Hmmm frightening doesn’t sound good? Is it like “Brave New World” frightening?
It’s more like horror story frightening! Although now that you mention it, Brave New World was pretty scary, too.
I like scary stuff sometimes, though. 🙂
I haven’t heard of any of these books but Xenocultivars definitely sounds like it’d be a refreshing read. I’ve never heard of that word before but I’m curious now ? Great one-word reviews!
Thank you. I think you’d love that book!
I do like frightening things! Haha, seems like some good reads. This week was hard for me.

Thank you! Yes, this week’s prompt required some thinking for sure!
I love some sarcasm. Great list.
Thank you! Yeah, sarcastic books can be super fun for sure.
I haven’t read any of these, but some of them sound really interesting especially with your one-word reviews. 🙂
Thank you very much!
Great list! I’m curious about a bunch of these books now.
Thanks! May you enjoy them if you read them.
Ohh, Sarcastic sounds good to me!! Great list. 🙂
Awesome!
Frightening is definitely not one I could do haha. I cannot do horror or scary books
No worries there. I know scary stories definitely aren’t for everyone. 🙂
I am not familiar with any of these, but all your one-word descriptors say so much.
Thank you very much!
I haven’t heard of any of these books, but ‘Redlocks and the Three Bears by Claudia Rueda’ sounds like a cute book that my son would enjoy.
Thanks for visiting my blog!

You found some great words for your one-word reviews. Great.
Thanks for visiting my TTT this week.

I haven’t read any of your picks, but I really like your word choices!
Thank you. What a nice compliment!
Hmm, I’m not sure I’ll go for complex and sensible but perfect sounds like a good read to me!

Thank you. You, too!
Love all of your word choices. Even though I’ve not read any of these, I feel like I have an overall idea about the book based on your words. 🙂
I’m so glad to hear that!
Seeing a book described as sarcastic makes me want to check it out. LOL
That’s delightful. Yes, sarcastic books can be a ton of fun to read for sure.
I enjoyed reading your one word reviews for each of these books! Pooch Problems caught my eye (I read your review–such a cute cover!) in particular. I miss having a dog around the house.
Pooch Problems was such a good read! I hope you like it if you read it.
And I hope you can someday get another canine companion. 🙂
Refreshing is a great word for a review!
Thank you!
Every list I visited on this week’s topic did the topic WAY better than mine. It’s definitely one I plan to re-do because, I have to prove to myself I can use one word. 😉 Thanks for visiting Finding Wonderland on this week.
You’re welcome! I look forward to reading your re-do.
