Mastering Meg is a quick read that is full of emotion and depth. I was drawn into Piers’ and Meg’s world right from the start. It is clear from the beginning that these two only have eyes for each other. The journey they take to reach a point of knowing they are true mates is one that will mesmerize anyone who picks up this story.

This story would also make a nice introduction to BDSM. Because the characters are just getting introduced to the BDSM games the reader gets to learn along with them.

It is a short story and I would have loved to learn more about this unique pack of shifters, but it was an enjoyable read nonetheless. This was my first Desiree Holt read, but not my last.
