Tali’s been secretly lusting after Jax since the spring breakup, but he insists on treating her like a sister. Tonight, all of the adult elves at the North Pole will be at the Sugarplum Ball. It’s a night of Christmas Magic and dreams come true, and if Tali doesn’t wake up in the morning with a naked hunk of an elf in the bed beside her, it won’t be for lack of trying.

This is a story of seduction, and love and passion.

It’s time for the Sugarplum Ball, a time when fairies find someone to love and spend time with. Tali has been trying to get Jax to notice her since spring. Tonight, she is determined to grab his attention, and go home with him. Jax has struggled to keep things platonic with Tali, citing their fifty year age difference. But what is fifty years to someone who lives more than a thousand years? Can Tali convince Jax to take a chance on them? Will the Christmas Magic of the Sugarplum Ball work on Jax? Can Tali convince him that she isn’t too young for him? Can these two find the happy ever after that Tali wants?

Anne Kane has built a wonderful world, one of fairies and imagination, and romance. I love the idea of the Sugarplum Ball, where fairies go to find love and their heart’s desire.

Tali is a young fairy, determined to have the one male who has been treating her like a brother for months. Several studies and surveys have clarified effectiveness making its success rate up to 70% high. cialis samples free Most importantly, they deliver the same in store viagra great benefits of Adderrall or Adderral are mind blowing. She is determined to prove to Jax that, at one hundred seventy five, she is old enough to know what she wants.

Jax is hot and sexy, and he wants Tali. But he feels that she should look for someone closer to her age. I liked that he tried to be noble, but admitted his attraction for Tali. And his way of ‘giving in’ was fun to see.

This is a very short and screaming hot story, perfect for a cold winter night when you just need a quick pick me up to excite the senses and fill a few minutes. And there is a happy ever after that makes this worth the reading.

Every Christmas, an ancient demon stalks and murders fairies. Until this killer is apprehended, each fairy is assigned a demon protector. Decimus volunteers to be Bitsy’s protector. He’s lusted after the Christmas fairy for years. Three days and three nights with Bitsy allows him to satisfy that lust.

Except that three days is not enough, and Bitsy won’t grant him more, not unless he says, “I love you.” That’s a big problem. Demons don’t love. Christmas fairies won’t accept less. And evil never takes a holiday.

Cynthia Sax has written a short but intriguing story for the holiday.

Bitsy is a Christmas fairy, in danger from an unknown ancient evil. Every Christmas, this evil kills fairies, and demons are sent to protect them. Decimus volunteers to protect Bitsy, because he can’t get enough of being with her. But Bitsy will only stay with him longer than three days if he tells her he loves her, and demons don’t do love. Can Decimus protect Bitsy from the powerful evil demon determined to take her life? Will Bitsy get what she wants from her demon protector?

I enjoyed the interaction between Bitsy and her demon. This is a wonderful short and hot story, and I would love to read more from this world.

Bitsy is determined to have Decimus for her own. She is sassy, and has an inner strength that shows when it really counts. And she is sure that her demon loves her, no matter what he says.

Decimus is a demon, and hot and sexy to Bitsy in either form. But he says demons don’t love. He is strong and loyal, and he wants more with Bitsy than three days every year. But he knows that it is impossible.

This is a story with some sweet surprises, mixed with some very hot demon on fairy sex, and a happy ever after worth waiting for. If you want a quick enjoying interlude, this is for you.

Born just after the stroke of midnight, Joy Kingston is a Christmas baby. Just dumped by her boyfriend, Joy is suddenly alone for the holiday. Deciding to shake things up for her thirtieth birthday, Joy turns to her two best friends, Karin and Michelle, for help. She wants a man for her birthday, a sexy hunk wearing only a purple bow around his neck.

Police officer Jake McCabe is Karin’s step-brother and he’s had a thing for Joy for years. When Karin and Michelle tell Jake about Joy’s unusual birthday request, he volunteers for the job. Jake knows what he wants and he’s willing to wear a purple bow to get it.

But is Joy prepared for a werewolf who packs heat and wants her for his mate?

This book has the cutest, most original marriage proposal I’ve ever read and I adored every moment leading up to it.

