Seth and Travis are single parents of junior rodeo competitors. Now their lives are changing, and the two men are fighting for their futures and finding love.

Only a few years ago, Travis and Seth began letting their kids compete in the junior rodeo circuit. Seth’s son is working his way through his final season while Travis’ daughter’s interest in her events wanes. No matter what life throws at them, however, their attraction grows, and the two men become closer.

The satisfied sexual relationship Order Page cialis generika between male and female smoking aren’t as important as the health differences. Travis is the latest generation of ranchers, beginning with his great-grandfather who migrated to the area from Mexico. Now years of drought and dwindling cattle markets have him questioning how long he can keep the ranch afloat. Seth is a city boy by rearing but a cowboy by heart, and when he loses his marketing job, he and his daughter move in with Travis and his son to save money. Keeping their relationship platonic seemed to be a good idea years ago, but sharing a bedroom now reveals the men’s need to revisit that arrangement.

Both Travis and Seth are invested in not only seeing their children succeed but also having their own dreams come true. Unfortunately, even the elements are high on the list of hurdles stacking up against them.

Seth and Travis have been buddies for years, experiencing the highs and lows of marriage and child rearing side by side. Eventually, they both find themselves single with a growing attraction between the two of them. Do they put it on ice until the kids are out of the house or do they throw caution to the wind and go through what life has to throw at them together? There’s only one way to find out.

While both are single dads, each is single for a different reason. Seth lost his wife years before and Travis is recently divorced, putting them in similar but different situations. The way that they – and the kids – come together to push through all their struggles was heartwarming.

While I generally don’t like jumping into the middle of a series, the friends to lovers trope reeled me right in. When you already know and care about someone, dropping everything to help them get through a difficult time is easier, feels like less of a sacrifice. So, when both Seth and Travis essentially do the same for each other, it doesn’t feel forced or unrealistic. In addition, with Zane and Amy having known each other for so long and being friends themselves, the transition becomes easier for them all.

The relationship between Seth and Travis is both sweet, strong, and steamy as all get out. When you throw in the way they take care of the kids – both their own and not – it only gets better. I’ll be interested to see if the author writes another book in this series so I can see how they progress in the future as I’m way too invested in them now. Gives me that much more reason to go back to the beginning of the series and get caught up while I wait.

There’s just one problem—the intriguing form of young lab technician Leo Hannah, an employee of Benson Industries and a key witness, who appears to know more than he’s admitting to.

As the investigation progresses, James finds that his previously steadfast ability to separate personal from professional becomes increasingly unreliable. Can he get his head I the game before he compromises the investigation and his future career?

Any other time, FBI Agent James Solomon is all business. Until he meets a man he can’t get out of his head. He doesn’t have time for dalliances, he has a murder to investigate. But will he be able to keep Leo out of his head long enough to find the culprit?

James Solomon is good at his job and it appears that he even enjoys what he does. He’s precise and observant, picking up on things that others might miss. He’s also pretty fun. I thoroughly enjoyed the early interactions between him and his partner, Lisa Gibson. They worked well together and seemed to almost feed off each other’s strong points. So, when, approximately halfway through the book, James does something incredibly stupid, I had to pause for a moment. I found it a bit out of character for someone so dedicated to his job, so good at it that a higher-ranking agent points out how good he is, to do something that would potentially end his career. The temptation to do what he did made complete sense. But to act on it? That really threw me out of the story. Thankfully, I was engaged enough in the mystery to put James’ poor choices aside long enough to finish the story.

That aside, the mystery was solid and although you have an idea of who committed the act early on, their reasonings for it were a surprise. I also liked James, despite his bad choices. His calls with his sister were sweet, even if he wasn’t prepared to fully engage her when she called. Also, the strained relationship with his father added a bit of humanity to his character that gave me reason to empathize with him. I’d really enjoy a sequel to see ho everything shakes out for James, his family, Lisa, and Leo. In the meantime, I’m going to see what else the author has on offer.

Finding love is hard—especially when you’re a demon and your potential mate is your sacrifice…

Sammy is content with running his bookshop and leading a book club consisting solely of paranormal creatures. Despite the persistence of his friends, he has resolved himself to a life without romance, since he doesn’t think anybody could find him and his tendency to spill useless knowledge whenever he gets nervous attractive.

Dresalantion is a demon prince and slightly—make that majorly—annoyed when somebody persistently tries to summon him. He finally decides to show up and put the fear of Dresalantion into his summoners but finds himself rescuing their sacrifice instead.

