The Pony Express Rides Again… On a motorbike.

Lachlan enjoys living on the edge, and in a war-torn land rife with savagery, life as a Pony Express Rider puts good cash in his pockets and, on occasion, a roof over his head. Any roof will do. Doesn’t have to be his.

Until his path clashes with Adair’s. At the Chlodwig, a ramshackle pub renown for its dance fights and high stakes betting, Lachlan and Adair’s heated argument turns into something far more raw and powerful — something neither of them is prepared for. Something Lachlan’s not sure he can recover from. This time, he’s met his match.

But beyond the cover of the dance fights, Adair belongs to a group of scavengers, thieves who make Pony Express Riders their intended targets. Is Lachlan prepared to risk his loyalty, his job, and everything he thinks he’s earned — for a werewolf?

Set in a futuristic world, Lachlan is more than a little crazy not only to take the most dangerous jobs but also to become obsessed with an incredibly sexy werewolf with whom he’s had the most mind-blowing sex of his life. Everyone he knows tells him it’s a bad idea to seek out his rough lover, yet Lachlan can’t help himself once he’s had a taste of what Adair has given him.

This is a graphic and compelling story that is definitely not your typical romance. Set in the backdrop of futuristic America where gangs of scavengers are out roaming the streets to attack, rob, and steal anything that makes a living, Lachlan is a bike messenger for the Pony Express. Except they use motorcycles held together by duct tape and happy thoughts rather than expensive and stylized equipment. During a highly dangerous run through Washington D.C, Lachlan stops quickly to fill his whiskey flask before moving on but finds himself mesmerized by the silver eyed leader of a scavenger gang. Their altercation leads to rough and gritty sex in a darkened alley, an encounter that burns into the minds of both men.

Lachlan, for all his begging during sex, is a strong willed, slightly crazy but intelligent man. Stupid men don’t last long as messengers but only those with wits, skill, and more courage than brains seem to flourish. Men who want a healthy, supple penis should cheap viagra respitecaresa.org look for products that contain a penis-specific blend of nutrients, as well as natural moisturizers that can soothe and protect the delicate penile tissue. Ironically, this study yielded similarities in beliefs related to OCD, depression viagra tablets in italia and anxiety. This also works in the same that the branded or prescribed drug is working viagra 25mg online for the exact disease. generic viagra canadian CoQ-10 is depleted by stress and its production is prevented, no more thinning of hair takes place. His encounter with Adair, while graphic and boarding on violent is seared into his brain and leaves him wanting more, beyond all reason. He takes out of characters risks to see Adair again, shrugging off the very real danger to them both to seek out the indefinable connection and undeniable chemistry between the two men.

Adair is a strong top and leader of his pack. His personality fairly oozes confidence yet he has the eloquence and ability to dance and dance well as demonstrated in the unique twist of the Dance Wars amongst various crews. Even as he’s expected to kill Lachlan each time he sees the biker, Adair can’t bring himself to do it. He is unquestionably almost cruel of his treatment of Lachlan and their sex is visceral and graphic, yet there are glimpses of emotion that shine through in a touch, a brief look, a sound hinting at deeper emotion neither man is ready to claim just yet.

Although this isn’t a sweet and flowery romance, there is no question the sex is more than scratching an itch for Lachlan and Adair. Their dynamic and rough encounters are the perfect setting for two strong men within the violent and turbulent backdrop of their world. The excellent writing and truly smoking hot sex scenes make this a book I was unable to put down. The pacing was quick and easy, flowing very well from scene to scene with great characters. This isn’t the type of book to appeal to everyone with it’s hard hitting setting and men, but for those that like this genre, you’ll be sure to love this book as much as I did. I eagerly await the next books in the series and can’t wait to see how Lachlan and Adair’s relationship progresses.

Thorn is not a newbie. He’s been running all across the barren wastelands that make up what once was America since he was fifteen — he knows his shit. He does not need one of the psychic kids running with him to save his neck, no sir. No matter how good Rae is at his job.