Canine Christmas is a condensed version of the best part of a romance book; the big moment when plans and hopes come together with the promise of a great future or an abysmal failure leading to lots of extra conflict. I’m happy to report this was all fun and excitement with a paranormal aspect sure to please readers who like that genre and look for it. There’s plenty to enjoy.

This story covers Jake and Joy, two friends with a long background of childhood friendship behind them.

Joy is best friends with Jake’s sister, Karin and their mutual friend, Michelle. I enjoyed the clear picture of camaraderie and caring between the women and the dialogue shows that. It is not a matter of concern if ED is caused by something such as diabetes, injuries to the testes, or medication order cheap levitra complications. continue reading here viagra price Effective and cheap Kamagra has made a buzz over the past few years. I liked the fact that there is a level of trust between them all otherwise this plot would never have worked. I got a kick out of Joy’s birthday wish and the delivery was more than I could hope for. It wasn’t a blatant or flimsy excuse to get hot and heavy. A reader gets the inside track on the hero’s emotions and intentions. I don’t think Karin or Michelle understood what Jake said at one point but I did, and I thought it romantic.

Jake’s hope and Joy’s despondent situation combine to bring about a very sweet and hopeful scene ripe with possibilities that comes to fruition as soon as Joy finds her present by the Christmas tree. The authors did a good job of letting a reader understand how this whole thing affects the hero and heroine emotionally.

Another thing I liked is the teasing prospect that Jake may or may not lose control of his wolf in the heat of passion. The scene with the moon’s rays through the window was as hot and steamy as any erotic romance reader could wish. The scene that happens after that is what made this story work for me and had me very happy indeed.

Sugarplum: Canine Christmas is a wonderfully well written short story that hit my happy buttons. It was a perfect balance of background story with in-the-moment revelations to make this book a must read for anyone’s holiday reading pleasure. Jake and Joy were a delightful couple and their happily ever after is as touching, passionate and romantic as this reader could wish in such a short tale. I had a fun time reading this book.

Theron, the Alpha of the Lochinver pack, is not looking forward to Christmas this year. His brother Xavier has been fortunate to have found his lifemate, and this will be their first Christmas together.

Jeri had only met her friend’s partner once before and although he seemed nice he was too intense for her liking. Now Jenna has invited Jeri to spend the Christmas holidays with the two of them and Xavier’s older brother.

When Theron arrives home after attending pack business he is assaulted by the most delicious scent. Who does it belong to and how does he go about claiming the owner for his mate?

This is a fun book, with surprises threaded through it.

Jenna has found her perfect mate in Xavier. Her best friend Jeri is coming for a visit at Christmas, and Jenna and Xavier are watching to see what happens. It seems that Jeri is the destined mate of Xavier’s brother Theron, alpha of the Lochinver pack, and he hasn’t even met her yet.

And can she accept what Theron offers-a new life with him?

I liked the way that the main characters ‘met’ and the way that Jeri and Theron recognized what was between them. This is a great story for those times when you just need a short something to fill in a few minutes.

Jeri is a sensible woman, but one willing to hear the whole story before acting. I liked that she didn’t run off screaming once she found out that werewolves exist, and I liked her acceptance of the attraction between herself and Theron.

Theron is the hot and sexy alpha of the pack, and he rushes in, following his nose to his mate. I like that he was reasonable, and gave Jeri time to adjust to the strange new experience without pressure.

This is a fun and hot short read, and it can really warm you after being out in the cold. There are some interesting twists here, and this is a story that could have gone two ways, but I loved the happy ever after that developed here.

Life’s a bitch, so far as beautiful biochemist Lily McKinney is concerned. You work hard, and then you die. And even if you do find a man to fall in love with, he breaks your heart. Now she’s determined to discover the biochemical causes of that sticky, confusing emotion called love — so she can make sure she never has to feel it again.

But when she’s shipped off unwillingly to Myrtle Beach for three weeks’ vacation, Lily learns she knows even less about life — and love — than she thought, as the carnal attentions of two handsome strangers teach her that not even the world’s greatest scientists can unravel the mysteries of the human heart.

Take one workaholic scientist, add one meddling boss and you get two scrumptious hunks to fulfill your every need. At least Lily McKinney does in this wicked hot story by Sierra Dafoe.

Heartbroken scientist Lily McKinney is trying to solve the mystery of love. I couldn’t figure out why she was looking for the chemical reason when even I, a non-scientific person, know that love can’t really be explained.

