It only takes a hot second to figure out she’s hell-bent on seduction. But if she thinks they’re going to make it easy for her to pick which cowboy she wants most, she’s sadly mistaken. And who says she has to choose one?

Stormy Jordan is a spoiled brat. She knows it. Her dad knows it. The men who have pined after her since before she left for college know it. Now she’s home thinking it might be her last chance to see if a hot spanking and a melting kiss meant as much to them as it did to her. Her biggest fear is having to choose and then having to explain to her dad why simply she can’t choose. Too bad Stormy’s been away from home for so long. She’s most definitely going to be surprised at how things in this Lone Star town have changed.

This book called to me with its feisty, smart mouthed heroine, two hot cowboys and a nice touch of BDSM thrown in. It’s all rolled together, I knew going in, and having read other stories by this author, that it was sure to be some smoking hot fun. Ms. Devlin didn’t disappoint.

Stormy was a fun character because it was easy to root for her to be disciplined. That might sound strange, or not for readers who frequently read BDSM, but she was asking for it. Over and over. And Joe and Cam gave it to her. Over and over. The push/pull dynamic doesn’t work in every relationship but these three understood each others strengths and weaknesses. they complimented each other and that made for a good menage story.

Joe and Cam worked liked two halves of whole even though they were friends rather than blood related. When Joe played the alpha, Cam tended to be the softy. It was nice to see that they could switch roles when the situation called for it, too. Ms. Devlin did a good job building the tension and even teasing with future possibilities for the future of this trio.

I haven’t read all of the books in this series, yet, but I met some interesting groupings at the barn dance and that sent me on a search for more Lone Star Lovers. If alpha males, mouthy heroines who need a strong hand and some red hot menage lovin’ is to your taste, I would suggest giving Reined In a go. Short story, big on fun.

And unlike the human men Lily’s been evading all her life, Bane and Darek can keep up with her. They can bring her pleasure like she’s never known. But will the bond between the three of them be enough to make Bane and Darek risk everything?

I enjoy dragon shifter stories, so this one caught my eye, not only because it was dragon shifters but because there is a forbidden love aspect since dragons and idanas are not supposed to mix.

Bane and Darek, are both strong male characters that both want Lily, they hadn’t planned to share a mate, but when they meet Lily, they both feel a pull to her as their mate, so it becomes obvious they need to share.

Lily was interesting, because she knows nothing of being an idana, so when the men first meet her and accuse her of being evil, she is completely confused. That adds a fun twist that easily allows the world to be described in a convenient and believable way.

I really enjoyed this story, it’s a very erotic story, and the scenes were well written and very hot. I really enjoyed the flying scenes, it was refreshing for a story with dragon shifters to show them in their dragon forms so much.

It’s entertaining, has the forbidden love aspect and a fated mates story so it moves quickly. I recommend it to fans of shifter stories.

When Ellie moved to the SpiralStone retreat center to figure out her life, she expected peace, quiet, and spiritual practice. She had no idea that the two sexy men running the kitchen would seduce her…much less at the same time. Kyle and Jake turn out to be wilder than they seem and Ellie finds herself wrapped up in devastating magic. She must choose: stay with Jake and Kyle and risk who she has been, accepting the dangerous world of shapeshifters? Or leave them and risk madness, or worse?

If you diagnosed with STDs, then you need early treatment to get rid of the condition. Ellie jumped at the chance to do a work/study sabbatical at the SpiralStone retreat in an effort to find direction and maybe a little enlightenment about the universe. A self-proclaimed physics geek, Ellie loved to study and experiment. Up until recently she enjoyed her position at the university but an episode with an employer had left a bad taste in her mouth and sent her running for some peace and quiet. She thought she’d found it until she met the two hot guys who worked the dining area of the retreat. Too bad hot guys never gave this geek a second look. These aren’t two ordinary hot cooks and they see something in Ellie that will give this scientist a real reason to question what she thinks she knows is truth about the world around her.

First off, keep in mind that is a short story, a quickie. And it’s erotic. There isn’t a whole lot of room to world build. I didn’t expect, and certainly didn’t want, the author to load it down with background details. Ellie has a family that isn’t exactly close and a self-image problem. One of the guys did something that got them in trouble and sent to the retreat for their own safety. That’s the background basics. The plot of this novella is centered on Jake and Kyle finding a way to get closer to Ellie. They know she’s interested, they can both sense it and smell it but, it’s going to take some finessing and convincing to get Ellie to admit to it. When they do finally get her where they want her, it’s explosive. Seriously, the sex is hot in this one no matter if they take her together or separately.

