Gunner and Talbot are complete opposites. This is a story that runs along the lines of Romeo and Juliet. Two people in love yet circumstances and rankings in life keep them apart. The pull between these two men is so evident that the scenes they share are just jumping with erotic energy.

Gunner, being a beta wolf, was brought to the pack to mate with a gamma wolf. Little did he know the omega of the pack was what he really wanted. Talbot was treated with respect and loved by all others. The one thing I wished there was more of in this story was more dialogue between Gunner and Talbot. In the story we get more of what they were thinking and feeling versus what they said to one another. Overall, though, this was an excellent read. I highly recommend it.

I enjoy older woman/younger man stories and this one didn’t disappoint me. I felt Maggie’s attraction to Jake who comes across not only as handsome and sexy but as a nice guy too.

While you’re reading this story you cheer Maddie on and find yourself saying just go for it when you sense her reluctance to take their relationship to the next step because of their age difference. The sex scenes are well placed and sexy. The dialogue is natural sounding and the pacing just right for this short read.

Cody on the other hand stumped me a little bit with his gung-ho change from straight to gay, but I soon realized he was alpha male all the way and did not shy away from his feelings. I think what impressed me the most with this story is that Ms. Kell stayed true to the characters’ personalities through out the entire story. Cody’s persona also made for some sweet romance and spicy sex scenes and a few he-man my mate action. What more could you ask for in a romance book?

Commandeered by the intriguing stranger at a luxury London department store, Valentine’s more than happy to provide the masculine opinion Lucy demands. After all, watching her model fabulous cocktail dresses, saucy shoes and mouth-watering lingerie is his pleasure.

He soon realises that he wants more than just one seductive afternoon with the luscious Lucy. Getting under those new clothes will be a challenge since she’s gone back to New York, but he’s not the only one being driven mad by the heat of their long-distance flirtation. Now Valentine just needs to convince his little tease that the best part of trying things on is taking them off again.

I really enjoyed the opening of this story. Valentine is fascinated by the gorgeous ankles he sees under the dressing room door. Out walks the owner of those legs and asks him to tag along to pick outfits for her.

Valentine comes across as a lady’s man and you almost think he’s cheating on his girlfriend until you learn the woman he’s with is his older sister. I don’t know why but I didn’t connect with the heroine, Lucy, as much as I would have liked. Maybe it was because I found Valentine such a sexy character and she seemed to be on the bossy side. I did however, like the uniqueness of the setting, various changing rooms and all the clothes, shoes and underwear Lucy tries on. It made me think of Sex and The City.

One element I did especially like was the lead in headings to each chapter, “black tracksuit, patent trainers, smirk…” very original and set the scene for what was coming next for these two characters.

The author does a good job with leading us up to the sex scenes. There is plenty of sexual tension and sexy talk up to that point which makes the final few pages that much more satisfying.

This is a quick sexy read with some unique elements that I can happily recommend.