Poor Lily doesn’t know that her boss is setting her up when he bars her from her laboratory and makes Lily take a very long overdue vacation. I found Lily true to her single-minded scientific self when she takes her computer and research with her. I laughed when Lily reasoned out the layout of the beach house and what bedroom to take while staying there. The vivid descriptions Ms. Dafoe used had me seeing the entire home through Lily’s eyes. I especially loved the description of Lily’s pool side encounter. It was so hot, even a dip in a cold pool if I had one, would not have brought down my temperature. I was delightfully surprised by the occupations of Tyler and Alex. They were a perfect match for Lily.

Another great thing about the book was the quote at the beginning of each chapter. I loved that they were from mathematicians, physicist, a Nobel Prize winner and the like. I especially like the ones from Einstein. They fit each chapter well and I could tell they were well researched.

Ms. Dafoe definitely has a hot story with Life’s a Beach. It left me wanting to know more of their lives after the beach house. I’m wishing for a sequel and I hope you agree.

Divorce is never funny, but the adventures of the four women of Divorcées Anonymous, a.k.a. The Ex-Files are! Each of these women finds love the second time around, in some very unusual ways. Whether it’s a furry lover, a cursed Celtic warrior, or some other unusual twist, each story is unique. Join Maddie, Maxie, Katie and Victoria, for romps and laughter, and lots of love and passion. You won’t regret a single minute, I can promise you that.

Mayhem and Maddie
Six months into her divorce, Madison “Maddie” Blake is still reeling. She feels like it must have been her fault. She’s told, over and over, that she needs to move on, her reply is “to what?” That is, until she meets three women who become her friends, and a great guy in a bunny suit, and discovers the joy of Karaoke. But can she trust in Cole enough to give him custody of her slightly battered heart?

Maxie’s Man Maxine
“Maxie” Rodriguez has been divorced for three months. A battered woman who barely escaped with her life, she teaches self defense to women like herself, and dreams of a strong, handsome man who seduces her every night. At least she thinks he’s a dream. Kellen is actually a Celtic warrior, cursed to have no form until he atones for his sins against a witch. Until he meets Maxie and falls in love. But can he break the curse and stay in this time with Maxie?

Kinky Katy
Katy Jennings is the counselor that centers the women, trying to help each find the way to move on. Problem is, Katy is still in love with her ex, Garrett, and wants nothing more than a second chance with him. On the eve of his wedding to another woman, Katy goes back in time, with the help of her fairy godmother Talulah, to relive five days in the early part of her marriage, and see if it can show her what went wrong. But will five days with Garrett give her the courage to fight for her man when she gets back to the present?

Maddie Got Run Over by a Reindeer
Maddie loves Cole, Cole loves Maddie. Everything is perfect, right? Well not exactly. Cole wants Maddie to marry him, but Maddie is still gun shy, afraid Cole will change his mind in the future. When he proposes, Maddie dashes out of the house in a snowstorm, and gets run over by Santa’s sleigh and reindeer. Victoria “Vicky” Rawlings watches as each of her friends finds happiness the second time around. More than happiness, they each find the one thing Vicky longs for: hot, sweaty, toe-curling sex. But that isn’t likely to happen with Vicky, since she has this disorder that makes her cringe at a speck of dust, or the thought of a stray germ. When she sees a man out in water and believes he is drowning, she fights her disorder to rescue him. Kale Ohana could be just the man to cure Vicky of some of her phobias and obsessions, but what will Vicky say when she finds out that the hot and sexy neighbor in her bed is not what he appears to be?

Dakota Cassidy has taken the serious subject of divorce, infused it with a large dose of paranormal happenings, and sprinkled liberally with lots of hot and delicious sex in strange and unusual places. These are fun stories, but stories that also show the real emotions of a traumatic time in some women’s lives. I liked how it was handled with humor and yet with sensitivity and caring.

All four women were unique characters. Maddie is the sassy and wisecracking career woman, who realizes she wasn’t still in love with her ex so much as with the idea of being in love with him. This is the realization that helps her finally move on. Maxie is the abused woman, resilient and determined to get past the pain and move on with her life. I liked her courage, and her flashes of temper. Katy is the serene and composed counselor, soothing and mediating the group, until she discovers she wants her man, and I loved her “inner dialogues” with her fairy godmother. Vicky is the OCD clean freak, who slowly realizes that her world won’t fall apart if she lets stuff just happen once in a while. I loved the growth each of these women showed during this collection of touching and humorous tales.