When their run goes incredibly wrong, and they narrowly manage to escape somewhere across the snow-capped mountains, Thorn has to admit that having someone along is not all that bad — especially when Rae provides more fun ways of resisting the bitter cold…

Being chased into the snowy countryside may not be so bad for Thorn when he discovers his traveling partner Rae has been hiding a delicious secret. With only snow surrounding them and a flask of whiskey for warmth, these men are hot enough to melt the snow surrounding them.

Escaping scavengers, Thorn and Rae are forced to debate their options to stay warm when Thorn realizes Rae has been hiding his sexual attraction from Thorn. Determined to entice the younger innocent man into giving into his desire, Thorn ratchets up the heat and intensity quickly in this delicious erotic interlude. From their first kiss to exhausted collapse, their chemistry fairly sizzles off the page against a vivid futuristic backdrop with hints of more to come. The character of Thorn has appeared briefly in another of the author’s work so it was a treat to see him with his own story and sure to please followers of the series.

This short sexual escapade hit all the highlights in erotic romance for me. Incredibly hot men, futuristic backdrop, intense and mind blowing sex all wrapped up with a happy for now ending with a bit of humorous and witty dialogue. If I had a compliant, it would be that this was really too short! I would have loved to see this as a longer novel rather than just a taste but as an introduction to a new author I was thoroughly satisfied. I can easily recommend this quick story for anyone wanting an incredibly hot and intense sexual encounter against a futuristic backdrop.

The Big Bad Wolf is at the door…

It’s that time again. Mating season. Adair can scent it, getting closer, harder to resist. Mating needs are not something he can control, not any more than he can control his transformations, but so far, Lachlan’s been right there for him after every full moon.

But what happens when Lachlan’s not there, and Cedric, Adair’s ex-lover, the werewolf who turned him, shows up instead? Will Adair be able to resist the pull of his instincts, going against his own nature, or will he succumb to Cedric’s advances and risk everything he and Lachlan have fought to build together?

In the third book of the Dance Wars series, all elements work against Lachlan and Adair as they struggle to define their relationship in a world seeming to be against them at every turn. Although these two made up after the disastrous encounter between Lachlan and Adair’s crew, they’re forced apart due to bad weather and Lachlan’s job. With the full moon coming quickly during mating season, Adair needs Lachlan more than ever as his very nature dictates actions his mind and heart rebel against. When Lachlan stumbles across Adair earlier than usual, their confrontation comes to an emotional climax.

In keeping with the theme of the series so far, the third book offers even more hot and intense sex but due to the geographical separation between Lachlan and Adair, most of the sex scenes are dreams, memories, and wishes. It serves to further cement the strength of their relationship and commitment to each other, one neither man openly acknowledges yet both feel strongly about. Each man is propositioned by old and new temptations offering temporary relief and consolation in the dark lonely hours and days they’re apart.

As impossible as it seems, the author has managed to increase the intensity of their relationship ever so slightly yet again, deepening the emotion and need for one another. Their struggles while apart speak to the raw honesty of their situation and reality of the futuristic world they live in. The harsh and dangerous conditions both men face daily serves as a reminder their passion is a fleeting indulgence. For as well written and concise as the series has been so far, this book is no exception. The fast paced plot and easy reading make this story one that I read quickly and happily. Engaging characters with realistic drama combine with genuine emotion to give a satisfying story. The only misstep in the series so far came in this particular book though. While not giving any spoilers, the ending resolution was weak and unfortunate. With the strength of the story and characters up to now, I was greatly disappointed with the easy and unrealistic resolution to the conflict created. This was a jarring aspect in an otherwise wonderful set of books.

The story and characters are best understood and appreciated when read in the order of the series, giving greater depth and connection with each successive offering. Although I had problems with the ending, it was the sole misstep of an otherwise strong and steaming hot book up to that point. The futuristic setting is very well done with solid characters and tight writing and if you can get past the ending, this is another great offering from the author. I can only hope the series continues with the strong core of writing established so far.

