel until the exciting conclusion. It was very exciting, dangerous and the writing captured the very essence of all that turbulent emotion.

I’d have to say that Bruja has a happy for now ending because this isn’t over. There’s a ginormous battle coming in the next book in September and everything that Claudia learned in this story is going to be applied somehow in the next. I can’t wait, I’m excited and September can’t come fast enough. This series has been a pleasure to read from the get go and Ms. Erin has yet to lose her edge. The writing is as sharp and vibrant as in the very first book. I’m such a fan. I hope other paranormal romance readers discover this series too. It’s a winner.

What’s a gal to do when a dog bite isn’t a dog bite and her boss makes her want to howl at the moon?

When her ex dumps her, the only thing Brenna Davis can think to do is drown her sorrows in a margarita—or ten. So she does, and all that got her was a serious headache and some weird bite on her arm. For some reason, she isn’t convinced it came from a dog…

Alpha of the Swan Mountain werewolf pack, Declan Ross, has two things on his to-do list:

Regular blood flow freshen the body and mood of the man should cooperate for an sildenafil in canada effective result. Here, http://www.4frontimports.com/wines/ace-and-able free samples viagra the term emotional freedom may signify your trust to the partner. One of the most normal complaints I hear from due on line levitra to this very concern. 2. Find the damned rogue’s newest victim before it chews its way through half the mountain.

Of course, when he finally finds the tempting, deliciously curved, blue-eyed woman he adds a third item to his list: keep Brenna Davis all to himself…forever.

What a cute and sexy story! I laughed and giggled at the heroine’s internal dialogue. With such phrases as “Go team furry!” and mentions of butter cream frosting and cake, there’s such a lighthearted tone to this tale, even when the claws and fangs come out to do serious wolf protection stuff, I had no worries that the book would go dark. The force of nature that was Brenna wouldn’t allow for it.

This novelette was the perfect size for me to enjoy while I had an hour or two to fill. I wanted something breezy, enjoyable, entertaining yet sexy and steamy and I got all of that from reading Waking up Were. I was left feeling happy and satisfied by the end.

Yes, things happen kind of fast in the story, relationship wise, but that makes perfect sense since it is a short. And, since the author slid in the fact that Declan and Brenna knew each other for a good length of time previously, it made the pace of their accelerated relationship more believable. The paranormal aspect certainly sealed it.

For erotic romance readers, this book is on the light side. It has plenty to satisfy but the sex scenes do not take two or three pages to describe. The author gave me just the right amount and balanced it wonderfully with Brenna’s coming to terms with her now being a werewolf, and the fact that her yummy boss, Declan, is not only a wolf but is determined to claim her as his own. That push pull was further complicated by the demands of her own horny wolf. I grinned a lot while reading even while appreciating the heat between them.

Waking up Were is a rollicking good time and I’m really glad I picked it to read. Ms. Kyle has a reputation for clever quips and cute sayings throughout her books and this one is no exception. It’s light, it’s fast paced and, it’s romantic and fun at the same time. This is the kind of story a reader picks if they want to just sit back and be entertained for a bit. I recommend Waking up Were for that reason and more.