The men were all great characters, uniquely suited to each woman’s needs. Cole is determined to prove to Maddie that he is in for the long haul, even if he was in a bunny suit when they met. Kellen is the strong Celtic warrior, determined to protect Maxie from her dangerous ex-husband. Garrett is terrific and just what Katy needs him to be as she rediscovers what is important. And Kale is the exact opposite of Vicky: totally unorganized and yet everything she needs in a man.

There are some wonderful surprises for each of these couples on their way to their happy ever after. And it certainly would not be Dakota Cassidy without humor and hot sexy romance, whether it’s a man in a bunny suit, a warrior of old, or one very laid back surfing vampire. This is one that will keep you chuckling for a while.

Seeing her grow and blossom with Wade was a beautiful thing to read. Wade has his own set of baggage that made him endearing to me from the first page. He’s not sure he wants a relationship either (typical man behavior and realistic). As Jetta grows through the story, so does Wade. The one hang-up was his fear of telling her his true identity…and this wasn’t an issue to me. In fact, I liked how Ms. Steele handled a very difficult situation.

Dark Pleasures
Lt. Sada Prentiss is a success story. She’s hidden her notorious past, joined the Cosmic Cops, and her bravery has made the intergalactic news. But fame has its price and to survive she must revive the Dark Pleasures.

Dark Obsession
Captain Riva Vix has broken cop code and fallen for a criminal. He’s a master thief and he’s her Dark Obsession. Their relationship has one hard and fast rule: he can’t operate in her territory. But as Riva know, rules are made to be broken.

Come and join the cosmic thrill ride that is The Cosmic Cops Collection, an anthology following the lives of some of the Galactic Enforcement Agency’s (G.E.A.) most elite agents. Although the G.E.A. agents are generally know as Cosmic Cops, don’t call them that to their faces — they hate the nickname. I thoroughly enjoyed this collection of short stories, I only wish that they had been written as full length novels, I didn’t want them to end.

Now everyone knows you don’t sleep with the boss, but what if you don’t know it’s the boss your sleeping with? Before starting her new job the next day, Captain Isa Renard decides to visit Club X and partake in some of the club’s services. Club X offers a wide variety of services including, for a nominal fee of course, safe and anonymous sex with a like minded human. Interested parties simply sign up, answer a few questions and are matched by a computer. Isa is matched with Commander Ander Slade, her new boss. Before engaging in an sexual acts both parties must imbibe a liquid that will distort their features, and cause them to glow the color of their choosing. So during the day Isa and Ander are commander and captain, but at night know each other simply as Lilac and Smoke. I love the idea of glow in the dark sex, and not only because my favorite color is purple, it just sounds like fun. All women have a favorite color, or dress that makes them feel sexy and powerful — this would be like never having to take the dress off.

What really made Dark Ecstasy different was the way Isa and Ander’s relationship formed. There were some of the basic elements of a menage relationship just without the third person. As Isa and Ander learn about each other during the day, Lilac and Smoke become more attached to each other at night. Although neither is looking for a menage relationship the closer that they get, the more Isa wonders what it would be like to have both Ander and Smoke in her life and in her bed, and the same holds true with Ander about Isa and Lilac. It was great fun watching them both struggle with their desires, wondering how best to broach the subject of a threesome, knowing all along that Isa is Lilac and that Ander is Smoke.

If that were their only problem, it could have been easily resolved, by taking Lilac and Smoke’s relationship out of the dark, which they both want to do anyway. But everyone has baggage and Isa and Ander are no exception. Ander’s baggage comes in the form of Cyn the owner of Club X, and former lover. Cyn, Ander and Jana, Ander’s late wife, had a menage relationship, one that Cyn wants’ back, replacing Jana with Isa. The fact that neither Ander or Isa want that does very little to deter Cyn. I know that Cyn is physically beautiful, shallow, scheming, and manipulative, but I can’t help feeling sorry for her. She lost the woman that she loved and is in love with a man that never did and never will love her. She is trapped in a world of meaningless beauty and self gratification. Granted her circumstances are of her own making, and there are lots of people who would love to be in her position, but Cyn is just self aware enough to know that her life will not satisfy her forever, what she currently lacks is the ability to change.

