An infuriatingly irresistible love story.

Drew Wright may be the NFL’s newest darling, but to Michelle the jock is nothing but a loud-mouthed, crass, country-boy brute. He doesn’t deserve a second of her time…but the things he can do to her body are irresistible.

When mother nature conspires to keep them locked up together, Michelle needs to figure out where lust ends and love begins.

Drew and Michelle love to hate each other. In Amelia Kingston’s story Something So Wrong, it’s Wright, Drew and Michelle are thrown together again when they both decide to get away for a few days. They both decide to stay at a friends house and are dismayed to discover they will not not be alone. They bicker and argue while trying to ignore the sparks flying between them.

This is a hot, sexy novella about Drew and Michelle who have lingering hurt feelings from the past. I found it easy to connect with both of them and wanted them to have their HEA. They have a lot of chemistry, even though at first, they try to ignore it. I enjoyed this fast paced, entertaining story.

In Daisy Blaine’s book, Off the Record, you will find out what it feels like to fall in love with an illusive, handsome, billionaire bachelor.

Investigative journalist, Stella Thompson meets Cole Maxwell, Boston’s favorite reclusive bachelor and soon her world is turned upside down. This story had many of the elements I like in a story; good storytelling, sexually charged romance, suspense and interesting characters. However I must warn you, this story ends in a cliffhanger. I didn’t know this going into the story, so I was disappointed at the end to learn I would have to wait to find out what happens next.

This is an intriguing and sexy story that goes into many unexpected directions and I was immediately immersed into this romantic, suspenseful story with characters that pulled at my heartstrings. It has intricate plot weaving that had me quickly turning the pages to find out what would happen next and I was never quite sure what direction this story was heading.

Stella and Cole are opposite in many ways but that works for them. Cole is older, comes from an affluent family and is rich and successful. Stella has just graduated from college and is trying to make it as an investigative reporter. They come from different worlds and even though they are opposite in many ways, they also have many similarities. Cole is nothing like Stella expects. He can be a ruthless businessman but he can also be boyishly charming and sweet. Stella and Cole are both driven individuals and work hard and long hours. I liked them both individually and when they were together there chemistry was explosive. I highly recommend this one, even though it ends with a cliffhanger.

He craves more than her body.

I have a million reasons for staying away from Cindy Meier. Let’s start with the top three.

One, she’s hot and knows it. She lives in a fantasy world where everyone bows to her wishes and wants.

Two, she’s the sister of my brother’s fiancé. Enough said. We have to organize our sibling’s wedding party weekend. Nothing but planning will happen between us, no matter how much her seductive glances curl around my desires.

Three, I’ve finally crawled out of the hell I created. I’m not about to risk returning to it for a pretty smile and a smart mouth.
No matter how sexy those lips, or how much she makes me laugh.

I’d realized too late I couldn’t afford the cost. The price was too high, and those closest to me ended up paying my tab.

I won’t make that mistake again. So, I’m going to ignore her smile that lights me up. Turn from her exuberant laughter that brightens the dead corners of my soul. We’ll do our part for our sibling’s wedding then go our separate ways.

In opposite directions, because that’s what we will always be: opposites.

They say, many people fall in love at weddings and that is exactly what happens to Will and Cindy in D. K. Marie’s newest book, Taste of Passion. The story brings two vulnerable and independent people together who are not looking for love, but find it anyway when their siblings marry each other. It is a sexy and passionate story that had me quickly turning pages to find out what would happen next.

Will and Cindy first meet when they help their siblings prepare for their wedding. Will and Cindy are in the wedding party and are continually thrown together. They fight and disagree over everything, but underneath all their arguments, there are sparks flying between them. Over time, they find it harder and harder to resist each other.

Will and Cindy each have vulnerabilities, even though outwardly they appear confident and successful. Inside they are full of self doubt and insecurities. It was hard for me to believe that Cindy, a beautiful, popular model, feels insecure about her looks, but she does.

Will is a hardworking, successful chef. He made some bad decisions in the past and is afraid to relax and let go. Will is both charming and grumpy and doesn’t think he is good enough.

Will and Cindy have sizzling chemistry sparking between them and share many scorching looks. I found it easy to like and relate to them and I was invested in their story. I enjoyed this sexy, smoothly written story filled with interesting and layered characters.

Shane hurt Scarlet when they were in high school and now, twelve years later, Scarlet returns to her small home town and unknowingly moves in next door to Shane. Shane and Scarlet are older and wiser and there is still a strong attraction flowing between them. Scarlet keeps trying to keep Shane at a distance, because she is afraid to trust him with her heart again.

When Scarlet returns to town, she remembers all the hurts from her past, but she isn’t the same person she was then. Now, she is a strong, confident woman and she won’t let people push her around or make her feel inadequate.

Shane is charming and cocky but he is also vulnerable. His life hasn’t turned out the way he thought it would, but he has made the best of it. I liked Shane, but I did not like how he treated Scarlet in high school and I had to work to get past that. Shane is willing to make amends and work hard to show Scarlet he cares about her and won’t hurt her again. He wants her to know, he isn’t the same guy he used to be.

Overall, I liked Shane and Scarlet and I wanted them to have their happily ever after. They deserve to be happy and they are good together and for each other.
