Beast is the Enforcer for the Salvation Bane and is used to blood on his hands. Though they are opposites, I love how comfortable she becomes with him. Their interactions are fun to read because she is not afraid to speak her mind with him. I have learnt that is unusual for her. But going through what she has gone through and meeting him, I can see why she would go through those internal changes.

A few possible trigger warnings: I would like mention that there are scenes of torture. The next point I would like to mention is the sex scenes do include anal sex/anal play.

This is not the first book in the series and it is a pretty short story. However, it did keep me connected and reading until the end. Fleur and Beast have an explosive chemistry which is exciting to read though there is much more to the story.

This is wonderful story for readers who love MC, who are okay with reading some harsh scenes and enjoy love’s explosive chemistry.