Dark Ecstasy is a great and fun read, I love these characters. It works great as a short story, I just didn’t want it to end.

Lt. Sada Prentiss is rising in the ranks at the G.E.A. and gaining the notice of her superiors, but not all of the interest is strictly professional. Lt. Brace Ryn has just accepted a dangerous mission, and with only four hours until he ships out he intends to spend them with Sada doing everything he’s ever wanted, but as her commanding officer couldn’t do.

Dark Pleasures grabs you right from the beginning doesn’t let go. How B.J. McCall managed to cram such a wild emotional rollercoaster into such a short story is beyond me, but it is a great ride. Like most stories it starts with a secret, Sada’s secret. Sada was a princess who lived on Ibatha, until she ran away. Her planet is ruled by the priests who consider most everything a sin, but most of all sex. The only form of sex allowed is the missionary position, and the woman must be praying the entire time. All other forms of intercourse are forbidden, and if one is found to have engaged in the Dark Pleasures, well then it is the woman who is to blame, never the man. If I lived on a planet where sex was forbidden, I’d run away too.

When Brace’s mission goes wrong and he is captured, Sada must not just face her past but immerse herself in it if she wants’ to rescue Brace. It’s easy to see why these two work so well together, both professionally and personally. There is a bond between them that has only been enhanced by their hours of training and numerous missions together. Of course, like many things about their relationship, Brace and Sada’s capture is not exactly what is seems. When the cavalry comes charging in expecting the find torture, and instead find Brace tied up and receiving head from Sada, it is not something he will soon live down. Over time I think that Brace’s career will be helped more than hindered by this incident. Lt. Brace Ryn was able to bring down Kradic, kidnapper and human trafficker, by getting a blow job. He will become a G.E.A legend, young boys will hear the story and join the ranks hoping to be so lucky as to be put in a similar position. I can just see some enterprising young man petitioning to have “The Art of Fellatio” added to the curriculum, stating that you never know when it might save your life.

I would have liked to seen more of Sada and Brace, maybe five years down the road, after the initial sensationalism has worn off.

The idea of cops and criminals having secret liaisons is as old as… well, cops and criminals… but it is still a story line that I never tire of. In Dark Obsession Captain Riva Vix works for the G.E.A. and her lover, Landis Eden is a professional thief. The only rule they have is that Landis never works in Riva’s jurisdiction. It’s a good rule and one that has been easy to follow until Landis gets an offer he can’t refuse, so to speak. When Riva gets assigned to case involving industrial theft, she knows that Landis is the thief, even if she can’t prove it.

Riva and Landis’ relationship walks a fine line between love and lust, the desire for a real relationship and the excitement of the clandestine. As a reader you are thrown into a very pivotal point of their relationship, with no idea of how they arrived there. I would have liked to have seen the beginning how the two met and got together. How they met is not instrumental to the story but would have provided a better understanding of the characters, their motivations, and reactions. Right from the start I got the feeling that Landis was truly in love with Riva and striving to find a way to make them permanent, while Riva might be looking for a way out. As it turned out I was correct, just not in a way I ever thought of. On the surface Riva seems to be very simple and straightforward, but she is more complex than she seems at first glance, I think even more complex than what we are shown.

After Riva finds that Landis has broken their agreement, she completely shuts him out of her life, refusing to talk or even see him. I can understand her anger, but I think she would want to know why he did what he did. Granted, Landis is a thief, but everything about this robbery has been out of character for him. I would think that the cop, if not the woman in Riva would want to know why. Despite the unanswered questions I did enjoy Dark Obsession, but I do think this story in particular would have benefited from a longer telling.

B.J. McCall pulls you in right from the start, with great characters and fantastic storylines. Explore new worlds that make the extraordinary seem believable, and the ordinary more fantastical than it is.

The joy of her annual Samhain orgy is interrupted yet again by her bossy controller. The man is so annoying he won’t even tell her his name. When he magicks her away to a secret play room to teach her a lesson, he learns what can happen if you aren’t careful. Tables can easily be turned.

Sweet goodies, Incubi and a party throwing witch combine to give readers a wild ride in this story.

