I’ve been on a binge of reading erotica lately and this was definitely hot. There is a forbidden aspect to this book and it added to the heat level. I haven’t read an older woman, younger man story like this before and I hadn’t read anything by Jasinda Wilder, so this was an experience. I’m glad I read this short story.

I also struggled with the age difference. Not because she’s older and he’s younger, but his inexperience made him seem much younger, and not old enough to be working and discussing going the seminary.
I get this is erotica and the idea is to titillate. It did that. This book is hot. It’s also part of a series, so be prepared to nab the other books. If you’re like me, you’ll want to see where this story leads.
