This book was definitely the most intense Sam Crescent read as of yet. I loved every minute of it from beginning to end.

This was a crossover book that includes both The Skulls and Chaos Bleeds MC, and it has been a long time coming for readers who’ve been following either series. I loved the way that Sam Crescent wrote this sweet little gem to feature several different characters and to show how they overcame the terrible aftermath of The Master’s devestating attack on the two clubs. So many people were hurt, even killed, and some of our favorite couples were in crisis afterwards. The attack made them angry. Family made them strong. The Master only hastened his own downfall.

This book is special for those who’ve followed either of these series. There were so many high points and intricate twists to keep the reader interested. It is emotional and beautifully written. It’s also has the scorching hotness level of any Sam Crescent book. Master is not to be missed and even includes some intriguing possibilities for the future. I loved it and happily recommend this book.

What will happen when their peers find out? Will Elsa be too scared to stay with Noah? Will he let her go when he sees what his ex does to her?

I really enjoyed this sweet but sizzling offering from the fabulous Sam Crescent. Since I love her books I jumped at this one even wondering at the new adult genre but it seems that this author can do it all. I was simply captivated from the very first page until the last one.

Elsa and Noah were the usual amazing Sam Crescent characters. Just a bit younger. Elsa was comfortable with her pin up body type, but she wanted to please her mom who was always ragging on her to lose the weight. Noah was a jock who leaned toward the dominant side. Normally, they didn’t hang with the same crowd, until they accidentally met at a gym and when they clicked it was so good that the reader could tell these two would have something special. Special would be an understatement, I felt, for the relationship that Sam Crescent was able to show to the readers on those pages.

Noah was one of the best alphas I remember reading. He was sweet and worked so hard at getting her to finally trust him, and then he kept her trust, not that the story was without drama. It had all the complexities of a Sam Crescent romance, jealous mean girls, family drama and an interesting side story between friends. She perfectly straddled the line of a new adult story by keeping it sweet but enlivening the story with sizzling hotness. This book was done beautifully and I absolutely loved it. So looking forward to Kurt and Kim since I already know their love story will be more complicated but just as sweet.

There’s a reason enforcers are considered too deadly to love.

The Enforcer was yet another outstanding entry in Kele Moon’s Untamed Hearts series. The best part is that this amazing story is just the beginning of Tino and Brianna’s tumultuous journey. I spent most of the story being devestated by the ugliness that happened to Tino. The raw emotion of this book made it impossible to put down and had me already craving the next book.

This book took the readers back to a heartwrenching beginning for Nova and Tino Moretti. The perfectly layered story made it easy to understand the hardened but damaged Moretti brothers that we’ve come to know throughout this series. It’s hard for me to decribe how much this book has touched me but I can say that I cried my way through a box of tissues at one point. It broke my heart at some of the horrible things that happened to Tino. The author had hinted at them. I had my suspicions and still this book took me by surprise. Tino’s journey was clearly too complicated for only one book. So Tino gets two books as the author weaves a gritty and complex odyssey for him. The Enforcer is a spellbinding story of tragedy, betrayal, hardships, loyalty and love.

As usual, Kele Moon did a fabulous job on this book. It is an amazingly beautiful and emotional journey that will haunt this reader for quite a while. At least until the second part of Tino and Brianna’s story is released and I can truly enjoy their happy ever after ending.

She’s now a mother to a blue-eyed daughter he wishes belonged to him.

On beautiful Shaw Island, Nolan and Gypsy boldly ignore their present situation for a blazing, forbidden passion. More than anything, he wants her back in his life. But for that to happen it will hurt another.

Inked Promise was a book that easily captured my attention.

I’m a sucker for the secret love child trope so I was intrigued by the plot of this book. It started out great. Nolan and Gypsy fell in love when they were both real young but they made some impossible choices. Nolan walked away from their relationship and unbeknownst to him left Gypsy pregnant with his child. It was four years before they met up again. By that time Nolan was engaged to marry someone else, and Gypsy couldn’t see the point in informing him that her daughter belonged to him. It was at this point that I started having some mixed feelings about the plot. She bald faced lied to Nolan and said that he wasn’t little Nika’s father, even after he asked her three times already. Still, I could overlook that because of the extenuating circumstances. Gypsy was a fiercely protective mother who was afraid that her little girl would be hurt by some of the other people in Nolan’s life.

