This paranormal book was full of surprises that easily captured and held my interest until the very last page.

The plot was loaded with rich emotion, intrigue and mystery, and steamy passion, and several surprise twists. I liked the main couple and their pain and angst pulled me into the story like no other. Viola had suffered so much and continued to do so throughout the story, but she never let the adversity of her life break her. She was a refreshing change from most of the heroines who I sometimes like at first until they turn into the helpless damsel who has to be saved by her man. Viola had been forced to take care of herself and spurned by everyone in her clan. It made her strong but she still had compassion and forgiveness in her heart. It took me a minute to warm up to Titus because of the way he got off on the wrong foot with Viola. Their relationship was tense and fueled by misunderstandings from the outset. He believed she was cold hearted and acted harshly towards her. Partly because he was attracted to her but felt guilty for wanting another woman after his “true mate” had rejected him. It didn’t take long for him to learn the truth and begin making amends but by then there were complications, secrets revealed and rescues to be made.

All in all this book was well written and the characters were wonderful. It had interesting secondary characters that I realized some were from previous books so that means a series that I had somehow missed. That was good news to me since I am always pleased to discover a great new series to read.

I enjoyed this book and happily recommend it to paranormal readers.

Some things remained the same in this one, although the main characters were unique in their personalities. Daisy was a man who needed to be in complete control but he was also incredibly sweet and romantic. Maria had been in love with Daisy forever and it was just fine with her if he wanted to take control of her. She still stood up for herself though and I liked that the author took some time building their relationship.

This story was centered around Daisy and Maria, and the usual suspenseful drama was minimal. That being said the plot was well crafted and had a couple of side stories that were intricately woven into the thick of things. There was some family drama as the club goes through some growing pains and a promising conflict for Matthew and Luna, and for Knuckles and Beth. All this means is more great books to come from the Trojans MC.

This book was an easy read that left me looking forward to whatever Sam Crescent comes up with next.

This story was mostly centered around the relationship between Easton and Jessie who were both very lonely. The story opened with both of them feeling a bit lost and freaking out when they realized they were mates. So their uncertain relationship provided the drama but other than that there wasn’t a good deal of conflict for the story. That being said it was still a satisfying read for me.

This was a short story that was well written and had an easy pace. The main characters, Easton and Jessie, were likeable and I had me hoping they would take a chance on each other. It was a romantic story of two lonely people finding their own special someone at the least expected time in life. Lastly, the intimate scenes were sensual as Jenika Snow is known for writing.

To sum it all up I’ll say that Hook, Line and Mated was a quick and enjoyable read. It is a good addition to the series.

I was very pleased with this book. It was a short but rich story and the author did a great job in making me believe that Brody and Maddie’s feelings for each other were real. I enjoyed every page.

The setup for this story was fast. Brody had some health issues that brought him to Riker’s Creek, Montana looking for his father. He stopped off in a bar and meets Maddie who was a too tempting runaway bride. Their relationship started out as a one night hook up but it quickly turned into a strong bond. I loved how they were both nice people who easily became friends as well as lovers.

The main characters were incredibly likable. I just can’t imagine how I would react in Brody’s situation. He wanted to live and had the courage to do something about it but he never forgot his father who raised him either. I loved how realistic his emotions were about everything and what a caring person he was. Maddie had such sass and was such an amazing person who stood up for herself and stayed by Brody’s side. The secondary characters were important to the storyline, although I wasn’t happy with a couple of them. There was a fair bit of family drama added to the conflict.

Brody is the eighth book in the Big Sky County series but it reads as a stand alone. In fact I hadn’t read any others in the series and I followed everything perfectly. The story was well written and I enjoyed reading it. In fact, I’m hoping that Branndon will get a book because I’d love to watch that arrogant cowboy get corralled. So I’ll be giving this book my recommendation and looking forward to the next one.

I loved reading Stake and Santana’s story. This is a great story of redemption and salvation for each of them. Santana grew up as a child of the Kings Of Bedlam MC. Her dad was an enforcer for the club until he got killed in prison. After that the entire club turned their backs on Santana and her mom. Santana is unaware of it but her mom had blackmailed the club and as a result Santana was suffering for it. Stake had to make a hard choice of choosing Santana or his club. He chose the club the first time but felt tremendous guilt for leaving her. When he discovered how much Santana needed him then he didn’t hesitate in making the right choice. From that moment on Santana was his first choice and he didn’t hesitate in claiming her as his Old Lady.

Santana pulled at my heart and I loved the angst and drama of her situation but the abuse and attempted rape could be an emotional trigger for some readers. If not then it will certainly be an emotional read that will tug at your heart. For myself this was the kind of story that I enjoy reading. It was easy to fall in love with Stake because he was ready to give up everything for Santana. I also liked the heat level in the story. It was a steamy read that was very well written and fast paced. It also had some intriguing secondary characters that I would enjoy reading about, especially Tiny and Gypsy.

I enjoyed this book and would love to read more books set in the Kings Of Bedlam world. Biker romance readers will love this one. So happy reading with my recommendation.

Jenika Snow is incredibly talented at world building and pulling the reader into her character’s drama. I was intrigued by Mayhem from the beginning, but as this series grows, I become more and more engaged with each of the characters. At first, Mayhem seemed like a hardened biker who unabashedly coerced Butters into sleeping with him to save her brother. Then I realized that he genuinely cared about her and that deep down it scared him, but he was willing to do anything to keep her safe. Even if it meant starting a war. Now Butters was much the same; afraid of her feelings for Mayhem, so she resisted him. She was an okay heroine for the alpha biker because her loyalty was strong. How else could she keep helping such a stupid brother.

