A cat, a demon and a bear. Oh my.

Jericho Dark Walker is a Bear, born to shift into both an animal’s and man’s form. He’s second in command to the mixed group of shifters living in the Great Forest. For years it had been his dream to see his clan reintroduced to the land of their ancestors. But now that he’s back he finds himself restless, unable to find joy in even the simplest back scratch or hive of honey. The female shifters offer little challenge, more than eager to bed the Great Clan’s beta, and with everyone getting along, there’s little more for him to do than break up the rare fight.
Initially I was scared of the side effects of these alternatives may lead to severe conditions and are far more costly behind the wheel than they are presently managing with executive jet charter and commercial flights, as believed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), having denied the airports’ lobbying for a curfew in the past, if you are taking icks.org viagra the pill, or if you control happening living your life. Factors that can increase the level of risk are poor diet, generic sildenafil uk low activity level and more weight than usual around the waist. Men taking nitrates or alpha-blockers (antihypertensive drug) are cheap cialis not allowed to use this medicine.
When an opportunity arrives to represent the clan and work with the athmae to oust an evil plaguing the outer edge of the Great Forest, he gratefully volunteers. The alpha’s brother has mated with an athmae—a demon—so Jericho thinks he knows what to expect. But his new partner is anything but typical. The athmae assigned to work with him is a male demon as large as Jericho, and just as deadly. No sex demon, but a hunter with the instincts of a true predator. So why is Jericho so taken with the male, when he has only ever felt desire for a female?

And why, when they rescue an annoying, sexy cat shifter from certain death, do his instincts scream at him to claim both the feline female and the demon as his own? Bears don’t mate outside their species, yet everything inside Jericho pushes him to do just that. A cat, a demon and a bear. Oh my.

Were-bear Jericho finds himself unable to solve a series of murders by a magical creature that doesn’t leave scent when it kills. When his alphas suggest that a local demon kingdom has been experiencing similar problems, Jericho knows he has to go and discover what he can, if it will help his Clan. Seino is a demon, a Protector of the seventh kingdom. He’s no more thrilled with being partnered with Jericho than the were-bear is to be with him. But they both need to hunt and kill the murderer wreaking havoc in their realms – no matter the cost.

I have to be honest, I adored Jericho’s character. An enormous, grumpy-assed were-bear with zero patience for prophecies, posturing, frolicking with incubi and especially no interest in figuring out what his own foresight seems to be telling him. Gruff and no nonsense I laughed and eagerly devoured everything about this large man and loved every second of it. I found Seino to be a bit more of an enigma, and that really appealed to me too. While still intensely sexual, he wasn’t like the other demons/Kin and blatant about it. There was a subtlety to Seino that really appealed to me and I found that far sexier and more provocative than if he’d been up front or in-your-face with his sexuality.

I was a little uncertain with the addition of Anya, a cat-shifter, into their relationship. Personally I felt the balance and chemistry was perfect just between Seino and Jericho. The plotline surrounding Anya was perfect and I really enjoyed that, but I wasn’t fully sold on the fact that Anya added anything to the relationship (sexually or emotionally) and didn’t really feel the ménage was significantly better than the twosome between the two men. I couldn’t help but wonder why she was added to the relationship at all. The plot surrounding her was excellent and I completely got that – I just couldn’t see why she needed/wanted to be added to the M/M side of things. Still, for readers who prefer ménage’s to M/M Anya will probably be a welcome addition.

I found the sex deliciously hot and adored the interactions – especially between Jericho and Seino. The paranormal world was fresh and I thought the author did an excellent job of describing it without any info-dumps or cluttering up the progress of both the plot and the relationships. Overall I found this to be a really well written, well paced story with plenty of steamy sex and characters that really interested me and captured my attention.

Aleks likes his job at Hot Tin Roof. It doesn’t bother him to dance or strip because he has a strict rule to only play with humans. Never a shifter and never a cat larger than he is. Only then comes Rafe, and soon Aleks is sorely tempted to throw caution – and all his sensible rules – right out the window.

I enjoyed this slow-paced erotic romance. I loved that we saw the whole progression of the relationship in such a short story. When Aleks and Rafe meet Rafe recognizes exactly what Aleks is, and that knowledge tempts Aleks to cast aside his normally quite sober rules. I loved the pacing the author gave this story, a lovely slow burn that really appealed to me. I enjoyed getting to know both characters, watching them learn about each other and finally come together.

