Power is good at his job, but when he finds Syllabub in the sweltering heat of Ottawa in July, the last thing he wants to do is return to the North Pole.

Is there something between them? Or has the heat gone to Power’s head? Only time will tell.

Sometimes love can be found in the last place that you would look for it. Being an enforcer for Santa does not leave a lot of time for Power to look for love and even if he was looking he certainly does not have the time for a relationship. Yet when he finds his newest target all thought seems to leave his head. Syllabub seems to bring out more than just lust in Power and he is more than ready to explore those feelings.

I really enjoyed meeting Power and Syllabub. Both have strong personality’s that made an impression on this reader. Power is a strong alpha male that loves to play and is more than ready to let the games begin with Syllabub. The two make a great match. Each one complements the other. Syllabub is a good natured elf that longs for more and may have found just what he needs in Power. I loved seeing the two find their way. Watching their relationship begin to take shape made for a great read. The attraction that the two have is instant and sizzling and I loved seeing the two act upon it. This book is a feel good read that brought a smile to my face.

As short as this story is it pulls the reader in right from the start and does not let go until the end and even then you are left wanting more. Bad Elf, No Candy Cane is one hot and fun read and I hope that this is not the only time that we get to visit with Power and Syllabub.
