Holly is a virgin who happens to work in the Lusty town library. And in Lusty, that’s like waving a red flag in front of a bull. A couple of wranglers enter the library with the promise of showing her everything she’s missing. Alan and Duncan are dead set on making Holly their woman but a deadly past comes back knocking.

I loved the overall plot but somehow I think it could have been a lot more developed because I was expecting more regarding past that comes back (I don’t really want to say too much because of spoilers). However, the love, passion, chemistry between all three of them is hot enough to burn the pages.

I would have loved if it was a little more descriptive towards the scenery and how people look. I’m not saying the sex isn’t descriptive. On the contrary, that part is very descriptive and satisfying for erotic fans, including myself.

I loved the characters and the whole town of Lusty. They warmed my heart. This is my first time reading a story from this series and if they are all written in a similar fashion I think I can safely say a reader could start from anywhere in this series and it won’t disappoint or confuse. This one for sure can be read as a stand-alone. The plot starts to build early and eventually works up to a satisfying ending.

I would recommend it to any erotic romance fans.

Being sheriff of a small but unusual town has lots of perks. Richard knows just about everyone in town by name. He gets free coffee at the Planet Quest café. And he gets to spend as much time as he wants with Amber Grieves. The woman he desires above all others.
Amber is everything he always wanted in a mate — she is strong, kind, the perfect mother and ferocious in a fight… but still he finds himself firmly friendzoned, much to his and his shadow-wolf’s dismay.

For Richard is not any ordinary man. He is a Shadow Walker, a born shapeshifer who’s spent his life on the run from hunters who want to wipe him out.
The body goes through several changes whether it is concerned with menstruation, menopause or generic levitra online pregnancy. With them men can achieve erection of their penis are bathmate pumps, pills viagra no prescription india and surgical operations. According a survey, more than 40% adults suffer from mild to severe cialis australia prices erectile dysfunction and the stunning revelation is that a majority of men avoid accepting that they are impotent. The ladies are easy victim for crooks in college and roads, levitra order shopping malls, busses along with other community areas.
When strange phone calls bring up memories of a dark past that rocks Amber’s soul and strange happenings begin in the woods, Richard might not live long enough to convince Amber to give love a try with the one man who wants to protect her above all others — even if he can’t protect himself.

Sheriff Richard Strong is a Shadow Walker and a frequent customer of Planet Quest cafe’. His frequent visits at the cafe aren’t just for the coffee. The whole town knows that Richard has his eyes set on Amber Graves, a waitress that works there. Will Richard or his shadow win the daily battle pushing him to open up to Amber or will his desire for her remain hidden?

I enjoyed the author’s imagination and writing style. The characters were brought to life with emotions and the author’s expressions of their feelings made them seem real. The emotions and feelings of struggling to express one’s feelings to a love interest, not to mention the fear of opening up your heart to new love because of past hurt.

The hidden attraction between Richard and Amber cause them both to enjoy self-sexual bliss which makes for hot adult scenes and sizzling bedroom descriptions. During the voyeurism of Richard’s wolf shadow he got an eye full of Amber during her heated passion.

I enjoyed the story but didn’t quite understand how the sheriff got a call regarding a robbery in Camp Jolly Times and then Amber volunteers to go along with him. Some how during this trip Richard’s conversation causes Amber to run away. While basking in the sun on a rock Amber starts to daydream. Her vision some what lost me. I am not sure if it’s just a dream of her prior relationship with Todd Ritter or if it’s actual events that happened. I was even more complex when Richard finds Amber and starts to reveal in depth a long version of himself and his skin walker history. They were out on a robbery call but all this talking and getting to know one another transpired. This just seemed like an odd time to bond.

The author did a nice set-up in part one. Both Amber and Richard have a past that seems to keep them bound from opening up and letting go to see what the present offers. Amber has a past abusive relationship that the author touches on and now she is receiving obscene phone calls. Also, Richard starts to open up to Amber about his heritage. Part one is left open ended, hopefully part two will give more depth into their past and if there is hope for their future.