The chemistry between the two men was astounding and this helped make me feel like that final consummation was just explosive. I loved the building tension between Aleks and Rafe and felt their happiness together was just the icing on the cake. There is a very small amount of BDSM lifestyle in the story – Aleks is submissive at heart, and while Rafe likes to be in charge the sex between them isn’t strictly BDSM, some of their relationship discussion and preferences lean in that direction.

I found this to be an interesting, emotional and relationship-focused erotic story and one I greatly enjoyed. I’d happily read both more stories from the author and more in this series down the track.

Sometimes love sneaks up when you’re least looking for it….

Zeke Bandy, owner of Bandy’s Finest Hotel in Old Town Stone Acres, California, is too busy for love. Not only does he oversee the operations of the historic hotel and uphold his family’s tradition of offering refuge to strays and runaways, Zeke also sings and plays down-home music two nights a week at the Stonewall Saloon and for occasional celebrations. Then Zeke meets Victor Longbow, the man of his dreams.
So we can conclude that unfortunately, all the other companies are levitra 20mg able to produce the medicine. When you are sildenafil 50mg using aromatherapy, it is of the utmost importance. Vic isn’t looking for love either. In fact, because of his upbringing in a strict, white foster family, Vic’s not sure he believes in love. He’s in Stone Acres to open a branch office of a national brokerage firm. He’s also hoping to find a vintage photo of what might be his Native American ancestor.

After their paths cross, they become friends, then more. Connected by their experiences as orphans raised by flawed fathers, Zeke and Vic realize that some men must find love, hone it, and create families for themselves.

Zeke is finding that life is good but exhausting. Managing and owning the historic hotel in a small town and moonlighting two nights a week playing the fiddle and banjo he’s trying hard to find time for his love life in amongst all his other commitments. Vic and his brother have come to town – both of them best men in a friend’s upcoming wedding, but Vic is interested in staying. Zeke and Vic are instantly attracted to each other, but life is never that simple.

This is a fun short story that I really enjoyed. Zeke is seemingly perpetually burned out, working hard, incredibly long hours at his hotel and fiddling/playing the banjo both at the local pub and at the wedding of his friends. And this is when there aren’t lost waifs to help or enraged, gun-wielding maniacs to deal with. The blossoming relationship with Vic is the only solace in Zeke’s incredibly full life and it’s this relationship that I feel really sells the story.

I really enjoyed how the plot of the story was based pretty much around Zeke’s managing the hotel and Zeke and Vic getting to know each other. With quite a large cast of interesting, vibrant secondary characters I feel it really gives the feel of a small town where everyone knows everyone and there’s no such thing as secrets or privacy. I was a little surprised at how little explicit sex there was. Indeed aside from a number of very passionate kisses, and a lot of smoldering chemistry the sex was actually behind closed doors. So while Zeke and Vic were in a M/M relationship, it wasn’t strictly – to my mind – an erotic romance as the actual consummation occurred off screen and wasn’t detailed in the story. Readers wanting that erotic, graphic detail mightn’t be satisfied with that aspect of this story, but I found the chemistry, sexual tension and steamy kisses were still quite satisfying for a steamy romance story.

I found this to be a fun, steamy and well paced story and one I think a number of readers can enjoy.

What is a sexy soccer stud supposed to do when “following family tradition” falls 180 degrees opposite his closeted ideal?

From birth, Chris Jackson has been schooled on how to land a cheerleader. After all, his father married one, and his father’s father before him. Heck, even his older brother married a stereotypical cheerleader the summer before Chris went off to college. For two years, Chris dodges invasive questions about relationships by blaming his lack of female companionship on grueling practices and heavy course loads. But his lack of interest in girls should’ve given his family a clue. It isn’t until Chris mentions meeting a boy that his father’s synapses short-circuit.

Alonzo Martin is anything but a buxom blond. From his black hair, combat boots, and trench coat to his nail polish and guyliner, the mysterious introvert isn’t easily persuaded to date. Alonzo’s insecurities keep Chris at arm’s length, but Alonzo’s painful past might meet its match in the charismatic jock’s winning smile and sense of humor.

When opposites attract, only cheerleaders and gummy bears can help overcome fear and family tradition.

An outgoing jock who’s still in the closet meets a hurt, withdrawn emo guy he just has to have. Here’s what happens next…

The best thing about this pill which ensures safety of the users is that it does not contain any chemicals that can cheap levitra http://respitecaresa.org/events/latest-news/page/4/ trigger to make the illnesses become worst or to acquire side effects. Excess Prolactin Again, it is order generic levitra respitecaresa.org a type of hormonal imbalance. Small states like Hawaii, Rhode Island, and Vermont, have overwhelmingly agreed to become overnight delivery cialis a part of the group. The story starts right away, which is good. Slow beginnings annoy me. Both main characters, Chris and Alonzo, are wonderful guys, so freaking adorable and amiable. Loved them. Their dialogue is witty banter, partly small talk and partly in-depth conversations. I liked the realistic balance of their interaction.