There were a couple of things that were a little hard to buy in this story. She’s supposed to be a physics geek, a scientist, but other than over thinking why the guys would be into her and how she was going to handle being with two men, she could have been any other non-science type. The other thing that I didn’t feel like I quite understood was the whole reason why the guys had been sent to the retreat. I got that it was in a neutral zone and they were supposed to be safe from a rival pack there but then a little skirmish happens and then it’s over. I guess that whole scene felt a little rushed. It had the purpose of getting Ellie to admit to what she wanted but it was almost too convenient. Also, I was expecting at least a little M/M action. It’s hinted at, they tease her with the possibility, but then… nothing. Honestly, I was able to look over her supposed profession and the guys issue with the other pack but the lack of bromance when it was teased was probably the most disappointing part.

I did like the characters individually and as a grouping. Did I mention the sex is pretty hot? Ellie is sweet and I did buy that she couldn’t see how Jake and Kyle could want her individually much less together. It made their first time together that much more anticipated and frantically tense but in a good way. I also liked both Jake and Kyle. Hot inked werewolves who sense their mate… what’s not to like?

Read this book for what it is rather than with expectations of the next great novel. It’s hot. It’s quick and it’s satisfying. The characters are easy to cheer for and the setting was interesting. Readers who don’t have a lot of time but need an erotic paranormal ménage fix, this is one I’d suggest they go for.

I really enjoyed the opening of this story. Ms. Monroe took the concept of the hierarchy and loyalty of a real wolf pack and applied it to this story about a group of wolf shifters.

It had all the makings of a space adventure as two of the pack set off to recover what they think is a precious gem, but what in fact, turns out to be another shape shifter.

The pacing is fast but I felt the story could have been stronger had we been able to know Ruby more than we did. I would have liked to have seen more insight into her personality and character other than what she was, and that she was on the run.

However, ultimately I enjoyed this story, and if you like a touch of sci-fi with shape shifters in your stories than this is probably a good pick for you.

But even as they question her motives, Jeanie finds herself falling for not one, but both of them. To make their relationship work, the men will have to trust her, while Jeanie attempts to accept the impossible.

Jeanie moved out to a neighboring county to help mend her broken heart. With lush woodlands on either side of her cozy little house the fresh start was what she hoped could help get her life back on track again. With small excursions to explore the pretty countryside, she decides to visit Owlswick one Saturday afternoon. After taking a photo of a large, beautiful owl she meets a strange, angry man named Reed. Soon, Jeanie is involved with both Reed and his mysterious friend Nathan, and Jeanie realizes there is far more than meets the eye to the little town of Owlswick.

This is an interesting and very different take on shape-shifters. I’ve never read about were-owls or were-eagles and it was certainly something unique for me. I enjoyed how the author also had played around with some of the rules of the paranormal. Whereas it’s not uncommon for vampires to have no reflection, in this instance when Jeanie takes a photo of a magnificent, huge owl, when she looks at the photo instead she sees a man in the bird’s place. At times I had to wonder if the author was making a bit of light fun at the heroine – I laughed aloud when Jeanie first starts to discover the mysteries at Owlswick and says to herself “I’ve stumbled on something weird.” Because yes, if I’d taken a photo of an owl in broad daylight, then upon looking at the photo on my computer seen a man in the bird’s place weird is the least of what my thoughts would be! While I didn’t find the whole book to be lighthearted, it’s also not a deadly serious, dry kind of story either. I liked this blend of solid plot with a bit of humour thrown in.

If you are a reader who can suspend disbelief, sit back, relax and enjoy a really out there story, I think you should give this book a chance. Sticklers for logic and rules might find too many things to nit pick (owls flying around in the daylight hours, Jeanie’s inner thoughts leaping to massive conclusions, going back to “investigate” the small town she clearly thought moments ago might be quite dangerous). But really, when one is talking about were-owls and were-eagles, it’s not like the usual rules should apply, or at least not to my mind.

I’d recommend this book for more broad-minded readers who like something different. The author has written an interesting tale not only of two men finding their perfect woman to share, but also of a heroine whose eyes are opened to a completely new side of the world – a paranormal one. Best of all it I found it doesn’t take itself too seriously, and the sex was very hot. Different and interesting, I enjoyed this novella.

One woman, two lovers. Double the pleasure, or double the trouble?

Rule of Three, Book 2

Former goodie-two-shoes Kassidy now has three pairs of shoes under her bed—hers, Chris’s and Dag’s. While she relishes the hot threesome that makes her friends jealous, she can’t deny things are…complicated. Namely, whom to tell about their unconventional relationship, and whom to keep in the dark.