When the book first opens, a reader will get the mistaken impression that this tale might focus on only sex. Not by a long shot. Sure, it depicts a very hot and heavy skin scene but that’s just a misleading teaser to a tale that actually has depth and a very real reason for being and is well worth reading.

Carly is a witch who has been burnt by life and has found a way to live with her limitations. What a reader will eventually realize is that the heroine is strong and courageous, yet suffers a serious hurt. She’s lonely and mistrustful but feels she has no choice but to accept her lot in life because no way, no how will she allow herself to be a victim ever again. Her inherent goodness shines though and with all good people who fight back against incredible odds, some day someone will come along who sees there is more than what they’ve been told about this person and sees them for who they really are.

That person is her Controller. I think he’s like a witch’s parole officer or something because he’s got to keep an eye on her. And he is keeping a very close eye on her but he wants his hands on her too, as well as other parts. Yes, her Controller is a man of strength and stubbornness and he comes up with a boneheaded idea to finally break her. Thing is, once he figures out that his intentions aren’t only about duty but his heart and he finally stops long enough to see Carly the woman, the delish man that he is comes to the fore and the story benefits from some very nice emotional connections being forged. The conflict is definitely internal and is mostly about earning trust and trusting someone else and then having the courage to reach out to the other despite the risks of being burnt. I really think it made the story richer. What made the book extra spicy were the two incubi who were introduced as negligible secondary characters but towards the end, a subtle shift occurred and I wonder if other readers will catch it. I liked the symbol of that growth. I also liked the very cute and creative way the author had Carly deal with her nemesis. It was a nice touch and brought a smile to my face.

If an erotic romance reader is looking for some guaranteed sheet action then this book delivers in a variety of fun and thrilling ways. I enjoyed the dialogue and I also got a kick out of the clever use of format in the beginning and the epilogue. I liked this story all the more because of it.

Cupcakes is a delightful and satisfying short shot of woo-hoo with a bit of magic and mayhem thrown in to keep a reader turning the pages. I had a lot of fun reading this tale and compliment Ms. Hasker on a job well done. I have to wonder about those two Incubi though; they sure were interesting and provided an extra level of heat. I’d love to see them again.

For the price of their blood — and their sex — the Changelings protect the inhabitants of Chimera from things far worse than the denizens of this backwoods planet could ever imagine.

When Taylon is captured and sent to participate in the Gathering, her first thought is to fight. And she has the means — unlike the natives of Chimera she’s capable of resisting the compulsions used by these giant Vampiric Werecats. But how can she resist the seduction of the most handsome man — Changeling — she’s ever seen? Can she survive four weeks at his mercy — and not want to stay forever?

Looking for a smoking hot book with a feisty heroine willing to do anything it takes to defend those weaker than she? Then The Taming of Taylon is the place you should start.

Taylon and her sister are stranded on a planet where the law says the shifters may choose a woman every thirty days for sex and feeding. Taylon is a virgin, as is her sister, and isn’t going to give it up that easily. Plus, she’s discovered that the shifters can’t control her mentally and the law says they aren’t allowed to force sex on the unwilling.

Taylon is definitely unwilling.

Through a series of circumstances, however, she finds herself required to stay with the leader of the shifters and do his bidding. And she discovers that she’s not quite as unwilling to indulge in sex after all.

This was a very short story, and while the sex was hot and titillating – yep, I had to fan myself a few times and I definitely wished I was Taylon more than once – I struggled with the lack of any real world building. I understand logically that this was because of the length of the story, but I still found myself frustrated. What are these “gates” they spoke of, and why didn’t anyone notice that Taylon and her sister were different in some way from the other indigenous inhabitants?

Regardless of my feelings toward the minimal world building, I have to admit to falling a bit in love with the hero. Despite his quick temper and pushy nature, he really did care about Taylon. He didn’t show a lot of patience with her, or allow her to adjust to the strange new customs of the place, but the fact is, he showed considerable patience with her when it came to introducing her to sex and made sure she was very satisfied every time he touched her. We could all hope for a lover like that!

This story was clearly written with a sequel in mind and I thought it ended just a little too quickly – Taylon’s change of heart was more abrupt than I found completely believable. Still, I was perfectly happy that I got to read this story, and will keep an eye out for the sequel.