Embattled Lovers…
Adair leads a very successful band of scavengers, bandits who prey on Pony Express riders and their motorbikes. But since the first night he spotted Lachlan in the crowd at the Chlodwig’s, Adair’s been far too relenting with captured Pony Express riders, and he’s been concentrating his efforts on winning the Dance Wars rather than snatching their prey.

Adair’s crew is getting suspicious — has their leader gone soft? There’s no place in their world for a sappy Werewolf. Adair rashly promises a kill for their next capture — only to have his world come crashing down on him when Lachlan’s motorbike falls in their trap.

Adair can’t go back on his word. Seems there may be only one option left — one neither rider nor werewolf is ready to face…

Who is ruling whom is not so easily answered with a quick look. Returning to the futuristic world of Lachlan and his were lover Adair has their relationship turning up the heat even more if that’s possible, while the shimmering tensions within Adair’s gang make an altercation inevitable. When opposite interests collide, Adair and Lachlan struggle to make it out alive even if it means no longer being together.

Picking up where the previous book in the story left off, Lachlan is managing to meet up with his secret lover every full moon. During this time, Adair’s emotions are volatile and his sexual needs overwhelm his common sense. Both take tremendous risks in the dangerous and unstable world around them, carving out stolen time to be together against the very real threats facing them. While neither man will admit verbally to any attachment or growing emotion, their connection is portrayed through the many hot sexual encounters depicted and clearly shows the deepening feelings on both sides. There are a lot of explicit sex scenes in the book and each one has a purpose for more than just erotic interest.

Lachlan and Adair are very different men and their thoughts, motivations and actions are explored more deeply. Without having read the first book of the series, you might feel as if you’re dropped into the middle of a scene for most of the story. So it’s best to read the series in order for the continuation of the story arc as well as characterization, which is built upon the foundation set up in the first book. If the percentage of abnormal sperm is over tadalafil 20mg price 50%, it is considered as asthenozoospermia. Hello cialis 40 mg readers! I am back with another article related to your sexual life. These ingredients are mixed in the right ratio and make 4T Plus capsule one of the best qualities about Omega 3 is that it is a natural soft viagra and safe method for health care. This offering shows the depth of Lachlan and Adair’s feelings and connection, a commitment neither man is really ready for yet can’t deny. This particularly comes to a head when Adair’s crew attacks Lachlan.

The fight ensuing between Lachlan and Adair is fraught with emotion and charged with an intensity that is typical of the story. From the opening scene to the very end, the author ratchets up the intensity of every aspect of the book. Lachlan’s character is given more depth and strength showing without a doubt that although he may appear to be submissive to Adair, he is a strong, clever and capable man – if slightly crazed. Adair for his part shows his reluctance to harm others, preferring to revel in his dancing and the time with Lachlan, while worrying about the ever-increasing risks to them both.

At a mere 82 pages, I flew through this book with its easy and quick pacing and tight writing. There is no doubt that there is more to the story of these men and their passionate connection. Once again, this is not a light and easy romance but a gritty and sultry look at two men involved in a dangerous and perhaps ill-advised liaison. Just as Lachlan and Adair can’t seem to stay away from each other, you won’t want to either. Start with the beginning of the series but be sure to read this sequel, you won’t be able to put it down.

Stacia Allen loves her job and has no desire to lose it. But she’s been “friends with benefits” with Jason Montano for months… and he’s her boss. Now he says he wants to “talk” about their arrangement.

Jason has a confession to make. He’s in love with Stacia… and he’s a telepath. To even the playing field, he plans to give her a family heirloom that will let her read his mind in return and also see images he projects. Oh, the sexy possibilities!

The mind is a powerful thing and it is all so true in this delightful story of telepaths and mental sex. Ms. Illyria creates the fascinating world of Orion Delta 5 set in the future. The details of the planet, from hover crafts to a blue-purple skies had me believing I was residing there.