Make sure that you don’t ingest any solid substance along cialis for sale canada with the Jelly. That should keep cialis in österreich your eczema from reoccurring. This energy booster pill can be consumed with water, so that it dissolves in our blood, depending on the required dosage, such as 25 m.g., 50 m.g. and levitra on line 100 m.g. Sammy intrigues him from the get-go, and when Dre realizes that Sammy can get him the manga he’s been hunting for months—not to mention that he refuses a wish he offered him—the sexy demon decides to get to know this fascinating man better. Much better.

I have to admit I loved this plot and all the wonderful characters with all their different personalities. Also, most of the Demon lore that many authors use in their stories is not present. In fact, I don’t think there is a single one from other books I have read.

Sammy is a wonderful, quirky character that everyone who meets him can’t help but love. Unfortunately, he is incredibly shy, seen as a geek and has a bad habit of spewing strange facts when he is nervous, so his dating life is rather pathetic. His parents’ love had kept him going but he lost them a few years ago in a car crash and still mourns them. I love how he takes everything paranormal in stride, not seeming to mind the strange things that happen around him.

Dre is another wonderful, well developed character who does everything in his power to make Sammy happy. He also loves and enjoys the company of his family. When Dre is able to pay more attention to Sammy, they are almost instantly attracted to each other. Dre was struck by Sammy’s boyish, innocent face with bi-colored eyes.

I really enjoyed watching them go on several dates, going anywhere Sammy’s heart desired. In fact, their first date was to Rome where they went to Dre’s favorite restaurant which is owned by a witch and she makes it obvious that she approves of their relationship. Dre is able to create a hole that allows them to go wherever he wants in an instant. It was cute as they had a contest at each place they visited. Whoever could name the strangest facts won.

There is only one thing I wish could have been changed. The romance took a rather long time to develop. I loved these characters and couldn’t wait for them to express their love on a deeper level.

I adore the fun and adventure that goes along with the obvious connection between these two characters. A wonderful paranormal romance with lots of funny moments and geek trivia thrown around.

Can Tim navigate a path through the various obstacles that seem determined to get in his way before finding a safe haven in the arms of the man he’s learning to love?

Some readers may be used to things heating up at the Seven Plus Ranch, but Loving the Cowboy is my first rodeo! Focusing in on ex-wranglers Tim Barrett and Ryan Horton this third installment in the “Hot in the Saddle” series is an excellent stand-alone story that has me so thrilled to find out that I have some more reading to do!

Tim and Ryan both have troubled pasts when it comes to relationships, but it doesn’t take them long to figure out they might be the solution to each other’s problems. With an incredibly fast-paced plot that is both fueled by moments of tension and incredibly sexy scenes that don’t leave you high and dry, Loving the Cowboy is everything you could want from a whirlwind romance between two devastatingly handsome and experienced ranchers.

J.P. Bowie makes this novel a thrilling ride not only for his characters but also for the readers with moments dripping with sweet tension, wondering if everything will work out for our heroes. The emotion in this novel fuels every piece of the puzzle in all moments whether they be sweet or saucy.

Tim and Ryan steal the show, but their relationship isn’t the only interesting part of this novel. Bowie writes a wonderfully fun side cast of characters, their personalities filling the pages and rounding out the relationships of everyone on the Seven Plus Ranch. They even keep readers guessing on who might hold the next starring role in a Hot in the Saddle novel… Sherriff Joel Harper and Rancher Stu Reynolds perhaps?

While I’m not privy to information on a fourth installment in this series, I do hope I can at least encourage the idea of one! Though it was a very quick read, the attention to detail Bowie put in his work does not go unnoticed. Loving the Cowboy is very carefully edited with no forgotten words or misplaced phrases and it does EVERYTHING to not distract from the story this novel is telling.

In this story about learning to love, you as a reader will find so much fulfillment in nicely developed characters, thrilling plot points, and the rugged arms of two very fit wranglers! I highly recommend rounding up this series for your collection especially if you are looking for something spicy!

Maybe playing pretend could work.

I think it is everyone’s dream to meet a billionaire with a heart of gold, and Jambrea Jo Jones has certainly given us one with her character Remington Marlow. A man who works hard for his own fortune and career, even though he has a trust fund waiting for him whenever his father deems him ready to receive it. But as a family man and hopeless romantic at heart, Jackson Marlow is not about to let his son Remi live the reckless bachelor life any longer, so Remi is officially cut off until he can settle down with a man he loves.

The relationship between father and son in this book is so heartwarming. While they toss ultimatums back and forth to each other, it is clear that it all comes from a place of love and mutual respect for one another. This however, does not stop Remi from trying to find a loophole. He thinks that perhaps he could pay someone to be his fake boyfriend, and his father would see that he was trying, without really having to try. This idea becomes all the more appealing with the appearance of the sexy, single, and desperately in need of money, Elros Carter.

