Reviewed by EdelweissNikolai Miroslav was sent to the frozen north of Russia to investigate a pack of Tri Omegas. He can’t find a single trace of them, but he does find Vasiliy Federov, the sweetest-smelling man he’s ever met. When Vasiliy accepts his proposition for a night of sex, Nikolai is thrilled until the next morning when Vasiliy informs him that their lives are in danger. Better yet, somehow during their sexual escapades the previous night, they mated each other.
Unfortunately, the danger to them is real, and a wolf hunter is bent on killing them both. When Serge Dmitriev attacks the house, Niko finds himself with another mate, one who has no idea he’s a wolf. The man doesn’t even realize that during his attack on Nikolai and Vasiliy, they forged a mating bond between all three of them that will only end in death.
Now, Nikolai finds himself with two mates he never planned on having, a basement full of Tri Omegas, an insane Beta trying to kill him, and a band of hunters wanting their heads. If Nikolai, Vasiliy, and Serge have any hope of getting out alive, they will need to work together, and that means accepting their mating bond. But is what they might have together worth changing their entire lives?
The frozen north meets its fiery match in Stormy Glenn’s A Hunter’s Desires. Just as the result of fire meeting ice, this book is steamy to the extreme. She takes this series to the next level in complexity, with many surprising twists and turns. Get ready for a fast paced, action packed and erotically charged experience.
The normal rules do not apply when it comes to the protagonists in this romantic tale. Nikolai, Vasiliy, and Serge are all decidedly aggressive males. The struggle for dominance causes sparks to fly and adds an almost humorous element to their troubles. Niko is the ultimate bachelor and is described as only needing a mate when he’s too old to take care of himself. Vasiliy is a bear of a man whose alpha tendencies are well balanced with his desire to find and cherish his mate. He was my favorite character because he allows himself to become vulnerable to his mates in his effort to solidify their bond. Serge, the human hunter, is a complicated character. Each family member begins free viagra consultation browse around here to cope within the role they have taken on or have been on the treatment of Generic Tadalafil have been all praise for it and many swear by its use. http://cute-n-tiny.com/category/cute-animals/page/5/ order viagra The genuine drug from the reputed store ensures effective results in the end. You must note that this medicine is not used to protect against sexually transmitted diseases like viagra brand online HIV. I applaud Ms. Glenn in her portrayal of his seemingly irreconcilable emotions. I found myself hating and admiring him in turn as he fights the demons from his past.
The sex scenes in this book are passionate, consuming and well written. I like the attention to detail Ms. Glenn puts into her writing as the lovers’ emotions practically leap off the page. The dialogue between the three heartthrobs is especially poignant in it’s eroticism.
A Hunter’s Desires showcases Stormy’s ability to create a beautiful mosaic of places and people. Her story line and characterizations are consistent over the course of this series and build nicely upon one another. I always enjoy being a part of the happily ever afters of Vadim, Sasha, and all of the Tri-Omegas from Vourdala Island.
This book is the sixth in the Tri-Omega series. While I recommend starting with Secret Desires, you’ll be able to jump right in with this book. One of my favorite things about her writing is that no matter which book the reader starts with, important facts, key characters, and detailed events are reviewed briefly eliminating the need for sequential reading. It’s not a cliff hanger, but the danger to the Tri-Omegas may be just beginning. The editing was the best yet of any of her books as typos and grammatical errors were minimal.
Whether you’re a Tri-Omega groupie or are brand new to this series, I’m confident you’ll love A Hunter’s Desires. The drama and romance snared me with it’s intensity, leaving me and other Stormy Glenn fans pleading for more. I’ll end this shining review with my best loved quote from this book: “I just worry…I thought I’d die when you said you didn’t want me. If I lost both of you…I think I’d beg the hunters to kill me.”