My favorite character, for obvious reasons, is Jason Montano. Flowing platinum blond hair, beautiful blue eyes and a body that doesn’t quit is all the reason I needed to wish Jason was my boss. After serving five years in the Universal Military, Jason was ready to settle down. I could tell that he was very cautious with revealing everything to Stacia as he kept putting off having her meet his mother and telling her about his telepathic powers. What are the relaxation responses? When you’re into a massage process, a caring and a safe touch is an invitation to relax. levitra australia online Dosages For most patients, the recommended starting dose of cheapest viagra price is 10mg once per day (60 minutes prior to the action. When he finally confesses his love, he decides to tell Stacia his secrets.

There is not a lot about the character of Anasticia Allen. She seemed a little timid to me as she ran from any kind of confrontation, real or imagined. I was glad when she stood up to Jason’s mother when she declared her love for Jason.

The best part of this story is the jewelry. There are three pieces that the Montano family has. The ring has powers which are unknown; the bracelet creates illusions and the necklace increases telepathic connection. I loved when Jason gave Stacia the necklace. The sexual scenes were very hot from the shower and bedroom to the office but when the necklace was introduced, can I just say I needed a paramedic. The whole boardroom meeting had me rolling with laughter and burning up from the scorching heat.

Jason Montano can mess with my mind anytime he wants and I hope after reading this delightful story, you’ll agree. I can’t wait to read the next story in the Family Heirlooms Series.

Hazel Young is a rare commodity in town: a young, single female whose first mating is nearly upon her. She’s spent the last two years fending off suitors who grow more determined by the day — after all, there’s nothing flattering in the attention of werewolves more interested in what she is than who she is, especially not when she gave her heart away to Oliver Russell years ago. But Oliver seems to feel nothing for her but fond kindness, and the time has come to choose a mate before the wolf makes the choice for her.

When Oliver happens across Hazel being pressured by a local who wants to be her first, it awakens protective instincts he thought he’d set aside with the death of his wife five years ago. With Hazel in heat and no time to get her to safety, they wind up in a fishing shack on Lonely River, waiting for her mating fever to pass. The last thing he expects is to be tempted by her inexperienced attempts at seduction.

Moira Rogers scores again with this fascinating futuristic paranormal about a young female werewolf in heat and the older male were that she loves.

We first met the heroine and hero of this story, Hazel Young and Oliver Russell as secondary characters in the fabulous first book in the Down and Dirty series, Wild Card. While this book is part of a series, I found that it stood alone quite well and could easily be read on its own.

In Calling the Bluff, Hazel, a young female werewolf in heat, is feeling the affects of her upcoming first mating and knows she must mate or risk hurting herself and others. As one of the few females in town, she spends all her time fending off potential suitors while longing for the one man who doesn’t seem to be interested, Oliver. As the two wait for Hazel’s mating to pass, they grow closer and begin to explore the possibilities that exist between them, but Oliver is not sure he can provide the love and relationship that Hazel needs.

Hazel and Oliver share a very touching bond and relationship and I enjoyed how the author brought them together in this story. Both have a lot to deal with but seem to be perfect for one another despite their differences. They were well-matched with intriguing personalities and histories and seem to come together with a passion that scorched the pages.

In addition to the characters, I am once again very impressed and taken with the almost western-like feel of this futuristic set series and loved the uniqueness of the whole setting and concept. It was a nice blend of the past and present in a futuristic and paranormal world and applaud Moira Rogers for the choices made.

My one complaint about the story is that at times it felt a bit hurried or rushed and I wish the action had been a bit slower-paced. Other than that, this story was a great read with a fascinating setting and a passionate romance between two likeable characters. If you want something a bit different with your shapeshifter romances, then you might want to try this one.

Three paths end, one road begins.

Destination: Black Planet.

I’ve read other stories by this author, and I’m always drawn into the worlds that Ms. McBride creates. “Black Planet: Tiger Eyes” was no exception. Though the way these three come together is fairly predictable, it’s still a nice story to watch unfold. All have lots of baggage, but in each other’s arms they find not only super-hot loving, but also soul mates for all time. The conflict really takes a back seat in the story, and that was one of my chief complaints. Grace is a wanted woman, stalked by the evil Nakashima. And someone is kidnapping the women of Darah’s world. But none of those conflicts is ever really fleshed out. Instead, there is too much back story, right from the start, and too much narrative in which the author “tells” the story rather than “shows” it.