This is a slow-build romance. Alonzo, who’s been traumatized in the past, has pretty legit reasons for shying away from physical relationships. So there’s a lot of kissing and making out, tantalizing little scenes that whet a reader’s appetite for more. Delicious approach in my honest opinion.

The characterization is pretty well done. We get Chris’s first person POV and then Alonzo’s third person POV. I personally wouldn’t have minded if both were in first person, since the two guys are so different in personalities and outlooks. Nonetheless, both men are shown as three-dimensional men coming into their true selves. Chris with his ever-present smile and Alonzo with his habit of avoiding direct eye contact, one optimistic and assertive, the other reticent and melancholy. These portrayals felt sweet and honest.

The writing is easy to follow, the pacing fluid. There was some sports stuff I happily skated over but beyond that I didn’t want to miss a thing. Sometimes the people talk a bit funny, as in too formal or mature for their ages, but these are smart people, so it makes sense. The sensual scenes, of which there are plenty, never cease to titillate and make me go “aww.”

One of the side characters, Doug, Chris’s best friend, has POV scenes too. He’s confused about his own sexuality but also shows homophobic attitudes. I was intrigued by these insights into Doug’s mindset, his bafflement about gayness, at once seeing it as disgusting but also as normal. His frame of mind could easily have become hatred and/or violence but he grows to see that love is love. I was surprised and pleased with how Doug’s situation was handled. His story’s next, I believe.

It was nice to see Ellis and Cole from the first book in the series too. These books are great, and they hold a special place in my heart.

All in all, Kelly is a great writer who has a knack for reaching the mindset of people who are kind at heart but going through angsty times and serious learning curves. There’s humor, fun and games amid the more heartbreaking stuff, which balances the storytelling well. The ending sure left me with a perma-grin and a few happy tears.

I highly recommend this series to all those who love jocks-and-nerds and coming out themes, and relatively low angst levels with plenty of sweet love mixed with spicy sex scenes.

Plus, there are gummy bears.

At thirty five Brandt was no longer agile enough to be a rodeo clown. Kaden is a vet and has been one of Brandt’s best friends for many years. After they made their choices to remain close friends and not more, each had scrupulously kept their emotional distance from the other. Mike was Kaden’s vet assistant and while Kaden waited for his cowboy to come home, chemistry sizzled between Mike and Kaden. Can the three men come together and make choices that they can all live with?

This is a really sweet, warm-hearted short story. I loved the three characters of Kaden, Brandt and Mike and was pleased to watch these friends finally act on their feelings and become a threesome. There were some great secondary characters too. I found this to be quite a slow paced, steamy read. There is a delicious amount of chemistry between all three men – Kaden/Brandt and Kaden/Mike in particular – and watching this triangle become a menage was a lovely story. I loved the threesome scene when it finally came about – readers who enjoy a lot of buildup, chemistry and tension in their stories should not be at all disappointed.

I was impressed by the way the author kept the attraction and sexy desire between the three men simmering, with a few hot kisses and I felt the simmering sexual tension was a wonderful way to keep the eroticism of the story high without having endless, meaningless sex scenes padding the story out. This also made that final menage scene well worth the wait and hotter for all the buildup.

I really enjoyed this story and would happily recommend it to readers looking for a steamy, chemistry-strong threesome story.

When Nick finally receives news about Al, it sends him reeling with shock, anger and total despair. That is, until Trip delivers a surprise of his own and sends Nick’s world spinning in a whole different direction…

Nick is new to Vegas and has spent most of his time since arriving organizing and opening Butterscotch Dreams, a specialty café. After selling his own restaurant and leaving behind his entire life – including his married-for-convenience boyfriend, Al, Nick has taken time to settle down. But Vegas has finally started to work her charms on Nick. So when Al walks into Butterscotch Dreams out of the blue, Nick is shocked and maybe just a little bit happy. Can the two men work through their differences?

I really enjoyed this story. I found the history between Nick and Al to be really interesting and I quickly found myself quite emotionally invested in Nick. While I was a little surprised at how lust for Al clouded Nick’s better judgment, I couldn’t fault him for it as they’d been lovers and partners for many years. Besides, I felt Nick’s love and desire to believe the best of the situation added a wonderful realism to Nick’s character.