The attraction between these two is absolutely undeniable, and watching them realize it in one another is truly exciting! These characters’ lives have been written with such care that it is easy to see the reality in them. Not everything is perfect for either Remi or El, but it is those moments that really make them shine as characters. The tension between them is thick enough to cut it with a knife, and their resistance to each other is almost as sensual as their inevitable ignition of their spark. Bound by their pasts, and their uncertainty in the future, Remi and El build and break barriers in their relationship creating a new depiction of sexy that is nearly unattainable.

The Billionaire’s Bribe is a fast-paced read that encompasses the exhilaration of mutual attraction, the realities of everyday life, and the desire to be wanted by someone for more than just money. Give your heart over easily to this book, because Remi and El will do enough overthinking for you, and their story is not one to miss!

Can these two find the love they deserve while raising four dogs, or are they destined to just be friends?

This is another fun novel in Megan’s Slayer’s Must Love Dogs series. I have read a few of them already. I adore the plots that are centered around dogs and the men who love them. We get to meet Kelly Haas, a man who can’t live without a dog and after losing his last one is searching for a new companion to enliven his rather boring life. Fate steps in when he finds a website for a Basset Hound rescue group. It’s incredibly sweet watching him fall in love with a one-eyed male named Louie.

Now Louie is going to bring his new human to the man who rescued him, Rob McMann. Their first meeting was electric and both men felt the attraction immediately. Rob is a man who puts dogs first and everything else in the background. His life was a hard one, his whole family refusing to accept the fact that he is gay. The only thing that keeps his depression away is rescuing dogs and watching them find a loving family. My heart ached for him because he lives a cold existence outside of the animals, foster animals and his own. He doesn’t have much of a support network and although his father had left when he was young, his mother forced him to be the stable man. He wasn’t able to show any feelings, he had to be stoic at all times. I got a feel for that when he finds out his mother is dying, and he has to handle her affairs. The author does a great job of getting the reader into just how bad his childhood was as he received nothing from his mother’s will, all of it went to his sister. His sister is another example of how bigoted people can be towards those that are different. She just thinks he can flip a switch inside him and fall in love with a woman.

On the other hand, Kelly is having had a more stable home life, although he feels incredibly shy and awkward. A great example of this is him blurting out to Rob, “I wanted to say hi before now, but I didn’t. I’m not usually shy, but I’m not great at making a move.” I love his character because he is caring. Even though he doesn’t know Rob very well, he offered him all the support he could when he learned that his mother had died. Rob really needed that love and understanding so that he could finally let his guard down. Their love making is hot but sweet as well. I could just see the connection between them crackling every time they are in the same room. It helps that the dogs are them to help them feel like a family, a pack.

There are a few things that I would have like to see changed. I know this is a rather short story, but I think they jumped into bed far too quickly. I would have liked to see the relationship develop a little slower, to get to know them a little deeper. It’s also interesting just how fast Rob opened up to Kelly.

In the end, it’s a sweet story about two men and their rescue dogs that bring them together when they most need it. Each partner brings something that is desperately needed in their relationship. I’m a sucker for any story that involves dogs, and this warmed my heart. You can tell that the two of them have found their soul mates and the life in front of them is going to be much happier.

There is a lot that goes on in this book. You have Dakota’s ex-boss, new jobs, missing brothers, family life/tension, and not forgetting a custody battle. It is a fast-paced story with insta-lust/love between our two main characters. There is little to no angst between the two of them. All the angst is caused by circumstances going on around them, rather than them themselves.

I have enjoyed every book I’ve ever read by Morticia Knight but this one is not one I would read again. Part of the problem for me is that it is the next in the series after a brilliant read. Searching for Shelter was the best book in the series and then Strip Search followed it and it just didn’t hit the same buttons. Although I am a fan of epilogues this one felt like it was a way to give the reader answers without having to go into too much detail. Just accept and it’s done.

This is still a great series and I loved reading about how other characters were getting on in their lives. I enjoyed Reed and Dakota’s story but just not as much. I still have no hesitation in recommending it though!

The writing in this story gives an eloquent picture of the struggle Lance had, not only to become the person he knew he was inside but to also fight the uphill, never-ending battle with people who knew him ‘before.’

Add into that someone who loves him as he is plus someone who wants to love him and you get a very confused Lance. And then there is the other side of this story. The story involving Arthur, Mordred, Morgana, Viviene, and Emrys. Some can do magic, some can’t. Some believe in their past lives, some don’t. There is a mixture of magic in this book, from Celtic Wicca (Gwen) to Santeria (Mordy and Morgan) to Bruja (Lance).

This was an interesting read with plenty of action to keep the reader turning the pages. Not only do they have the big bad to figure out but also Lance and Arthur have to figure out themselves too. The character relationships were brilliantly written as they interacted with each other.

A different book in the mix of King Arthur books out there but one I thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely recommended by me.