There were some aspects of this story that tugged at the heart. Yet there were a few elements that had me shaking my head in disbelief. I’ll just say it there was some cheating that made me uncomfortable, and it made no difference to me that Nolan’s fiance happened to be a Cruella DeVille like character, cheating is still taboo in my book. Otherwise I would have reveled in the hot sex scenes between Nolan and Gypsy. On the other hand I loved the adorable kids and the over the top reactions in this story. I always go for the books that have light humor and this one did not disappoint in that area.

Technically, this book had a interesting plot with plenty of emotional conflict and a fast paced story. It had a fantastic hook of the main characters being star crossed lovers and wondering which choice to make …. something real or superficial perfection. The story was loaded with dramatic angst and interesting characters. I’m not sure but I might read the other books in the series. So I say that for readers who can look past the cheating aspect then this is a great story.

An alien warrior intent on fighting his attraction. A human female determined to bring him to his knees. What could possibly go wrong?

I enjoyed this story. It was short but sweet, and grabbed my attention from the first page until the last one.

Jacie Montgomery uprooted her life and followed a faithless alien lover to his home planet. Once there, the intrepid pregnant human learns that her situation is far from simple. She realizes that the relationship wasn’t special at all since her lover had already taken another mate and Jacie will be expected to choose another mate and remain on the planet with her hybrid child. Luckily, she didn’t have to wait too long since she falls for her bodyguard at first sight. The only problem is that Barimere had a lot of scars that weren’t entirely on the outside. Jacie had her work cut out for her to convince Barimere that they were perfect for each other. Then there was the fact that something was off about her alien pregnancy.

So, let me tell you about the incredibly engaging main couple. Jacie was sweet and forthright. She could’ve whined about her circumstances, however that never happened. She simply picked herself up and moved on, even when family tragedy struck. I liked her a lot.

Now, Barimere had some issues that had to be dealt with before they could be together. He was scarred and had some self esteem problems, but his greatest motivation was that he felt Jacie deserved someone better. He was a very stubborn alien. That seemed to be the most conflict of the story and in the end it was the very thing that gave the final push. I loved that Barimere was so concerned and kind about Jacie and her babies’ well being. At heart this was a story about two people who pretty much fall for each other instantly and were able to see past the imperfections of life.

I don’t read many fantasy stories, but with that being said, I am really enjoying this series. I like the way the author writes. I’ve only read two of her books so far, with both of those being in the Intergalactic Brides series, but I felt they read well as stand alone stories. The creative world building is intriguing and easily pulled me into this story. This book was fast paced, generously detailed and very interesting. It was written exactly the way I like to read ; where it’s mostly about the storytelling part with a few sexy love scenes to heat things up.

I’m sure to be reading more books from this author.

This was an interesting book that I enjoyed. Hazel and the Alien Biker is a light fantasy story. It’s a new genre to me and I liked it very much from beginning to end.

Reyvor was very kind to Hazel and her three girls. He took them in and offered security and it didn’t hurt that he and Hazel had such a strong connection. Reyvor was lonely but it wasn’t only that. Hazel and her girls gave him a family, which was something he had been missing and he genuinely cared for them. This was a very sexy fantasy romance. The story was well developed and had an easy pace even though it spans a relatively short time. I liked the writing style. I loved the characters and was intrigued by the world. I will probably read more books in this series. So I do recommend this one to Sci-Fi and Fantasy readers.

When witches and warlocks come to destroy Lucy, she has to make a choice. Is her love for Caleb strong enough to sacrifice herself and her magic? Will she survive when put to the test?

This was a good story!

I loved Lucy. She was adopted into a clan of wolf shifters and grew up not knowing about the secrets that surrounded her heritage. She believed that she was human only to learn that she was a powerful witch/warlock. She was tired of being looked down on by most of the shifter clan so she was ready to leave town and take along her best, and only, friend, Bianca. Then her mate Caleb, who happened to be the Alpha heir, steps in and makes some confessions of his own. By the way her friend Bianca is a submissive wolf and her mate has been ignoring their connection too. The main plot of this story is can the girls forgive the guys for ignoring them. Who will be strong enough to stop the evil coalition of warlocks and witches from overpowering the shifters and killing Lucy for her power. The irony is that Lucy was the only person strong enough to save everyone.

I loved how nothing was as it seemed in this story. In other words, it had some surprise twists. I loved that once Lucy and Caleb made the connection it grew stronger. The intimate scenes were very sensual. I especially loved the mystical part with Lucy’s parents. This book was short, fast paced and the romance was real sweet. Of course Sam Crescent always takes me into the story and makes me wish that the book was longer.

Everything he swore he didn’t want seems as natural as breathing. But just as he gathers the courage to grab for the golden ring, another unexpected twist threatens to tarnish what could have been a shining future.