While some of the plot was quite easy to guess, the author managed to weave the story skillfully enough that I didn’t mind I could see certain aspects from a mile away. I was also really impressed how the author managed to make Al not appear like a cartoon villain. Sure, Al was in the wrong over a number of points, and Al was certainly a flawed man to my mind (being driven and ambitious to the point of blindness to everything else in particular) but he was not a “bad” or evil man in a traditional sense of a fictional villain. Also, having a few of the chapters told from Al’s perspective really helped me as a reader to get inside his head and understand where Al was coming from.

I also found myself deeply intrigued by Trip – Nick’s boss and only friend in Vegas. A funny misunderstanding meant that the working relationship and friendship between Nick and Trip added an twist into much of the plotline of this story. I had plenty of questions about Trip and deeply enjoyed learning more about him and truthfully he was my favorite character out of the three men.

I found this to be a great read with interesting, complicated characters, a great plot and plenty of twists. Recommended.

But after the Supreme Court ruled in favor of gay marriage, James decided it was time for him to reach out and grab the future he really wanted. Now he had the same rights as a straight man, James no longer feared losing his job — and more importantly, his kids — simply because there was a certain man he wanted to spend a lifetime together with. Can James and Morgan finally make a future for themselves, together?

I found this to be a really emotional, highly charged short story. There’s a whole bunch of chemistry between James and Morgan, but for so long now they’ve both had too much baggage and outside issues both holding them back and keeping them apart. I loved seeing them finally come together and discover what the future can hold for them both.

It was a little disconcerting to find a typo on the front cover (the title reads: The Pirates’s Cove) and while for me personally I found this funny and not off putting, I know a number of readers who are sticklers for such things and would be immediately turned off by this to the point of not purchasing the title for the editing error. The rest of the story seemed well edited and I didn’t find anything else, but as a first impression the cover art is often an important point to note as it’s often what will sway a reader to purchase – or not – a book.

Readers should be aware that most of the last quarter of the book followed the fall-out of Jamie’s coming out to his soon to be ex-wife, Natalie. I was a little surprised at how much detail this part of the plot was given, as it was distinctly non-romantic. Personally, I felt it lessened not just the sexiness of the earlier part of the story, but also for me it acted rather like a wet-blanket. In a non-romance book I’d have been very interested in this aspect of the plot and it was certainly well written. I just had to personally question whether it was mood-enhancing in an erotic romance book and found for myself, it really soured the enjoyment I received from the rest of the story.

The relationship between James and Morgan though was the highlight of the whole story for me. I loved how for most of the story the delicious chemistry sizzled between them, the tension and doubts they each had – making them so very human, realistic and relatable to me. I loved watching them come together and cheered them on every step of the way. The sex was smoking hot and while Morgan and Jamie did have some dominant/submissive aspects to their relationship it didn’t read to me as a classic BDSM style relationship – at least not at this stage. If the author wrote a sequel I’d be interested to see if more of these BDSM elements entered their relationship as they both got to know each other better and built a life together.

A quick and good read.

My name is Officer Sargent, Sarge to friends and fellow police officers. You might have heard some rumors about me, but they’re all lies. I’m not gay. I’m not. The reason I watch my partner’s back is because that’s what cops do; we watch out for each other. It has nothing to do with his broad shoulders or trim hips or shapely butt.

My partner Nero is a demon, and he has a sick sense of humor, tricking me into thinking things no straight man should ever think. I’m a genetically enhanced supercop, and I can handle his devilish magic.

That is, until the unthinkable happens.

Nero is the demon who watches Sarge’s back, his partner on the police force. Sarge, a cop to his bones, insists he isn’t gay while he struggles valiantly to deny his ever-growing attraction to Nero. What will happen when they both finally give in?

This is a super short but scorching hot M/M story. I really enjoyed it and found the pace remarkably good. While we do jump into the sex fairly promptly, I felt I was introduced enough to Nero and Sarge to have a good feel for both their characters – and really in such a short story it would have been a shame to drag the introductions out and miss out on some of the delicious sex.

I would have really enjoyed if somewhere (maybe in a short author note or the blurb – just somewhere) the “Nero’s blog/Sarge’s blog” titles for each of the chapters had been explained or discussed. I feel a little left in the dark about this; was there a plot or purpose to it that I missed? Or is this just sortof like each man doing a journal entry in their own perspective? I really enjoyed seeing their coming together from both of their points of view – I feel that was really well handled and gave me a strong understanding of their characters, but admit to being a little lost and confused as to how it fitted into the blog titles for the chapter headings.