Ms. McBride is a talented author, and I’ll read more stories by her. But this one fell short of my usual expectations with its slower pace. Still, the detailed settings are well described, along with the multi-cultural, original characters who find their happy ending. In that respect, any reader of “Black Planet: Tiger Eyes” will be pleased.

I can’t stop smiling, I just can’t stop, and all because of Cat Marsters and Spaceport Incognito. I’ve never been into space stories and alien beings, but now I wonder what more have I been missing?

The story was a bit confusing at first with all those new terms and extraterrestrial beings: Blyat, Nil Raja, haang-jui, the people with blue hair, blue eyes, strange markings on their skin, but my quizzical glance only lasted a few pages. The concepts as well as the alien creatures became quickly familiar and turned Spaceport Incognito into an addictive drug for my plan was to read a few chapters and stop; I couldn’t. I even forgot to eat my afternoon snack!

An amazing plot: a brother looking for a lost sister, a prostitute that’s not what she seems, disappearing children, adorable Kitaliis, a killer fiancé, a blooming love and lot’s of very hot sex all of it perfectly interlaced and woven. Add all that and then throw in some great descriptions, some characters which you can’t stop thinking about even after finishing the novel (did I mention that I’ve spent all day remembering my favourite bits of the story? Kali getting Jal turned on, the trio with the Antillan man, several turning points which got me on edge -in both ways-…) and you end up with Spaceport Incognito and aching cheeks from smiling so much (I’m grinning just from the thought of it).

This novel is a definite must read!! I’m keeping it and already rereading it!

It is strange enough Lana Sinclair lands on a planet where she is the alien, but things turn disastrous on the first day when she is captured and auctioned off as a “Breeder.”

Then somebody wants her dead, and she has no clue why.

As if things couldn’t get any worse.

Her true battle isn’t against the lies, deceit and murder happening all around her. It’s meeting the mysterious dark stranger who comes to her rescue. He is strength, power, hints of danger, and everything she is against in a male.

For the first time in her life, Lana fights the toughest battle of all: to maintain her heart from a man who has made it clear he intends to possess her as his own, whether she is willing or not.

Carolina Barbour’s erotic novel is fantastic. She created a universe that interacts with our earth and has the story taking place all over the galaxy. She clearly explained the details of the DNA altering that had gone on, and the effects that it had with the well-written descriptions that were provided. This laid the groundwork for Lana Sinclair being taken as a Breeder and being auctioned.

I enjoyed the character of Lana Sinclair. She was a feisty, smart young woman who did not want to be told what to do and wanted someone to care for her just for who she was. Lana fought against anything that was unfamiliar to her. I learned that she had a very hard childhood and I liked that she achieved the level of learning that she had in the book. She has killers after her from the beginning of the book and I did not know why.

Luckily, Xander Rynior, learns about the breeder escaping at the beginning of the story. I found Xander to be a very caring man who does what he can to tweak the noses of the Federal Command Council. I also thought that Xander was very intelligent. The way he was able to calculate where Lana was transported to at the beginning of the story clearly illustrated his intellect. Xander also had a deep sense of family. He defers to his father when they discuss his betrothal; and his love for his sister Pulura is shown when he hugs her and cares for her later in the story.

There are many detailed secondary characters in this story that all keep the story moving. I was on the edge of my seat through most of it trying to guess who was behind everything. Who was the psychotic killer trying to eliminate Lana? Why were they trying to kill her? The story had so many twist and turns, I was kept guessing until the very end.

I also must say that this book raised my temperature as I read it. I found the sex scenes to be very arousing. I loved how Xander seduced Lana and helped her get over her inhibitions and helped make her feel good and clean. He allowed her to go at her pace and did not push her beyond what she truly wanted. I enjoyed watching the love they had for each other develop. I will say that there are also many M/M sexual scenes among the secondary characters. I found these to be appropriate in the book but advise that some may find these erotic scenes not quite their cup of tea.

I found that nothing could distract me as I read Pure Distraction. I look forward to the second book in this amazing series.