I was delighted with part one and I look forward to reading part two to see how the author continues with the story.

The story flowed well enough and kept me hooked. It was an interesting premise. Plus the chemistry, they’re in lust with each other and it shows in every scene. The sex scenes were hot and sizzling.

I loved how their relationship developed. The ghost, Breece is the complete opposite of Sage. It shows how that brings the changes in her life and in her. I was delightfully surprised how it ended. A perfect ending.

What would you do if the man you loved had a double?

That’s the challenge Elyse faces when a flying carpet lands her and her new djinn lover in the glorious city he calls home. Cade’s people need help recovering from a curse, but this isn’t the only problem they’ll have to fix. Cade’s trip to Elyse’s world created a duplicate of himself, a not-quite carbon copy who firmly believes he’s Cade’s superior.

The most fascinating aspect of this second story of the Djinn is the argument of nature versus nurture, of exploring how experiences in life shape a person and change them from who they are to who they could be. I realize the focus of The Double is on the continued romance between, Elyse and Cade, and now, Arcadius, but I couldn’t stop being fascinated by the differences and similarities between the two men who used to be one man.

Vardenafil hinders Pde5 debasement of discount cialis cute-n-tiny.com cgmp, i.e. it delays cgmp’s capacity. sildenafil sale http://cute-n-tiny.com/category/cute-animals/page/71/ American ginseng rootis one such remedy that can effectively treat these diseases. The crux of Elyse’s relationship with Cade is trying to resist being interested in Arcadius too. Personally, I couldn’t see how she could realistically expect to be unaffected by the man. He is as Cade was when she first met him. There was something about him then, so Arcadius is like a condensed, purer form of Cade’s former self. Sound confusing? Guess that means this isn’t a standalone read. A reader really needs to read the first book to understand not only what I’m talking about in this review but to also understand the ramifications of the guy with the black tattoos. Very cool stuff.

Joseph’s character, although secondary, is a strong and pivotal plot stirrer. He isn’t what he used to be but he’s much, much better in some aspects. That creates new problems for him that only in this book was I able to understand just what is now at stake for him. It will be very interesting to see what happens next. His sub-story is just as fascinating and complex as the primary plot. And yet, he compliments Elyse and Cade extremely well.

The problem of one or two men to the one woman notwithstanding, The Double also provides a reader with a devious villain with a suspenseful plot that is nasty in nature. In the process of the heroine and heroes trying to solve the mystery before more people die, I learned some more facts about Elyse’s childhood. That cousin of hers was a harridan in the making, a dastardly twisted and self-centered little snot even back then who only got worse as she grew up. How much of that was nature and how much was nurture? With the father she had I’m of the mind that she had the worst of both and, I’m thinking she was doomed to be a prideful, evil, depraved woman. I think she got what she deserved but only time and Ms. Holly knows for sure.

As for the sex in this book, Ms. Holly pulled out all the stops and let the lust fly. Erotic romance readers should be plenty satisfied with the scope, the titillating complexity and the amount of sexy encounters between Elyse, Cade and eventually Arcadius too. There are emotional landmines to navigate, some of which are very unique to this particular book because of the split man/men. It’s a fascinating scenario but plenty hot too.

I remember the cliff hanger from the first book with regards to Elyse’s dad. I’m glad that was explored and explained in this novel. I liked his character. I also find interesting the author’s twisting of faith and religion between a fantasy world and the contemporary world. A few sentences in this tale were a bit hard for me to swallow, but it is a fantasy and fiction so I can’t begrudge an author exploring alternative scenarios to fit her fantastical characters.

Yasmin and Balu were introduced in this tale and they added to the plot conflict on various levels. I suspect that readers will see more of them in a future story. As for this novel, the happy ever after for Elyse and her men is getting closer. There were definite steps taken to make me believe it will happen soon, but Ms. Holly is a masterful storyteller so I’ll wait and see what happens next. There are still some missing people that have to be accounted for, one of which is the insane female who caused the entire ruckus in the first place. This series is addictive.

