Soon, Kyra fights against her desire for the men as she struggles through the complications of a ménage relationship. Of course, the men take their bets seriously and are determined to show Kyra that in this game of seduction no one loses.

This third book of this series gives us Kyra’s story. She is the third woman to put her fantasy into reality but her one night in paradise could be her downfall. Love is not what she is looking for but when she finally meets Smith and Brock in person her world is turned upside down. Kyra is not the only one who finds themselves with feelings that they are not ready for. Brock and Smith are more than a little intrigued by Kyra and plan to have more than on night with her.

I have followed this series since the first book when the women all made the pact to act out their fantasies. While I enjoyed the previous books in this series this one did not pull me in to their world. Kyra and her men lacked something for me. They felt one dimensional and I did not feel the intensity of their relationship. Brock and Smith did not endear themselves to me either and I did not feel the spark of their attraction to Kyra.

Even though I may not have connected with these characters this story is well written and flows nicely. The sex is hot and I did enjoy seeing the men fight for their love and a relationship with Kyra. I also enjoyed seeing the interaction between all the characters and it was nice to visit with the previous couples as well. This story may not be my favorite but I do enjoy this author and this series. I cannot wait to see what adventure is in store for the next woman to find her fantasy.

I’m new to the work of Sloan Parker. Yes, this is my first but it won’t be my last. What You Do to Me is the epilogue to Breathe and reading the first book would help in understanding these characters. But honestly, Parker did a great job of making me care about them, even when I didn’t know them well.

The writing is solid and flows well. I needed to see what would happen in his slice-of-life story. I thought about Linc and Jay long after I’d closed the short story. I didn’t need all the details, but they’d have been nice.

Parker neatly wraps the package of Breathe up in this short story. My emotions while reading ran the gamut. I rooted for things to be what Jay and Linc wanted and hoped I’d see more of them.

Definitely a worthy read.

Skin to skin contact is illegal. Sex? A felony. Insulated suits and gloves keep people from even the most platonic touches. Citizens line up in droves at simhouses for their rationed, prescribed orgasms in virtual reality machines.

Keith Borden has worked in a simhouse for years, and he’s never been tempted to break the strict no-contact laws… until Aiden Maxwell comes along. The attractive and dangerously flirtatious patient invites him into the seedy underground where people engage in real, wireless sex. Though Keith stands to lose his career and his freedom, he’s curious and Aiden is irresistible.

From the moment he sets foot in the wireless lounge, Keith is in a world of flesh and fantasy. He’s hooked. On the sex, on the atmosphere, and most of all, on Aiden.
The active sildenafil overnight component Sildenafil Citrate enhances the smoothness of erection. I don’t believe one has to go through this phase of online generic cialis hardening. The problem simply get treated generic viagra pills with some ED drugs. Also the good buying viagra in italy habit and balanced emotional life is equally important to increase energy and help have good relationship with your Partner’s.
Years of keeping everyone in his world at arm’s length have left Keith craving a human touch, and Aiden offers all the contact–scorching sex, gentle affection, and everything in between–Keith can handle. That is, until an unexpected act of betrayal throws Keith’s world into chaos, and he finds himself more alone than he ever imagined possible…

In a world where touch is illegal, people will find a way to have what they crave. Keith is a simhouse tech. He’s the guy that hooks people up for their virtual sex sessions. The government hopes that this will prevent the spread of disease while still giving everyone the physical, emotional, and hormonal release they crave. Yet not everyone is satisfied with the sterile environment. Some still want the skin to skin touch, the feel of unfettered and raw sex with another person. These people meet on the edges of society for orgies and raves. Keith has never had any interest in them until he meets Aiden. Aiden promises to show Keith what sex can really feel like.

Wireless is a futuristic romance with a dash of science fiction. Set in an undetermined future where any kind of skin-to-skin touch is illegal, their only release is a virtual stimulation with pixelated partners. I don’t think the concept is fully fleshed out as the reasoning doesn’t make a lot of sense. Supposedly the no touching rule, which includes even the most basic or fleeting of touches, is to prevent the spread of disease. However, in the very advanced, well-connected world I’d think they could simply find medical cures for those diseases. Nevertheless, the story revolves around Keith and Aiden as they embark on an illegal adventure to have real “wireless” sex with each other.

The characters are decently well developed though since the story is told from Keith’s point of view, Aiden remains a mystery for most of it. I never understood Aiden’s motivations and he disappears from the story, and Keith, for long periods of time without explanation. The story is filled with sex scenes and Keith participates in “real” sex many times with several different partners. I can understand the allure of the forbidden, though Keith never struck me as the type of guy who would go for that. More so that he accepts it because he wants Aiden. Therefore some of the story didn’t ring especially true or real with how I understood the characters.

The pace is quick with a lot of action and tense moments, but it did sag in the middle. It ended strong though and I liked that the ending didn’t offer some ridiculous conclusion to the problems and legality of the situation, but felt like what I thought would have to happen. It’s definitely a romance and the world building is a nice, if pale, part of the story. The strengths are the chemistry between the couple and quick, easy writing. This will likely appeal to fans that like a little science fiction in their steamy romance.