In the dark category? Definitely Chris’s parents, which should be simple, since they live far away. Except they’ve sprung a surprise for their son’s thirtieth birthday. They’re coming for a visit. Then there’s Kassidy’s best friend Danielle, who’s home from Europe, clueless to recent events, and flirting with Dag like crazy.

Awkward!

Family, friends, coworkers and a wedding put three lovers’ best intentions to the test, making them wonder if this unique brand of love has a chance in hell of working out.

Day one after the honeymoon period ends. Actually, Rhythm of Three begins the day after Chris, Kassidy and Dag have decided they can’t live without one another. They thought they had some rough roads to hoe getting to that point, now they have a new monumental hurdle, telling their families and friends.

I first fell in love with these three in Rule of Three. The unlikely chance that Chris and Kass would welcome Dag into their relationship becomes a reality and I, like many other readers, didn’t want their story to end. Ms. Jamieson listened to her readers and gave us the rest of their story. So full of tension and oh, so very hot!

I think what I liked most about this book is how it showed the triad dealing with real life situations with honest emotions. The thought of telling their parents is stressful, not telling their friends and dealing with fallout and watching Chris, especially, work through this new side of himself, it all brought realistic tension into the story. There was no option to stop reading. The love between them is so vividly painted by the author; I was completely vested in their HEA. These three people had made a very adult and consensual decision and there were consequences. I like that Ms. Jamieson didn’t sugarcoat that fact or ignore it. She dealt with it.

This story works fine as a stand-alone for readers who don’t mind jumping into the middle of a relationship but I would highly suggest reading Rule of Three first to fully appreciate how this relationship came to be. This story gives closure to Chris, Kass and Dag’s story in a way that left me knowing that through the happy times and bad these three would work it out and live happily ever after. That’s a good ending.

Charlotte Stein’s work is always hot. I mean, burn your fingers as you read hot. Telling Tales is no exception. The writing is, for the most part, tight – there are a few hiccups and places I had to reread, but nothing big.

From an erotic point of view, this is a great book. There’s a lot of sex. A lot of sex. Experimentation and giving in to desire abounded on every page. If you want hot, then this is the book.

I tend to want a little more plot with my erotic elements and this book seemed a bit lacking. I never really got to know the characters or what drove them. All the time in bed trumped character development. I wanted to know more about Cameron’s submissive side or how they got to the ending I completely didn’t see coming. I like rich descriptions and I didn’t seem to get them.

Still, I enjoyed Telling Tales. It’s rich with eroticism and sexual adventure. Yes, Telling Tales is a good book. There is a boatload of heat. If you want a book that’s heavy on the sex and the escapism, then this might be the book for you.

It was an interesting book in which our heroine meets her match, all loose ends are tied up and villain isn’t terribly difficult to figure out.

The characters are interesting and complex, especially Alexandra. During the week she’s a business woman who runs the business she inherited from her father, trying to prove to him that she knows how to run it. But on the weekends she’s a leader of a biker (and sex) gang. What is consistent in her character is that in both of her “lives” Alexandra is a tough, independent lady and she doesn’t allow anyone to mess around with her. Her business and her private life are strictly separated and she is doing fine job keeping them that way.

Dimitri is not so much a complex character as a mysterious one. I liked the way the author created an aura of secrecy around him. He’s a man with a thousand faces, but he’s also the only one who could tame Alexandra. And he manages to do that by becoming the only man for her, but he did not change the things that made her her and that is what I liked about their relationship.

I think, maybe, I expected a bit more variety in the sex. Yes, the author flirts a bit with ménages and voyeurism and there is some BDSM and indications of anal sex, but the author did not go into much detailed descriptions of any of them. What was there, focused mainly on Alexandra and Dimitri and was steamy and full of tension.

This may not be an issue for some readers but for me there was a downside to this story. It’s in the category of safety hazards, such as unprotected sex, riding bikes without helmets and drinking alcohol while pregnant. I think I would have personally enjoyed this novella more if these issues hadn’t caught my attention.

Still, while Only One Man Will Do may have its flaws it is not a boring read. On the contrary, it was an entertaining read and one I could recommend. It’s a fast paced story, especially the second half. If you like tough ladies and mysterious Russians, then this story is for you.

Anna Milovich was born to be in the virgin auctions whether she liked it or not. When it’s her turn to stand on the auction block she is horrified to find out her future husband is a sadistic and cruel man. But then she is drugged and kidnapped and taken away from the only life she has ever known. She just doesn’t know if it’s a blessing or a nightmare.