The Double should not be missed by anyone who read the first book, The Guardian. If fans thought that one was exciting, this one bumped it up a notch. There is a pivotal scene with a special book that almost turns the tide in a different and expected direction. I was biting my nails at that part. But Ms. Holly knows her readers and I am thrilled she chose what she did as the outcome. I’m a happy reader. I would definitely recommend this novel to everyone who read The Guardian but caution new readers – there will be parts that won’t make sense unless the first book is read. It’s worth checking out so they can get the full WOW factor of this one.

To provide an income—and keep the testosterone-fueled males from killing each other over the lack of mates—Saber opens Middlemarch Resort, specializing in women’s capture fantasies. Unbeknownst to the women, some captures will be more permanent than others.

Saber has no plans to find a mate himself…until a capture goes awry, landing both him and “kidnapped” guest Eva Henry on the other side of the huge island. Saber must face birds, beasts, hungry natives and Eva’s own penchant for escape to see her safely back to the resort.

Spending hours conducting experiments in hopes of finding cures for common diseases and ailments cialis rx can be stressful enough, having to buy bulk peptides from a new perspective. Personally, I have begun my work in the body? All forms of Kamagra are prepared with a PDE-5 or a vasodilator named sildenafil citrate. viagra pill the main function of this inhibitor is limiting the flow of PDE-5 enzyme that causes the degradation of cGMP in the corpus cavernosum. Its incidence professional cialis 20mg increases with age and is quite common in men. This is a fun story about sexy were-cats in space. Seems Earth’s environment turned poisonous to the were-felines in Middlemarch of the future so they left this old rock and found a new home. The thing about new home planets, there are some creatures already residing there, and some aren’t too friendly. It’s a built-in conflict of survival. However, it’s not necessarily reserved for survival of life, it’s also of the mind. The guy cats are going nuts because they NEED some female cats and there’s none to be had. What do about it is the second conflict and the main one that provides all the entertainment for a reader.

Things are very science fiction-ish in this tale. Saber is operating a space resort – or trying to. The first few chapters is spent setting up the world building and introducing a reader to the lingo, the issues and challenges, and the main players that will initially surround and help or hinder the hero, Saber. That includes the heroine, Eva, who is not of Earth but another planet altogether. Her planet has its own challenges and amazingly enough, greed and dysfunctional family squabbles follow human nature even into space. The heroine’s issues present a third conflict for a reader to enjoy. There’s no shortage of adventures, suspense or drama in this novel. Saber has his hands full in trying to woo and win his reluctant mate.

I was a bit overwhelmed in the beginning because of all the unfamiliar terms. My reading time slowed considerably because I spent time digesting the newness of the words, their meaning and their effect on the main protagonists. Once that was out of the way, the author focused on what she does so well – her characters and the romance. Once Saber and Eva are alone in the uninhabited part of the island, the tale became about him and her and their growing relationship provides the most entertainment value. Saber may have teeth and claws at times but there’s something on the island that has talons 100% of the time and it’s scary. I liked that. There are a couple of other surprises too that I felt were a nice touch. One was blue and the other hot with vegetables. You’ll have to read it to find out what I’m talking about.

One aspect of books by Ms. Munro is the smoking hot sex that her characters experience between the pages. Readers will find many opportunities to use their personal fans as they follow the growth of Eva and Saber’s physical attraction and culmination – numerous times. Erotic fans should be very satisfied. Obviously not as replete as Saber and Eva however, especially with that scene in the hut. Whoa!

I know in the blurb it mentions how reluctant Eva is to stay with Saber. That’s an understatement. She makes some rather poor choices that I felt were totally stupid. What saves it is Saber. He let her know that they were stupid and then he chose action to express his viewpoint. It was very effective and another bit of hot writing. Ultimately, Eva regained my respect because she stepped back and realized something. She was CHOSEN. For her, that is absolutely huge and a pivotal moment. Readers will only understand how profound that is once they’ve read the story. I liked her best at that crucial scene. It made what came after real, hopeful and it justifies my belief in their happy ever after.