Where he was hard and from the land, she was soft and from the sea. It was simply put, beautiful amidst the ugly. What Linda and some of the other subs had been through in the previous novels haunted not only the characters but me as well. For the author to evoke such sigh worthy moments is incredible. I applaud her and am now a devoted follower.

Dogs generic levitra pill with CDS will often begin to urinate and/or defecate in the home. One of the more romantic erotic romances I’ve read. It’s not all about the sex, though the sex definitely features — all hot and sweaty — throughout. But, fact is, Drew is a gentleman too and has a romantic heart and there are obstacles to their relationship that mean they have to make the most of long looks, stolen touches and more. It’s an interesting mix of sexual tension and sex.

I fell madly in love with Drew. No wonder Rose is willing to do whatever necessary to keep the man in her life. I struggled to like her brother, Philip, at first and that dampened my enjoyment in the beginning. He’s a mobster of sorts and overly protective to the point of near obsession. I grew to understand his concern — Rose has a pretty traumatic past — but putting someone in a bubble to protect them is no life at all.

Thankfully, Drew understands this along with all the other oddities of her life. He’s truly the absolute perfect man for her. I understand this is part of a series, but I never felt as if I was missing a thing.

There’s drama galore, and action (remember, Philip’s involved in some shady doings), danger and love. Ms. Lin is truly talented and manages to balance it all well so you never feel overwhelmed by any one aspect of the story.

Well written, well plotted with real, flawed, and truly amazing characters, Tempting Fate was a romantic read that got the blood pumping. Sexy and sweet in equal amounts, I really did enjoy it and recommend it to fans of erotic romance that touches the heart.

But figuring out a seating chart that won’t result in homicide isn’t Peter’s only problem. He’s a reporter and reporters need stories. Fortunately Peter has one. When he finds a dead, dismembered bald eagle near his home, he’s on the case. As guests converge upon his home, Peter searches the county for the person responsible…

What’s a wedding without a little murder and mayhem? At least in Peter’s world that adage is likely to be true. He and Nick are finally getting married and ready for a happy ever after ending. If only he can solve the mystery of the dead eagle and why Nick’s ex seems to be suspiciously close to Nick all of a sudden. Armed with his usual intelligence and Nick’s dad as a side kick, Peter tries to discover who killed the bald eagle, if he should be jealous of the ex-boyfriend and manage both sets of parents all while dealing with the caterer’s mix-up. Birds of a Feather is the fifth book in the Bellingham Mysteries series. This one could be read as a stand alone novella but I don’t think it’s the strongest in the series so new comers should start at the beginning of the series. For anyone who’s been following the series, more Peter and Nick is never a bad thing. The men are adorable and familiar as they rehash old arguments and stumble their way to the altar. Nick especially has an interesting turn with his painting, a real surprise when it’s revealed, and bevy of old friends. I never knew Nick had it in him. Peter on the other hand is the same with his frazzled actions, irresponsible actions, and rash snap decisions. They serve to make him lovable even while frustrating.

While Peter and Nick shine as always, I was disappointed they weren’t together more. Since the main point of the story is their actual wedding, the two men spend a lot of time apart. I missed seeing their connection and how they play off each other. Both are great characters but they shine together so much more than apart. The host of secondary characters is nice but not outstanding and the two mysteries introduced are pretty much solved in minutes. Both resolutions felt unbelievable and unrealistic so I could have done without them entirely.

It’s always nice to revisit Nick and Peter and even nicer to see them finally get married. Kimberling is a great author and writes clean, crisp prose each time with no exception here. Unfortunately this isn’t my favorite book in the series. It lacked strong direction and I’m hoping the next one is more focused. Fans of the series will want to revisit the great couple and see their wedding and here’s to hoping the next one is a honeymoon adventure.

They’re happy, ridiculously so, but when Mal finds an old, neglected rooftop garden he instantly knows it’s the perfect place for Wes. Mal also hopes he can seduce Wes in all manner of ways there.

The Door into Spring is a very quick short story that peeks into the lives of an established couple. Wes and Mal are the couple from the book, My Summer of Wes. The story picks up months after the two have moved in together and are in college. It’s nice to revisit this pair, although it’s been three years since I read the first book so I couldn’t remember much about them. I did enjoy the story regardless. The two men are adorable on their own and together, although we didn’t see much of Wes as this was mostly Mal’s story. They have clear chemistry together and share an obvious connection.

As with most short stories, this one leaves you wanting more. The transformation of the neglected garden happens entirely in narration and you don’t get to actually see or get a feel for the change. I would have liked more space devoted to Mal’s work there personally. However, I know it’s a lot to get in – a rough plot, build up, and an actual sex scene in a mere ten pages. For the most part it works here as long as readers aren’t expecting deep characterization or vivid imagery. It’s merely a taste of the author and characters.

The writing is clean and engaging. Although it only takes a few minutes to read the story in its entirety, I was totally absorbed from the first sentence. Even as I struggled to remember the characters and how they fit together, I couldn’t help being sucked into the new story and Mal’s antics. The author has a real flair or light, breezy reading that makes me feel good and happy whenever I’m reading. I can easily recommend the story, as an introduction to the characters and the author.