Warning: Sticky fingers and dirty diapers can change a couple forever.

This book was by far my favorite on this series, and let me say that I have loved them all.

This is a sexy romance about two people in love and perfectly willing to make sacrifices for each other, but what happens when tragedy changes their lives forever. Jason is the last of the Montgomery Mavericks to tie the knot but he’s been hiding a big secret from everyone, including the woman he loves. Lydia’s family is rocked by tragedy on the eve of her wedding and leaving her with custody of her sister’s three small children. Now Jason’s lies come back on him and threatens to tear them apart.

As usual, this book was really well written and realistic. Lydia had a hard time being an instant mother to three little ones. She was frustrated and felt inadequate at times and also conflicted about her relationship with Jason. It seemed that he was too good at convincing everybody that he had zero interest in ever being a father. It wasn’t that way at all but that lie nearly cost him the one thing he wanted more than anything. This story was certainly loaded with drama and angst and the characters were wonderful. Also, I loved the special twist and the epilogue was beautiful.

This was the final book in the Montgomery Mavericks series and I absolutely hate to see it end. I love the author’s writing and getting to know all the wonderful characters and watching their drama play out toward so many happy endings. Lastly, I enjoyed every page of this book and look forward to the next book from Cynthia D’Alba since reading this series has definitely made me a fan for life.

As time runs short before Kyle ships out again, the desire Kyle and Rachel have suppressed breaks free in a fiery rush. Tempting her to reveal a secret that could give him a reason to stay or burn their love to ash.

“Warning: Contains a hot military man who will steal your panties as well as your heart.”

This was such a great book. It’s an incredibly sweet, emotional romance that I couldn’t put down.

This book had a lot of conflict in the plot. The heroine Rachel was in love with two brothers, James and Kyle. But it was James who made the first move so Rachel became engaged to the wrong brother while Kyle stepped aside and let his brother claim the woman he loved. Then an argument led to one passionate moment and a huge secret between Rachel and Kyle. Now five years later Kyle is back home from the military and Rachel is a widow. The nearly tangible attraction is there but the weight of guilt still lies between them. The beauty of this plot is that although mistakes were made and hearts were broken there wasn’t any clear betrayal from anyone. That’s why it worked out so well.

His Reason To Stay is the first book that I’ve read in this series but it definitely won’t be the last. It’s a sweet story that was fast paced but beautifully written. Kyle and Rachel were wonderful characters who had always loved each other but made some wrong choices. They were both vulnerable and I was easily pulled into the tension of how Kyle would react when the Rachel’s secret was revealed. I might just add that Rachel’s little girl, Ava, actually stole the show in this book. Her character was absolutely adorable and really livened up the story.

This book can be read as a stand alone for anyone, like myself, who hasn’t read the series. There’s really not much else for me to say except that I really loved it and intend to read the rest of the series as soon as possible.

On finding her, secrets are revealed. Secrets that threaten his relationship with one of his brothers. Can Judge prove her worthiness as his mate to Devil and protect her from the danger that lurks in the shadows before it’s too late? Or will she be stolen from his life permanently?

Welcome To Sin City and The Fall Of The Four Horsemen. What an awesome hook for the series and this fantastic story. I was completely pulled into the drama and truly enjoyed everything, the romance, the excitement and suspense that had me gripped right up until the end.

This book was Judge and Charli’s story. The main couple connected easily but with a little bit of drama since Charli had been stealing from the casino that Judge and his horsemen brothers owned. Charli was no stranger to the paranormal world so it was no stretch to her when Judge declared that they were mates. However, she promptly stole his car and ran away because she needed to protect her little sister and keep her troubles away from Judge and his people. Of course, the determined alpha male tracked her down and from there the reunion was seamless but not without a fair bit of conflict. There was some tension with one of his brothers and danger from Charli’s past, and even then the suspense wasn’t quite over yet.

Mated To War is actually the third book in this series but it was my first adventure with the four horsemen as they find their mates. Even so I had no trouble catching up and that was because the author did an incredible job with creating the world. My introduction to everyone was subtle and on spot with the steady flow of the series. I got to know the characters and then their history which is the best way and the one I’m most comfortable with reading.

This book was a great read. The characters were wonderful and the writing style was excellent. Of course, the suspenseful plot was the main reason that I liked the story so much. Also, the story had a intriguing set up for the next book in the series with Chaos and I have to say that I am really looking forward to reading that one. So all in all, Mated To War was a winner with this happy reader !