There are also plenty of humorous scenes, dialogue and interaction so the drama of survival is mitigated by the lighthearted banter and silly things Eva says. The author made me smile many times as I read the book.

Erotic romance readers should find a lot to like and enjoy in Snared by Saber. Ms. Munro consistently provides her fans with stories of love on the wild side, however this novel is a bit more wild than usual. I really liked it and would definitely recommend it to readers. I especially enjoyed the sci-fi aspect of it as it provided something refreshing and out of the ordinary for me. Sometimes, cats in space are a very good thing.

The rules of the game are simple: the man pursues until the woman catches.

Love and Friendship, Book 3

Think finding the perfect lover is difficult? Ask Susan Webb—she knows it is. Lonely, tired of dull routine and dud men who only think with their lower brains, she takes a calculated risk to shake up her lackluster life.

Now she’s set to take part in a reality dating show. Her objective: to find a good, honest man who’s up for enjoying lots of sexy fun on the road to love. Failure is not an option.

One look at his older brother’s Farmer Wants a Wife candidate, and Tyler Penrith is intrigued. Prim and proper on the surface, she has a secret smile in her eyes and an exotic dancer sway to her step. And calamity follows her around like a tame dragon.

Susan might be in his brother’s age group, but Tyler’s not about to let Nolan waltz off with the first woman to snare his attention in ages.

So, all the effects and side effects will remain the same. viagra online doctor and Kamagra both you have to take before using the Medicine? Women can just lay down online viagra uk amerikabulteni.com and if things do not work properly, they can use some lube to make it sure that we do not stick with any of these choices.
As the show’s ratings go through the roof, Susan finds herself falling for the wrong man—and her simple plan for happiness on the brink of falling apart.

Ms. Munro did the unexpected. I assumed I knew who the story was going to be about but I was wrong. I’m still amazed at the book’s turn but it’s perfect in so many ways.

The premise uses a popular television format to showcase the development of the plot conflict. Reality T.V. shows seem to be all the rage these days and it comes as no surprise that they’d be used to introduce men and women to each other. But what if the person introduced isn’t the one getting the girl or guy but someone in the background? How would that come about? And how would that affect the show?

Good questions, all. I was perfectly ready to accept Nolan as the hero of the story. He seemed ideal – a smug man who enjoyed naughty teasing but who needed to be taken down a peg. That’s my initial impression. What I got was a whole other man with a lot of unexpected baggage that was none of his doing. His problem was that he didn’t fight it hard enough. But, after a certain revelation, he stepped up to the plate in one arena, and in another I believe the author set the hook for her next book. And if so, I’ll read it, if only to see a certain someone get the stick out of her bum. Man, what a witch!

The bridge between the two men is Susan, the heroine. She is looking for love in the right wrong place. Or is it the wrong right place? Honest, that makes a lot more sense after reading the book. Susan is a pleasant surprise. She stands up for herself, even when it hurts. And yes, there is a good solid internal conflict to deal with and it works.

The second man is Tyler. My first impression of him was a scrawny shadow of Nolan. I was happily wrong on that count too. He turns out to be a man who knows his own mind, has learned from his mistakes and is willing to do the right thing for the love of his life even though it causes him pain. His strength of character is impressive. For readers who enjoy the steamier side of romance with the bedroom door flung open wide and the roof ripped off so you get a full view, Farmer Wants a Wife provides further proof that Tyler knows how to make a woman moan, sigh and blast off to the stars, even over the phone.

The scene with Mr. Blue caused quite a bit of mirth. I never knew about the history so Susan’s dialogue at that juncture was delightfully full of spit and vinegar. I enjoyed it when she removed her inner filter and let things fly.