Anna realizes it isn’t just one brother that has her, but two, and one of them is the only man she has ever wanted—Luca Graison. With fear of being found by her family and the man that bought her, she has no choice but to let the Graison brothers protect and take care of her. She may have always dreamed of her independence, but Anna can’t deny the comfort she feels surrendering her mind and body to the brothers.

Virgins for sale! You’re not likely to see that posted in the local newspaper. But in this strange world where Anna Milovich lives, young girls born in wealthy families are auctioned off like artwork, and usually to rich men who consider them nothing more than sex toys.

Earlier, when people did not have helps like Kamagra, they went with yoga that worked steadily and slightly to levitra samples free improve the quality of erections. Several cialis cheap generic men lack sexual prowess required to keep the mental state calm and smooth. Obviously, these causes do not have cute-n-tiny.com non prescription viagra any instant cure. The problems happen when either too many toxins are accumulated in the buying that cheapest cialis body or the organs for elimination of the toxins are overwhelmed and become weak due to aging or diseases. Anna knew her sole purpose in life was to please her future “husband” in any way he saw fit. I use the term husband loosely as it seems in this world, once a man purchases you, he’s your spouse and you belong to him. These poor girls don’t get a white wedding, a fancy gown, or an elegant reception. They spend several years conditioning and learning to be the perfect plaything for whomever wins their bid. On auction day, they are marched onto a stage, stripped, and basically forced to expose every intimate aspect of their anatomy to a group of horny old goats with more money than they know what to do with, and absolutely no sense of decency. Though she longed to be poor and have a choice in who she wed and ultimately gave herself to, Anna knows her place and her obligation. With head held high, she does exactly what she’s been trained to do.

We don’t really get a lot of specific details about Anna. From what I gathered, she’s a voluptuous girl with a little bit of padding, unlike many other girls her age who were thin and had small breasts. Unfortunately, this catches the attention of some bidders who had a reputation for treating their “brides” terribly. Poor Anna is destined for a very unhappy life.

Although she knows she can never have the man she wants or chooses, Anna can’t help her secret infatuation with Luca, the family chauffer. She catches him looking at her from time to time, but never dare speaks to him. If caught, they’d both be severely punished. When Luca disappears one day, Anna is saddened and misses him, but her auction date looms near and she knows her life is meant for a different path.

Luca is an even bigger enigma. We know very little about him until he reappears along with his brother to intercede in Anna’s auction. From there, the story takes quite a turn. Whisked away to a whole new life with the possibility of not only having the man she’s secretly longed for, but his older brother as well, Anna quickly blossoms into a new woman.

The Brothers’ Virgin Captive is one of those books that you just kind of have to sit back and enjoy the fantasy of it a bit, without getting too critical of the content. There were many things that didn’t make much sense to me, or even seemed logical. But in this world where young rich girls are auctioned off like cattle, I just had to accept that things wouldn’t make sense. There were times when I felt like the characters were—for lack of a better description—out of character and it made it difficult for me to accept their behavior if I scrutinized them too closely. When I quit trying to rationalize their actions and let myself just enjoy their tale, I realized that it was a likeable book. I went through a gamut of emotions and found myself rooting for not only the heroine, but some of the secondary characters as well. I did notice a few point of view violations, but nothing that really deterred from the story. Overall, I found The Brothers’ Virgin Captive intriguing. The night and day difference between Luca and his brother, as well as their approach and treatment of Anna when it came to intimacy, proved exciting and even a bit exhilarating at times. Together, they made a perfect man.

One brother thoughtful and understanding, the other strong-willed and demanding, put them together and you’re bound to have a titillating experience both in the bedroom and out. The Brothers’ Virgin Captive provides an interesting concept in a world corrupt with power, money, and sex. Anna is a hapless girl caught in the middle of her parents’ greed and the lure of money. When her trip to the auction block takes an unexpected turn, the result is an intriguing story that certainly caught me off guard and had me curious to see what happened next.

Mate Not Wanted has a little of everything. A hero with a unique career, a fast moving plot, and a build up to some very sexy scenes.

I liked both the main characters in this story. Even though they were shape-shifters, they came across as everyday people, looking for love and their place in the world. Ms. Illyria did a great job building upon their personalities as the story unfolded. Nothing felt rushed, including the sex. However, there was plenty of sizzle leading up to the first sex scene, making it well worth the wait.

The secondary characters were great too and didn’t seem thrown in there just for the sake of the plot. All the shape shifters were fun to read about. And there’s not just one or two of them, but many.

If you like shape shifters and lots of sexual tension, I think this might be a perfect book for you.
