As Ashley’s stalker draws nearer, the four of them realize their foe is more dangerous than any of them could have imagined. There is one train wreck that you know will happen, the alphas know will happen, and even Ashley fears will happen. This is definitely a case of opposites attracting as Ashley is nothing like the alphas but everything they needed. They have a high-steam, intense relationship but that doesn’t detract from the overall story arc.

The pacing is smooth and the world-building gives you more where the other books have stopped, giving you a sense of continuation. Although this is the seventh book in the series, I do feel you can read it as a standalone without any difficulties.