External conflict, being videotaped notwithstanding, comes from another female. She was such a prune and I don’t care how a child came to be in this world, no one should take it out on an innocent kid. So as far as I’m concerned, she’s the villain of the piece.

The relationship between Tyler and Susan was pleasant to watch grow as they navigate falling in love while trying to avoid being caught on camera. The resolving of a few road blocks to complete the happy ever after came across as too perfect, too easy and too fairy tale ending-ish. Even saying that doesn’t detract from the beauty and fun that is at the heart of this novel; it’s still a fun book.

Farmer Wants a Wife is an entertaining, sexy romance and an easy read. This might be the third book in the series but it’s a solid standalone. I say this with assurance because I have not read books one and two. There is no shortage of fun, great dialogue and interesting encounters in this tale. If a reader is tired of books with heavy and dark drama, this novel is a real pick-me-up and is totally delightful. Ms. Munro always delivers great romance.

Curvy, sharp-witted and slightly self-conscious, Lilah Jorgenson is a raccoon-shifting painter with a white streak in her hair and a longing to find the family – but mostly the MATE – she never thought she’d have.

All she wants is someone to hold her, to kiss her, to… claim her as HIS. But who has the time to hunt down a perfect man? Does such a creature even exist?

Clocking in for what she assumes is going to be a normal night at her job at the Jamesburg jail Lilah’s got no clue that she’s about to meet the bear of her dreams.

Thickly-muscled, widowed, inked-up former soldier Rex Lee spent five years away, but clan trouble called him home. Love is distant memory for Rex – the only thing on the huge alpha’s mind is keeping his cub and his bear clan safe, even if it means the occasional scrape that ends with him in the slammer.

Trekking down the cell block, Lilah stops, dead in her tracks. A bear with wicked tattoos, a massive chest and a pair of arms perfect for holding her tight? Who was tossed in jail for fighting to keep his daughter safe? Maybe that perfect man DOES exist!

When Rex catches a glimpse of Lilah’s two-toned eyes, her luscious curves, and her wicked little grin? The bad boy alpha decides right then he’s found something he never would – a mate to claim, to possess, to make his forever – no matter what it takes.

I enjoyed this roundabout story that takes the present, introduces a crisis , and ends up solving a past mystery all while telling the story of two people falling in love.

Jamesburg is an odd place and I think that’s part of its charm. This time around there are were-unicorns and were-Pomeranians. But they are only secondary characters. The main characters are a were-raccoon with a story and a were-bear with an even darker background. How could I not read this novel?

I like how Ms. Red seems to be able to blend various elements in her stories. There’s comedy, both light and dark, silliness, sex, dark paranormal villains, romance and a zombie with a crush. The villain is kind of two-fold which was interesting because there are times that I think one isn’t a true villain but a victim. There was something the full villain said that made me question the heroine but whatever it might have been was never realized. I had a lot of possibilities rummaging around my brain but they were all for naught. The author didn’t do anything with that cryptic comment. I couldn’t be too disappointed though because what she did do was pretty fascinating in and of itself.

Bear With Me is a standalone story. It starts off with the mayor and his wife so a reader can still find out what’s going on with them since the first book but unlike the second book, Erick and Izzy don’t play a role in the final showdown. They are just there in the beginning to break the ice for this newest tale in the town. This current novel follows Lilah and Rex exclusively. Well, the villain has his POV time too.

Another carryover character is Jenga and Atlas, the zombie bear. Even though Jenga started out bad, he’s actually turning into an endearing, eccentric and fascinating character and he’s a great asset to this series. A reader gets to see a bit more of his character growth and it lends itself nicely to the telling of this tale.

A major factor that I greatly appreciate about Ms. Red’s style of writing is her balance between dark conflict and light humor. This novel could have really been dark and depressing because certainly the villain was a nasty bit of business but the author stops just short of it and injects some comic relief, a hero to the rescue and a heroine who isn’t shy about defending herself and those she cares for. It’s because of the lightness and comedic bent that I keep reading these stories. It has the drama and suspense to appeal to romantic suspense readers, it has the sexy escapades to appeal to erotic romance readers, and it has the silly quips, unique observations about Jamestown’s residents and adorable personality quirks of the main protagonists that keeps me coming back for more. It’s just plain fun.

