I enjoyed this book from the magical mind of Viola Grace even more than her others. Eva is a treat to meet: sassy, irreverent and more than able to hold her own. She uses words to strike out and to defend herself. She calls the Prince “squirt” and he explains her attitude to his advisor as “her only defense”.

Storoth grows into a strong and handsome man, more than able to defend her against his enemies. I love the relationship that grows between them while Eva is in stasis, a friendship strong enough to build a life on. When challenges arise after her revival, they must unite to defend their union, and have to succeed to become true mates.

Impatient is what Storoth is, waiting sixteen years to claim the one woman destined to be his for all time to come. And this is one of the hottest books I have read, as these two are determined to make up for sixteen years of abstinence in every place that they can, in as many ways as they can.
