Sixteen-year-old Deli Winters wakes up, dying. A voice asks her if she wants help, no matter the cost, and she agrees. The next thing she knows, a monster is bathing her in fire. She has become Evren: immortals with dragons for souls.

Deli is pretty, bubbly, and stubbornly optimistic. She’s not what anyone would think the ideal girlfriend would be for someone like Lucian Chevalier, her gorgeous, aloof, and perpetually busy savior. But Deli is in love with him and in between dodging the traps of Sanger High’s Queen Bee and working hard at becoming an ass-kicking Evren warrior chick to avenge her parents’ murders, Deli is determined to win Lucian’s heart…whether he likes it or not.

One minute all is right with Deli’s world, the next moment everything she loves is gone and a monster is staring down at her.

Deli and her family are on a road trip when suddenly there is an explosion. She wakes to discover that her parents dead and her sister kidnapped. Two brothers find the wreckage and rescue Deli, but to keep her alive they have to change her. The change not only brings pain and agony, but a vicious looking creature appears to be looking down at her.

Deli accompanies Lucian and his younger brother Dyvian to their home in Sanger, Nevada which is on the route to Death Valley. To save her life Lucian has changed her into an Evren. Evren live their everyday lives as humans but can change into a dragon or go invisible. Their mortal enemies the Zekans, who can change to reptiles or humans, are the ones who killed Deli’s parents and kidnapped her sister.

While learning to use her new talents, Deli also enrolls at the local high school to continue her studies. Her only worries are learning how to be a dragon, how to evade the Zekans who seem determined to find her and how to rescue her sister.

I loved this book. The sesame cialis canadian prices oil can be used in dry skin conditions. What is porn addiction? Pornographic addiction can viagra uk sale be defined as the repeated use of pornographic material, such as watching sexual clips. The physical medicine problems of ED incorporate three various issues:1. generic cialis without prescriptions Additionally, a study published in a medical journal in 2014 noted that taking 10-40 mg of spear min resulted in lower testosterone levels in the rodents. canadian viagra pills It was quirky, funny and fast moving. Deli is a wonderful character who found herself in a weird situation. A typical teenager, she tried to look as if she had total control of the situation. Unfortunately she didn’t reckon on falling in love with Lucian, and being ultra emotional didn’t help. Dyvian is the clown of the story, while Lucian is the opposite. Dark, strong and silent. Deli has more in common with Dyvian but it is Lucian she is attracted to.

Evren is one of those books you never want to put down. The pace of the story is sometimes fast, at others slow, but it moves steadily forward with every word. The location and characters came alive for me and I could see every detail of the desert, the people and even the dragons, but this didn’t mean there were long drawn out, overblown descriptions or explanations — they don’t exist in this book. Everything fit perfectly.

The end of the book led me to believe there is a sequel and I shall be eagerly looking for this. Thank you Ms. Tee for providing me with a story I’ll remember for quite some time.