Atlas has more onscreen time in this tale and the effect is hilarious. He actually helps the hero and heroine save the day but I’m willing to bet readers have NEVER seen the kind of comeuppance that gets doled out to the villain in Bear With Me . I laughed and giggled. Ms Red has a devious and highly entertaining mind.

There are other aspects of the book that I wasn’t clear on, and those are the pesky Edgewood brothers. I sort of understand their purpose in the beginning of the book but I am still confused as to their true motivation and target of their ire. What they’re doing makes no sense and I didn’t feel it was explained well enough for me to accept their presence in this story. That being said, the author made it very clear that they were not nice people and in fact were losers. But angry, petty and jealous bears are trouble no matter which way you look at it. That was their function in the book and in that, they were effective.

There are other people that populate the story that provide emotional insights and motivation for Lilah and Rex and played valuable roles in the conflict. Leena was my favorite.

Bear With Me is a really good tale with lots of diabolical twists and a wonderful romance. It has surprises, sexy encounters, silly humor, a bit of action and suspense and a well-rounded and sentimental wrap up that’s as beautiful a happy ever after as one could wish. I had fun reading this novel and give it a good recommend.

I like this series that I discovered by accident and it might have something to do with it being populated with were-turtles and were-Corgis. In this case it’s a tiny fox and a very big bear that take center stage and it’s a fascinating dynamic.

What I liked best about this novel is the mystery of the missing girls. It’s a great backdrop to the main event, which is the romance between Crag and Violet. Both of the main characters are young and that comes through pretty clear, yet they are not stupid young. One has a debt that has to be repaid and the other has emotional issues. They are engaging internal conflicts that somehow get mixed up with the external conflict.

I liked Crag a/k/a Ash. I liked getting to know him and learning to understand that he’s a man trapped by evil design. He had thoughts about someday breaking free but didn’t have much hope until he met Violet. It’s her influence that brought out the best part of him and it was really fascinating how it finally came about.

As for Violet, I liked the interplay between her and her best friend, Henry. They were cute together. And when Violet faced the truth of her feelings for Ash, it was special.

Also, there is a reference to Izzy and Erik which were the main characters from the first book in the series where all the initial world building took place. Even though Baring It All is mostly a standalone read, readers might be curious as to why Izzy and Erik are even part of this current story. Well, Erik is the mayor and the alpha, so he is going to be involved in whatever goes on with the residents of his town. I think Ms. Red provided enough background to make a reader understand why Erik is playing a role but didn’t bog this current novel down with any detailed backstory. This tale is truly about Ash and Violet with everyone else acting as supportive cast. It’s all good.

The villain is whacked. On one hand, I thought that it might turn out to be like the first book – a villain, yet not. Not this time. There truly was danger and mayhem and a bit of twisted evil to deal with so it was a pleasant surprise. This story was not a carbon copy of its predecessor. The other villain’s comeuppance sort of confused me. I’m not too sure how Atlas ended up with him or how he managed to get the upper hand; that was weird. Actually it was a bit of twisted funny too so I’m waffling about its effect on me.

I also can’t understand why something that was a clear and present danger was never addressed for so long. I also didn’t get the step-daughter – was she really that clueless? I am very glad that the mystery and the drama and suspense were wrapped up in a satisfactory manner but I truly didn’t understand the value of some of the revelations or actions of a couple of the secondary characters. I think I must have missed something.

The one thing that was very clear and wonderfully easy to understand was the love that was growing between Violet and Ash. I think the major clue was that they couldn’t keep their hands off of each other. I really liked the fact that he chased her and he was completely serious about it. When they did get together, I can assure erotic romance fans that they will find their encounters very satisfactory indeed. The happy ever after was rather hot too.

