There are babies all over the place!
Both of these stories are strong. The authors knew their subjects well and their characters even better. I felt like I was immersed in the characters’ worlds. I couldn’t put the book down.
In Midwife…to Mum! there is Ally and Dr Flynn. These two personify the feel-good story. Yes, there is a roller coaster of emotion going on here and I needed the tissues, but I recommend the read. The growth of these characters is great and not to be missed. The writing is tight and the romance fantastic.
In His Best Friend’s Baby, Ryan and Phoebe find out how hard the row can be to hoe, but how rewarding it is when the work is done properly. Ryan is a bit of a tough nut. He doesn’t believe in love, despite falling for Phoebe. Then there’s the little matter of her pregnancy.