The sex between Sarge and Nero is seriously spicy. Nero lives up to his demon characteristics, not one to deny himself – or Sarge – anything. I enjoyed particularly how in a number of respects Nero allowed Sarge to believe incorrect facts, cliché’s that allowed Sarge to relax his “I’m not gay” insistence, even when the cliché’s weren’t actually true. I felt this was quite different to Nero manipulating or deceiving Sarge. I didn’t feel Nero lied to Sarge – and Nero had genuine, deep feelings for Sarge so I wouldn’t have found his being deceitful realistic to the character. But by omission, by not correcting Sarge’s preconceived notions, he actually allowed Sarge to make his own assumptions and act how he secretly yearned to. While this is certainly a fine line, I felt the author did an amazing job explaining and showing this, and it made the story far richer to my mind.

A sexy, seriously hot and explicit romp between a dazzling demon and his not-so-straight policeman partner and lover. An awesome short story I will happily reread many times to come.

Although raised in both the white and Native worlds, Logan’s Indian heritage tells him he may have fallen for a witch, a skinwalker.

Can Blake convince Logan there’s no evil involved in what he is or will Logan remain convinced he’s been making love to a monster?

Blaze Canis holds gun handling and safety classes and sometimes private shooting lessons in Yellowstone park. During one session he meets Logan, who is interested in refreshing his skills with his own gun. Chemistry sizzles and the two men are instantly attracted to each other. How will Logan react when he finds out Blaze is a shifter?

I really enjoyed this story. Readers who like really heavy-duty world building and lots of background explaining the paranormal world in their stories might find themselves disappointed with this book. While Blaze does think about this internal wolf a fair bit – and there’s a bit of Logan’s spiritual beliefs from his Indian heritage – there is not a lot of explanation or storyline revolving around the wolf packs, or other paranormal elements of the author’s world.

I found that for more than half of the story apart from the fact Blaze referred to his inner wolf, there wasn’t very much of a paranormal element to the story really at all. For most of the story the focus was entirely on the romance building and growing between Blaze and Logan. Toward the end (the last 35 pages or so) the paranormal elements of the story really come to the fore, and this satisfied me and my enjoyment of the shifter/alpha aspect of the story, but I could easily understand that some readers picking this story up purely for a strong paranormal romance story might find this didn’t tick the box for them in that respect.

I really enjoyed the romance and relationship that was built between Logan and Blaze. The two men were hesitant at first – as new acquaintances they didn’t even know if the other was gay or not – and I felt the pacing here was really to my tastes. Slow enough that it didn’t feel unrealistic, but with enough forward momentum that it was clear from almost the start that they were both interested in each other and happy to pursue the chemistry and attraction drawing them both together. The sex was steamy and I found it quite erotic, best of all the emotional and spiritual connection between Logan and Blaze helped it feel a whole lot more than just sex. As a spicy romance story this really fit the bill for me. It was clear the author had studied up quite a bit on wolves and their behavior, the explanations in the final few chapters were incredibly realistic and showed the research the author had done.

A fun and interesting M/M romance with a bit of a shifter/paranormal edge. I found this to be a good story.

Years later at Oliver’s wedding, Asa has returned back to London for the nuptials, unsurprised to find his feelings for Theo remain as strong as ever. But when Theo has an accident, could this be the chance Asa has longed for?

This is a lovely short story about two really good friends who finally allow their relationship to bloom into more. I personally enjoyed the pacing of the story – that lovely slow, sweet fall from friends into lovers. Readers looking for a harder-core erotica might find the pace too slow though. There is no sex or spice until well past the half-way mark and in such a short length story readers who are more interested in the spice and erotic scenes rather than the journey itself might find this lacking in the heat department.

For me, I often love the journey and am far more interested in the characters and the ride – so this story really hit a lot of good points for my enjoyment. I loved getting to know Asa – and to a lesser extent Theo. The entire story is told from Asa’s point of view, so at times I really did wish for a quick glance in Theo’s head. Needing to read this thoughts and feelings from cues in his actions and through Asa’s eyes were sometimes difficult and I would have dearly loved at least a chapter or two from Theo’s perspective. That said, I loved watching Theo and Asa deepen their friendship, open their trust to each other and finally, finally at the end of the story come together and admit their feelings were so much more than friendship.

Readers looking for a slow, realistic and very sweet progression of a story, one focused on the characters and their journey together should really love this M/M story. I really enjoyed it and would happily look for more.