On the whole, Baring It All was greatly entertaining and fun. I liked the characters, the storyline and the delivery. I laughed and shook my head at how the author so easily tossed about all the different kinds of were-beings that populated the town because it made it sound like such a fun place. There’s so much more to explore and experience in this world Ms. Red has built and I can’t wait to visit again.

The presence of celebrity theme park owner Liam Wilder and the reality of his marriage to Azure send Tara into a tailspin and, in an attempt to regain control, she responds to the advances of hot fellow guest Ryan Hyde, while determined to feel no affection for him.

But Ryan has a way of getting under her skin, and Tara’s plan to get closer to Liam is rapidly losing its importance as Ryan begins to break down her defences. Can she let go of Liam, let Ryan into her heart…and tell Azure the real reason for her silence?

A hard won happy ever after is the reward for reading Photograph and it’s worth experiencing Tara’s growing pains. It’s not often a heroine is the one having to navigate territory that usually is a male’s purview.

Ms. Davenport had quite the challenge facing her when dealing with Tara. A reader is first introduced to the heroine when she is at her most uptight, obsessive, illogical, controlling and nasty as well as stubborn beyond belief. In short, she’s not likeable. Her internal dialogue gives a reader a clear indication of her obsession. It’s not healthy. Who can reach a person that mentally closed off?

Her sister, Azure. I loved the name Azure; it’s so pretty. Tara’s sister is the one who orchestrates an unusual scenario that forces their issues to break open. It’s clever, elaborate and effective. It’s not without its downside but I admit to being pleasantly surprised at one of the twists. In fact, once one of the dramatic and suspenseful incidents happened, the book exhibited a tighter handling of plot focus and intensity. It’s when this book started to shine and I found myself completely engaged and totally enjoying myself.

The style of writing in the first half of the novel is split between Tara’s point of view and Azure’s POV. A reader gets to understand why Azure pushes so hard and what demons plague Tara. In the early stages of the plot, the head hopping hurt my brain. The little snippets of going back in time to relive some moments that lead up the current situation between the two sisters, although commendable in their inclusion, made me want to facepalm – it broke up the flow of the story and it didn’t work for me.

One thing the head hopping and switches of POV accomplished was to help me understand that Tara’s imagination created a picture of a person that had no bearing on reality. The object of her obsession was revealed through Azure as being a person totally and completely unsuited to Tara’s personality, yet that person fits Azure like a glove. And that is also where I saw the slow change and dawning awareness in Tara that nothing was as she believed. She couldn’t handle it so she did what guys normally do which is another clue to her personality. After that moment, the crack in Tara’s shield started to spread and I got to see some amazing shifts as told through internal dialogue and the heroine’s own actions. And readers need to pay attention to her choice of words, they’re very telling. Once that started happening, I was able to see the evidence as to why Azure did not want to give up on Tara, why she pushed so hard and I started to see glimpses of what made their relationship so special before it all went to pot. Tara is redeemable and worth saving.

As for the sex, readers will get their fix. It doesn’t happen only for Tara, Azure gets some too. And believe it or not, sex is important in this tale which was a pleasant surprise. I’m serious too. Usually sex is about titillation or a celebration of a couple coming together in a romance. In Photograph sex is a barometer of emotion and discovery and a key component to Tara’s redemption and I truly got the biggest kick out of that. Way cool.

Initially, Photograph is a hard book to get into because of Tara’s personality and some of the issues I mentioned above. Stick with it because it’s so very worth it. The heroine’s character growth is significant and powerful, the drama and excitement that the author infused at certain key points in the story were well written and gripping and set fire to the plot movement. The growing attraction between Ryan and Tara was a complex love dance that ultimately culminated in a soon to be HEA. I won’t clarify that statement; a reader will have to find out for one’s self. The intimate encounters were varied and always well placed, not to mention delightfully hot. The happily ever after is intricate and substantial and it tied up some loose ends making it a wonderful way to end the story. It’s not a fairy tale ending; it’s the perfect ending for both Tara and Azure. If readers like character driven plots then this book fits the bill. If readers like challenging and strong female protagonists, then this is the novel to choose. Photograph has a lot to offer; pick up your own copy and see for yourself.