Just like always, the writing style was excellent. The characters were vividly described and grabbed my interest right away. The author even opening up the way for the next book with Fury, the MC Prez. Now I come to my favorite aspect of the book. The love scenes were even more explicitly described than usual. This book was a red hot read that included some negotiation.

I enjoyed reading this book and already look forward to the next book in this great series.

I loved Pipe and Elena and the intensity of their forbidden relationship. Pipe was a violent man but I loved how sweet, protective, and supportive he was of Elena. He was smart and knew how to get what he wanted without starting a war with Elena’s brother and it endeared him that he would do that for his woman. I liked Elena who had some scars of her own but Pipe helped her to heal, and to finally reveal the truth to Saint. I also liked that she stood up for herself with Saint when he threw his big fit over her and Pipe’s affair. Now I can’t wait to read Saint’s story even though it looks like it will probably be Ralf and Sarah up next. But, oh well, that just means another great Saints and Sinners book for this devoted fan.

Once again, Sam Crescent has created such vivid and likable characters and made them seem real. I simply love her writing style and how her books are always exciting and sexy and gritty. The one was well written, fast paced and very passionate. The intimate scenes were sexy as always with this author. Well, I guess you can simply say that I really loved this book.

This book was another great read from Jenika Snow! I love a second chance romance and this one was a very satisfying story that had me entertained from beginning to end.

Hardcore is the first book in the Bleeding Mayhem MC Series. I am very excited about this exciting new series and all of the intriguing secondary characters that were introduced in this book.

I liked that Big and Claire had a romantic history and were as closely connected as they turned out to be. Claire’s brother, Mayhem, was the VP of the Bleeding Mayhem and Big was once her man. They were in love but Big wasn’t good at relating his feelings. He never let on that Claire was anything more than sex to him. So Claire left him and moved on to a new life away from the club. Now as the story opened she is in trouble and returns to her brother and the club for protection.

There was a lot of feelings that came through in this story. Big and Claire both felt regret about the way their relationship ended two years ago. Neither one of them has been able to move on, so now that Claire has returned to the fold then it doesn’t take long before they hook back up. This time around Big doesn’t fool around or take any chances on losing Claire. I loved how he took charge by baring his feelings. Big was the kind of romantic hero that I look for in a book.

Jenika Snow colors a little outside of the box with this newest series. The premise is more bold for this one and the characters are realistic for an motorcycle club lifestyle. As usual, the writing was excellent. The second chance story line was entertaining, and the love scenes were loaded with passion and dirty kinky sex. I was also intrigued by man of the secondary characters, and look forward to reading all of their stories, especially Mayhem.

This book was an entertaining read and a great start to the new series. I enjoyed it very much.

Rage was the VP of Saints and Sinners MC. He was a genuine bad arse, and he had his eye and his protection on Penny for a while. Of course, Penny was oblivious and didn’t want to hook up with anyone from the club because she didn’t believe a biker could be faithful. She had no interest in ending up broken hearted and cheated on like her sister Melissa. Now, readers know that things are never what they seem in a Sam Crescent book. Rage wasn’t like her brother in law and he was done waiting around for Penny to come to him.

The writing was very good in this book. It was fast paced, intriguing and the series setup was excellent. As always, the sex was dirty, wild and Rage was an alpha male who took command in the bedroom, shower and everywhere in between.

There’s something about Jenna that makes Brady forget all about not getting involved with a human, well that is until he finds out said human used him for stud purposes, and decides he never wants to see her again.

Can fate, or in Brady’s case, his fellow shifters, make him see reason and accept that Jenna is his true mate?

This short story was so very good! I loved it. It was an emotional roller coaster loaded with angst, conflict and wild passion that kept me entertained until the last page.

When I started reading this book I was sure it would be an accidental pregnancy that brought Jenna and Brady together. Instead it was a stupid desperate lie and I was disappointed at that point. I was put off at Jenna but then again I didn’t like Brady much at that point either. So this was a redemptive love story of sorts, and that is a favorite trope of mine.

Brady was a billionaire bear shifter and a loner, who wasn’t interested in a long term relationship. He was also the very best kind of alpha male, that being one in bad need of a redemption that I wasn’t sure he could earn. His relationship with Jenna started out as a one night hookup but the chemistry between them couldn’t be denied. Then just as he was ready to commit to a real relationship it was then that Jenna’s lie was revealed and things got very complicated. Brady assumed that Jenna was out to trap him and he made it very hard to find forgiveness. I knew there would be some major groveling down the road but at the time I was so mad at him.

This story had great characters who had to grow up a lot during the story. The author pulled me into the story with all the times they stumbled along the way. The plot was strong, fast paced, and it had serious drama and conflict for such a short story. The lies weren’t the only obstacle in between them. There was all kinds of tension and tragedy thrown into the story. My favorite parts were the panty-melting sex scenes and all of Brady’s dirty talk. There were a few humorous moments at the big bad bear’s expense and he deserved every bit of it, too. Lastly, there was a wonderful epilogue that sets up the next book and I am looking forward to that one.

All in all, this was a fantastic read and I recommend it to anyone.
