Zara's Bois 3:
Bouncer's Folly by Gracie C. McKeever |
Before her death in a tragic accident,
Zara Benjamin was the epitome of spoiled rich bad-girl with no direction or
purpose in life. When she's brought back to Earth in the body of rich
directionless bad-boy Trevor Carmichael, she thinks it's just destiny
screwing with her life again. Slacker Trevor Carmichael is charming and smart enough to go far and accomplish much but is too busy proving his parents right by partying hard and freeloading off his forbearing twin, Travis. Fate soon intervenes, however, to stop Trevor's self-destructive spiral and give Zara one more chance to get things right. Personal trainer and part-time bouncer Ramsey Logan has been the reliable go-to guy all his life and doesn't have the time or inclination to entertain people who aren't equally so. But there's something about the reckless and sexy Trevor that has Ramsey looking passed the impulsive façade to the wounded soul beneath. ♥ ♥ ♥ This was a very interesting book, though a little confusing in the beginning because I had not previously read the other books in this series. But once I got going I very much enjoyed this authors book and intend to go back and read the other books in the series. This is a reincarnation story of sorts. Zara Benjamin is sent back to life in the body of rich bad boy, Trevor Carmichael. It is very interesting to journey with Zara as she transforms from Zara the woman, in a man’s body, to Zara the Man. It doesn't take long for her new male body to start responding to sexy bouncer and personal trainer, Ramsey Logan. The interaction between these two is full of passion and is even quite romantic at times. The love between the two is very sensual and, although there are issues that try to keep them apart, they are still drawn together. This M/M story gives us an inside view of true human beings, and the reader is really able to understand their feelings and the chemistry between them. I recommend this story for any M/M Fans, it is scorching, and well worth reading, and although I have not actually read the first two books in this series, based on the skillful writing and interesting plot of this story, I'd think that they would be good additions to read also. This was my first Gracie C. McKeever book, but it certainly will not be my last. |