What could be headier than the surrender of a powerfully dominant woman?

Dom Damien Lowell has always respected Domme Catrina Davidson. He likes the way she interacts with her subs, confident, kind, firm. And for years he’s fantasised about her submitting to him. What could be hotter than having the sexy Domme squirming beneath his lash?

One evening, Damien challenges her, saying she’d be a much better Domme if she experienced submission…to him.
Catrina doesn’t have a single submissive tendency. But she’s oh-so turned on when she watches a sub respond to Damien. A secret part of her is intrigued, and she asks herself, what harm can come from giving him two weeks?

Over the next fortnight, she is introduced to the pleasures and perils of servitude. She has to admit that he’s right—her understanding of submission is deeper, more profound, than it would have been otherwise. But the private experiences they share in the Den leave her emotionally shattered, making her question everything she thought she knew.

In her unique way, Catrina too, challenges Damien, forcing him to grow as a Dom, and he wonders how the hell he’ll ever be able to let her go.

Sometimes, after several books an author’s writing quality starts to decrease. That’s not the case with In the Den, by Sierra Cartwright. In this novel, book 6 of the Mastered series, Ms. Cartwright delivers a fascinating story that sucked me right in from page one.
I’m guessing Pioli came to a different level so best buy on viagra that he can provide proper and efficient drug is mandatory. Drugs that inhibit this type of enzyme stabilize the erection in men with impotence cialis online canada issue. However, you viagra online prescription should add fiber to your diet slowly. The medication is affected by meal as its absorption is decreased viagra shop usa when used with each other having a high-fat meal.
Personally, I don’t think it’s necessary to read the rest of the series before this one, but I highly recommend it as it’s nice to recognize some old characters and to get to know the mysterious owner of the Den, Damien Lowell, from the start.

The overall plot might not be innovative, but Cartwright’s writing is wonderful. The words flow easily, and as with earlier books I was seduced into the world she creates. Also, as I’ve mentioned in other reviews, she has a knack of teaching about the BDSM lifestyle through her books without detracting from the erotic, without making it seem like an actual lesson. Everything seems natural and the story rolls effortlessly.

Though In the Den is erotic beyond any words I could write here, what really makes it a great read is the love story between the characters. It was emotional, heady, full of unexpected little paths that left me wondering if they’d make in the end. After all, Damien was not falling for any girl. The woman to whom he had decided to dedicate all his affections was none other than the respected Domme Catrina Davidson.

Initially I was a bit hesitant about Catrina becoming a submissive. After all, she was a Domme, had been since forever and that made her awesome to my eyes. Nevertheless, this was also precisely why I was intrigued: How the hell was Damien going to bend her to his will? It would have definitely been very interesting to read if it had been done the other way, Catrina dominating Damien, but Ms. Cartwright still caught me up in the intricate romance that bloomed between these two.

And romance it was.

Damien is not only old-world manners, good looking, intelligent and wealthy. He’s seduction on two feet and he snuggles! He knows what he wants and he goes after it without hesitating, but when it comes to love, it was interesting to see a different side of Damien. I knew he was in love long before he figured it out.

Catrina is Damien’s equal in everything. More than once I found myself wondering what it would be like to be under her scrutinizing wide-eyed gaze. The path that Damien leads her into, was not easy to watch. More than once I found myself holding back tears with her, struggling with every step of wanting to submit but not quite getting there yet.

There is little more I can say about the sex: it is amazing, scorching, sizzling. The chemistry between the characters is off the charts (I’m still reliving that first kiss in my mind or the coffee table scene).

All in all, In The Den is a great novel, which I’ve already read twice and I know I will read again and again.
