Her confusion at how she can feel such attraction to both men makes her worry that the terrible things her stepfather called her might be true. The realization that she is stronger than that gives her the courage to go for it all, and I love how she finally just jumps in with her eyes wide open.

When her stepfather gets early release, that just ramps up the tension even more. Trista Ann Michaels has put several twists in this one that I didn’t see coming, and I love that in a book. The heat level is better than a sauna. There are several extremely hot ménage scenes, and I couldn’t put this one down once I started.
